Objective. The processing and analysis of medical rehabilitation information data in tertiary hospitals is a hot research topic. Combining medical data analysis with machine learning algorithms to improve data mining efficiency is a problem that needs to be solved at present. This paper proposes an autonomous perception model of sports medicine rehabilitation equipment based on a deep learning algorithm for sports medical rehabilitation data. Methods. This paper cites a deep learning multi-dimensional perception model for medical rehabilitation equipment autonomous perception. The model utilizes the automatic overhaul of medical rehabilitation equipment based on deep belief networks. This paper extracts features through a multi-layer neural network and obtains fault location results of medical rehabilitation equipment through softmax. Results. In similarity prediction, the accuracy rate of the first three kinds of feedback containing the target answer is 77%. The accuracy rate of the target answers included in the top five kinds of feedback was 92%. Conclusion. In this study, it is feasible to apply deep learning to the quality control information system of sports rehabilitation medical equipment. This paper proposes a new algorithm composition network from the perspective of machine learning, based on an in-depth study of related literature. At the same time, this paper examines the characteristics of music and develops a model for recognising musical emotions. Using the model's information entropy of pitch and intensity to extract the main melody track, note features are extracted from bar features. Finally, the cosine of the vector included angle is used to judge the similarity between feature vectors of several adjacent sections, allowing the music to be divided into several independent segments. The emotional model of music is used to analyze each segment's emotion. By quantifying music features, this paper classifies and quantifies music emotion based on the mapping relationship between music features and emotion. Music emotion can be accurately identified by the model. The model's emotion recognition accuracy is up to 93.78 percent, and the algorithm's recall rate is up to 96.3 percent, according to simulation results. The recognition method used in this paper has a higher recognition ability than other methods, and the emotion recognition result is more reliable. Lung disease is one of the most harmful diseases in traditional days and is the same nowadays. Early detection is one of the most crucial ways to prevent a human from developing these types of diseases. Many researchers are involved in finding various techniques for predicting the accuracy of the diseases. On the basis of the machine learning algorithm, it was not possible to predict the better accuracy when compared to the deep learning technique; this work has proposed enhanced artificial neural network approaches for the accuracy of lung diseases. Here, the discrete Fourier transform and the Burg auto-regression techniques are used for extracting the computed tomography (CT) scan images, and feature reduction takes place by using principle component analysis (PCA). This proposed work has used the 120 subjective datasets from public landmarks with and without lung diseases. The given dataset is trained by using an enhanced artificial neural network (ANN). The preprocessing techniques are handled by using a Gaussian filter; thus, our proposed approach provides enhanced classification accuracy. Based on ML algorithm, this paper puts forward a method that can search instructional resources through keyword indexing technology, and then cluster and recombine the related results and present them centrally. In this paper, the semantic processing of user query based on the subject index of educational resources is adopted to make up for the deficiency of query semantics, solve the problem of mismatch between query words and document words, and improve the recall and precision of resource retrieval. It is proposed to select the category feature items manually and establish the category feature model. In the environment of small sample set, the weight of category feature items is trained by ML method. The research shows that the user rating of this system is ideal, reaching 93.21% at the highest. In addition, the stability of the system can still reach 89.31% under the condition of relatively large usage, and its performance is excellent. This paper proposes corresponding teaching methods and instructional modes based on predecessors' research on mathematics instructional mode and the current state of mathematics teaching. In addition, this paper constructs a teaching evaluation model based on DL algorithm based on an in-depth study of DL-related theories in order to accurately and scientifically analyze the problems that exist in mathematics teaching. This paper constructs an instructional quality evaluation index system based on rationality and fairness, and uses the BPNN evaluation model to train and study a set of instructional quality data. Finally, the experimental results show that this system has a high level of stability, with a 96.37 percent stability rate and a 95.42 percent evaluation accuracy rate. The results of this paper's evaluation of the mathematical instructional quality model are objective and reasonable. Breast cancer is the most common and deadly type of cancer in the world. Based on machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost, random forest, logistic regression, and K-nearest neighbor, this paper establishes different models to classify and predict breast cancer, so as to provide a reference for the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Recall indicates the probability of detecting malignant cancer cells in medical diagnosis, which is of great significance for the classification of breast cancer, so this article takes recall as the primary evaluation index and considers the precision, accuracy, and F1-score evaluation