The author discusses his experiences growing up as a dyslexic child and discusses ways in which marketers can reach people with learning disabilities. Because everyone learns in different ways, marketers must carefully tailor their messages to different groups if they wish to get their messages across. The author examines language, which often can't deliver the real-time context of its subject, often causing things to get distorted. He details the ways in which most product communication approaches its audience, with a heavy focus on abstract language that ultimately hurts communication.
