The purpose of this paper is to present one of the many choices in prosthodontics treatments which concernes the direct reconstructions, using fiber-quartz reinforced endodontic posts and core systems. The method began to be used very often due to the biocompatibility, radioopacity, elasticity module very close to that of dentina, easy technique and fast to set (15-20 minutes), their combination with dualcure omposites permeeting an homogen mechanical and fizical-chemical reconstruction.