indicators to evaluate and compare the prediction effect of each model. In order to eliminate the influence of different dimensional concepts on the effect of the model, the data are standardized. In order to find the optimal subset and improve the accuracy of the model, 15 features were screened out as input to the model through the Pearson correlation test. The K-nearest neighbor model uses the cross-validation method to select the optimal k value by using recall as an evaluation index. For the problem of positive and negative sample imbalance, the hierarchical sampling method is used to extract the training set and test set proportionally according to different categories. The experimental results show that under different dataset division (8 : 2 and 7 : 3), the prediction effect of the same model will have different changes. Comparative analysis shows that the XGBoost model established in this paper (which divides the training set and test set by 8 : 2) has better effects, and its recall, precision, accuracy, and F1-score are 1.00, 0.960, 0.974, and 0.980, respectively. Whitelisting is a widely used method in the security field. However, due to the rapid development of the Internet, the traditional whitelisting method cannot promote the security of increasing Internet access. In recent years, with the success of machine learning in different areas, many researchers focus on the security of Internet access through machine learning methods. The most common form of machine learning is supervised learning. Supervised learning requires a large number of labeled samples, but it is difficult to obtain labeled samples in practical applications. This paper introduced an unsupervised deep learning algorithm based on seq2seq, which combined with the recurrent neural network and the autoencoder structure to realize an intelligent boundary security control mechanism. The main methods proposed in this paper are divided into two parts: data processing and modeling. In the phase of data processing, the access text table was coded with dicts, and all sequences were padded to the maximum. In the modeling phase, the network was optimized according to the principle of minimizing the reconstruction error. From the comparative experiments, the proposed method's AUC on the public data set reached 0.99, and its performance is better than several classical supervised learning algorithms, proving that the proposed method has an efficient defense against abnormal network access. With the continuous development of digital technology, music, as an important form of media, and its digital audio technology is also constantly developing, forcing the traditional music industry to start the road of digital transformation. What kind of method can be used to automatically retrieve music information effectively and quickly in vocal singing has become one of the current research topics that has attracted much attention. Aiming at this problem, it is of great research significance for the field of timbre feature recognition. With the in-depth research on timbre feature recognition, the research on timbre feature extraction by machine learning in vocal singing has also been gradually carried out, and its performance advantages are of great significance to solve the problem of automatic retrieval of music information. This paper aims to study the application of feature extraction algorithm based on machine learning in timbre feature extraction in vocal singing. Through the analysis and research of machine learning and feature extraction methods, it can be applied to the construction of timbre feature extraction algorithms to solve the problem of automatic retrieval of music information. This paper analyzed vocal singing, machine learning, and feature extraction, experimentally analyzed the performance of the method, and used related theoretical formulas to explain. The results have showed that the method for timbre feature extraction in the vocal singing environment was more accurate than the traditional method, the difference between the two was 24.27%, and the proportion of satisfied users was increased by 33%. The existing deep learning models have problems such as large weight parameters and slow inference speed of equipment. In practical applications such as fire detection, they often cannot be deployed on equipment with limited resources due to the huge amount of parameters and low efficiency. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a lightweight smoke detection model based on the convolutional attention mechanism module. The model is based on the YOLOv5 lightweight framework. The backbone network draws on the GhostNet design idea, replaces the CSP structure of the FPN and head layers with the GhostBottleNeck module, adds a convolutional attention mechanism module to the backbone network layer, and uses the CIoU loss function to improve the regression accuracy. Using YOLOv5s as the benchmark model, the parameter amount of the proposed lightweight neural network model is 2.75 M, and the floating-point calculation amount is 2.56 G, which is much lower than the parameter amount and calculation amount of the benchmark model. Tested on the public fire dataset, compared with the traditional deep learning algorithm, the model proposed in the paper has better detection performance and the detection speed is significantly better than the benchmark model. Tested under the unquantized simulator, the speed of the proposed model to detect a single picture is 60 ms, which can meet the requirements of real-time engineering applications. Based on a machine learning algorithm, this paper deeply explores the privacy protection of personal information. In this paper, the definition of the machine learning algorithm is put forward, the design idea of privacy protection in joint machine learning platform is studied, and the architecture model and model parameter updating strategy of joint machine learning under privacy protection are designed. To protect the privacy of personal information, this paper also proposes a data homomorphic verification mechanism to prevent the global parameters from being tampered with by malicious cloud servers. In order to verify the performance of the models constructed in this paper, the comparative experiments of different models are carried out. The experimental results show that this algorithm has a fast convergence speed, and the average error rate decreases by 4.17% compared with the traditional algorithm. Moreover, the accuracy of this algorithm reaches 95.37%, which is about 8.76% higher than the previous algorithm. There are various problems in diagnosing and treating tumor diseases in significant hospitals. The content includes misjudgement and over-surgery issues. For example, the judgment of pulmonary nodules mainly relies on artificial experience, and most of the artificial experience is too radical. This paper is mainly based on the extensive medical data of significant hospitals, extracts the diagnosis and treatment data and digital images of similar cases from the extensive database, classifies them through the deep learning of the computer, and then proposes the control mechanism and the solution of the doctor's misjudgement and excessive medical treatment. This method mainly relies on the CT and MRI digital images of various types of tumor diseases accumulated in the history of major hospitals. Based on the preliminary judgment of each diagnosis and treatment and the results of surgical and pathological examinations, the accumulation of various types of digital images from the history is used. The features are analysed and extracted, the model is built, and finally, a predictive analysis system for this type of tumor is obtained, which can predict the benign and malignant cases of currently occurring cases and avoid the limitations and instability of artificial experience greatest extent. This bracelet detects fat using the near-infrared diffuse reflection principle, with the goal of assisting people in controlling and maintaining a healthy weight. A large amount of data has been accumulated in all walks of life due to the development of the Internet network and data storage technology. As a result, the emergence of machine learning plays a critical role in the data analysis of human sports health monitoring of smart bracelets. With the rapid development of machine learning technology, how to use machine learning technology to empower the manufacturing industry has become a research hotspot. In order to solve the problem of product quality classification in a small sample data and imbalanced data environment, this paper proposes a data generation model called MSMOTE-GAN, which is based on Mahalanobis Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technology (MSMOTE) and Generative Adversarial Network (GAN). Among them, MSMOTE is proposed to solve the problem of the sample biased to the majority class expanded by methods such as GAN in a sample imbalanced environment. Based on the traditional SMOTE method, the sample distance measurement method is modified from Euclidean distance to Mahalanobis distance, taking into account the correlation between attributes and the influence of dimensions on the sample distance. In the data generation model, MSMOTE is used to balance the positive and negative samples in the data. GAN generates fake data with the same distribution as the original data based on a balanced data set and expands the sample size to solve the problems of overfitting and insufficient model expression ability that occur when the sample size is too small. The quality classification framework of water heater liner based on the data generation model and Random Forest is constructed, and the process of the quality classification of water heater liner under the environment of small sample data and imbalanced data is fully described. For the problem of knowledge overload in the process of online learning and the traditional algorithm's poor recommendation accuracy and real-time performance in the massive educational resources, a deep learning-based recommendation model for online educational resources is proposed. First, attribute features of learners and learning resources are extracted, and then text features of learning resources are extracted, and attention fusion of features at multiple different scales is performed using a multiscale fusion strategy. Finally, the fused features are used as input to the multilayer perceptron to train the classification model. With the further development of the construction of "smart mine," the establishment of three-dimensional (3D) point cloud models of mines has become very common. However, the truck operation caused the 3D point cloud model of the mining area to contain dust points, and the 3D point cloud model established by the Context Capture modeling software is a hollow structure. The previous point cloud denoising algorithms caused holes in the model. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes the point cloud denoising method based on orthogonal total least squares fitting and two-layer extreme learning machine improved by genetic algorithm (GA-TELM). The steps are to separate dust points and ground points by orthogonal total least squares fitting and use GA-TELM to repair holes. The advantages of the proposed method are listed as follows. First, this method could denoise without generating holes, which solves engineering problems. Second, GA-TELM has a better effect in repairing holes compared with the other methods considered in this paper. Finally, this method starts from actual problems and could be used in mining areas with the same problems. In the field of mechanical and electrical equipment, the motor rolling bearing is a workpiece that is extremely prone to damage and failure. However, the traditional fault diagnosis methods cannot keep up with the development pace of the times because they need complex manual pretreatment or the support of specific expert experience and knowledge. As a rising star, the data-driven fault diagnosis methods are increasingly favored by scholars and experts at home and abroad. The convolutional neural network has been widely used because of its powerful feature extraction ability for all kinds of complex information and its outstanding research results in image processing, target tracking, target diagnosis, time-frequency analysis, and other scenes. Therefore, this paper introduces a convolutional neural network and applies it to motor-bearing fault diagnosis. Aiming at the shortcomings of fault signal and convolutional neural network, a large-scale maximum pooling strategy is proposed and optimized by wavelet transform to improve the fault diagnosis efficiency of motor bearing under high-voltage operation. To improve the word order ranking effect of English language retrieval, based on machine learning algorithms, this paper combines a semionline model to construct an artificial intelligence ranking model for English word order based on a semionline model and establishes a semisupervised ELM regression model. In order to improve the scientificity of sports action analysis, this paper constructs a sports action analysis model based on machine learning based on the greedy algorithm and the bat algorithm. Moreover, this paper judges the degree of similarity between model faces through the pros and cons of the order and applies it to the structural similarity matrix between models. The purpose of this study is to explore the noninvasive human-computer interaction methods that have been widely used in various fields, especially in the field of robot control. To have a deep understanding of the development of the methods, this paper employs "Mapping Knowledge Domains" (MKDs) to find research hotspots in the area to show the future potential development. Through the literature review, this paper found that there was a paradigm shift in the research of noninvasive BCI technologies for robotic control, which has occurred from early 2010 since the rapid development of machine learning, deep learning, and sensory technologies. This study further provides a trend analysis that the combination of data-driven methods with optimized algorithms and human-sensory-driven methods will be the key areas for the future noninvasive method development in robotic control. In China, the application of corpus in language teaching, especially in English and American literature teaching, is still in the preliminary research stage, and there are various shortcomings, which have not been paid due attention by front-line educators. Constructing English and American literature corpus according to certain principles can effectively promote English and American literature teaching. The research of this paper is devoted to how to automatically build a corpus of English and American literature. In the process of keyword extraction, key phrases and keywords are effectively combined. The similarity between atomic events is calculated by the TextRank algorithm, and then the first N sentences with high similarity are selected and sorted. Based on ML (machine learning) text classification method, a combined classifier based on SVM (support vector machine) and NB (Naive Bayes) is proposed. The experimental results show that, from the point of view of accuracy and recall, the classification effect of the combined algorithm proposed in this paper is the best among the three methods. The best classification results of accuracy, recall, and F value are 0.87, 0.9, and 0.89, respectively. As one of the most effective ways to implement national fitness, square dance has gradually become the main lifestyle of urban communities, an important part of China's sports construction, and an important indicator to reflect the fitness of the masses and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. On the other hand, with the rapid development of internet of things technology, many people can use intelligent bracelets based on machine learning technology to realize motion detection. This technology is also applicable in square dance, which is of great significance to exercise and protect health. This paper first reviews the research status of the internet of things communication protocol and cloud platform, then introduces and analyzes the MQTT communication protocol and Netty high-performance network framework, and studies the integration technology of the internet of things and machine learning. Then, according to the characteristics of the internet of things, a scheme to realize data preprocessing is proposed. The value to be completed is calculated based on the correlation of other attributes corresponding to the k-nearest neighbor model (KNN) and the regression model. Finally, the machine learning algorithm is used to train the results of the three models to obtain the final filling value. This paper uses feature subspace learning and cross-media retrieval analysis to construct an advertising design and communication model. To address the problems of the traditional feature subspace learning model and make the samples effectively maintain their local structure and discriminative properties after projection into the feature space, this paper proposes a discriminative feature subspace learning model based on Low-Rank Representation (LRR), which explores the local structure of samples through Low-Rank Representation and uses the representation coefficients as similarity constraints of samples in the projection space so that the projection subspace can better maintain the local nearest-neighbor relationship of samples. Based on the common subspace learning, this paper uses the extreme learning machine method to improve the cross-modal retrieval accuracy, mining deeper data features and maximizing the correlation between different modalities, so that the learned shared subspace is more discriminative; meanwhile, it proposes realizing cross-modal retrieval by the deep convolutional generative adversarial network, using unlabeled samples to further explore the correlation of different modal data and improve the cross-modal performance. The clustering quality of images and audios is corrected in the feature subspace obtained by dimensionality reduction through an optimization algorithm based on similarity transfer. Three active learning strategies are designed to calculate the conditional probability of unannotated samples around user-annotated samples in the correlation feedback process, thus improving the efficiency of cross-media retrieval in the case of limited feedback samples. The experimental results show that the method accurately measures the cross-media relevance and effectively achieves mutual retrieval between image and audio data. Human posture equipment technology has advanced significantly thanks to advances in deep learning and machine vision. Even the most advanced models may not be able to predict all body joints accurately. This paper proposes an adaptive generative adversarial network to improve the human posture detection algorithm in order to address this issue. GAN is used in the algorithm to detect human posture improvement. The algorithm uses OpenPose to detect and connect keypoints and then generates heat maps in the GAN system model. During the training process, the confidence evaluation mechanism is added to the system model. The generator predicts posture, while the resolver refines human joints over time. And, by using normalization technologies in the confidence evaluation mechanism, the generator can pay more attention to the prominent body joints, improving the algorithm's body detection accuracy of nodes. In MPII, LSP, and FLIC datasets, the proposed algorithm has shown to have a good detection effect. Its positioning accuracy is about 95.37 percent, and it can accurately locate the joints of the entire body. Several other algorithms are outperformed by this one. The health status of mechanical bearings concerns the safety of equipment usage. Therefore, it is of crucial importance to monitor mechanical bearings. Currently, deep learning is the mainstream approach for this task. However, in practical situations, the majority of fault samples have the issue of severe class unbalancing, which renders conventional deep learning inapplicable. Targeted at this issue, this paper proposes an invariant temporal-spatial attention fusion network called ITSA-FN for bearing fault diagnosis under unbalanced conditions. First, the proposed method utilizes the invariant temporal-spatial attention representation section, which consists of a pretrained convolutional auto-encoder model, a convolutional block attention module, and a long short-term memory network, to extract independent features and invariant features of spatial-temporal characteristics from input signals. Then, a multilayer perceptron is used to fuse and infer from the extracted features and design a new loss function from the focal loss for network training. In order to improve the effect of intelligent teaching and give full play to the role of intelligent technology in modern physical education, in this paper, cloud computing and deep learning methods are used to comprehensively evaluate the teaching effect of colleges and universities, and calculate the evaluation effect and accuracy. Cloud computing and deep learning algorithm combine the teaching evaluation scale, teaching content, and characteristics to formulate teaching plans for different students and realize targeted teaching evaluation. In sports, the essence of a complete technical action is a complete information structure pattern and the athlete's judgment of the action is actually the identification of the movement information structure pattern. Action recognition refers to the ability of the human brain to distinguish a perceived action from other actions and obtain predictive response information when it identifies and confirms it according to the constantly changing motion information on the field. Action recognition mainly includes two aspects: one is to obtain the required action information based on visual observation and the other is to judge the action based on the obtained action information, but the neuropsychological mechanism of this process is still unknown. In this paper, a new key frame extraction method based on the clustering algorithm and multifeature fusion is proposed for sports videos with complex content, many scenes, and rich actions. First, a variety of features are fused, and then, similarity measurement can be used to describe videos with complex content more completely and comprehensively; second, a clustering algorithm is used to cluster sports video sequences according to scenes, eliminating the need for shots in the case of many scenes. It is difficult and complicated to detect segmentation; third, extracting key frames according to the minimum motion standard can more accurately represent the video content with rich actions. At the same time, the clustering algorithm used in this paper is improved to enhance the offline computing efficiency of the key frame extraction system. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the classical convolutional neural network and recurrent neural network algorithms in deep learning, this paper proposes an improved convolutional network and optimization based on the recognition and analysis of human actions under complex scenes, complex actions, and fast motion compared to post-neural network and hybrid neural network algorithm. To improve the quality of knowledge service selection in a cloud manufacturing environment, this paper proposes a cloud manufacturing knowledge service optimization decision method based on users' psychological behavior. Based on the characteristic analysis of cloud manufacturing knowledge service, establish the optimal evaluation index system of cloud manufacturing knowledge service, use the rough set theory to assign initial weights to each evaluation index, and adjust the initial weights according to the user's multiattribute preference to ensure that the consequences are allocated correctly. For improving question and answer efficiency, compared with other models, the BiLSTM (bidirectional long short-term memory) model is preferred to build suicidal tendencies. Human resources are the core resources of an enterprise, and the demand forecasting plays a vital role in the allocation and optimization of human resources. Starting from the basic concepts of human resource forecasting, this paper employs the backpropagation neural network (BPNN) and radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) to analyze human resource needs and determine the key elements of the company's human resource allocation through predictive models. With historical data as reference, the forecast value of current human resource demand is obtained through the two types of neural networks. Based on the prediction results, the company managers can carry out targeted human resource planning and allocation to improve the efficiency of enterprise operations. Gesture recognition utilizes deep learning network model to automatically extract deep features of data; however, traditional machine learning algorithms rely on manual feature extraction and poor model generalization ability. In this paper, a multimodal gesture recognition algorithm based on convolutional long-term memory network is proposed. First, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is employed to automatically extract the deeply hidden features of multimodal gesture data. Then, a time series model is constructed using a long short-term memory (LSTM) network to learn the long-term dependence of multimodal gesture features on the time series. On this basis, the classification of multimodal gestures is realized by the SoftMax classifier. Finally, the method is experimented and evaluated on two dynamic gesture datasets, VIVA and NVGesture. Experimental results indicate that the accuracy rates of the proposed method on the VIVA and NVGesture datasets are 92.55% and 87.38%, respectively, and its recognition accuracy and convergence performance are better than those of other comparison algorithms. Artificial intelligence (AI) proves decisive in today's rapidly developing society and is a motive force for the evolution of financial technology. As a subdivision of artificial intelligence research, machine learning (ML) algorithm is extensively used in all aspects of the daily operation and development of the supply chain. Using data mining, deductive reasoning, and other characteristics of machine learning algorithms can effectively help decision-makers of enterprises to make more scientific and reasonable decisions by using the existing financial index data. At present, globalization uncertainties such as COVID-19 are intensifying, and supply chain enterprises are facing bankruptcy risk. In the operation process, practical tools are needed to identify and opportunely respond to the threat in the supply chain operation promptly, predict the probability of business failure of enterprises, and take scientific and feasible measures to prevent a financial crisis in good season. Artificial intelligence decision-making technology can help traditional supply chains to transform into intelligent supply chains, realize smart management, and promote supply chain transformation and upgrading. By applying machine learning algorithms, the supply chain can not only identify potential risks in time and adopt scientific and feasible measures to deal with the crisis but also strengthen the connection and cooperation between different enterprises with the advantage of advanced technology to provide overall operation efficiency. On account of this, the paper puts forward an artificial intelligence-based corporate financial-risk-prevention (FRP) model, which includes four stages: data preprocessing, feature selection, feature classification, and parameter adjustment. Firstly, relevant financial index data are collected, and the quality of the selected data is raised through preprocessing; secondly, the chaotic grasshopper optimization algorithm (CGOA) is used to simulate the behavior of grasshoppers in nature to build a mathematical model, and the selected data sets are selected and optimized for features. Then, the support vector machine (SVM) performs classification processing on the quantitative data with reduced features. Empirical risk is calculated using the hinge loss function, and a regular operation is added to optimize the risk structure. Finally, slime mould algorithm (SMA) can optimize the process to improve the efficiency of SVM, making the algorithm more accurate and effective. In this study, Python is used to simulate the function of the corporate business finance risk prevention model. The experimental results show that the CGOA-SVM-SMA algorithm proposed in this paper achieves good results. Multiple kernel learning (MKL) as an approach to automated kernel selection plays an important role in machine learning. Some learning theories have been built to analyze the generalization of multiple kernel learning. However, less work has been studied on multiple kernel learning in the framework of semisupervised learning. In this paper, we analyze the generalization of multiple kernel learning in the framework of semisupervised multiview learning. We apply Rademacher chaos complexity to control the performance of the candidate class of coregularized multiple kernels and obtain the generalization error bound of coregularized multiple kernel learning. Furthermore, we show that the existing results about multiple kennel learning and coregularized kernel learning can be regarded as the special cases of our main results in this paper. The diagnosis of thyroid nodules at an early stage is a challenging task. Manual diagnosis of thyroid nodules is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Meanwhile, due to the difference of instruments and technical personnel, the original thyroid nodule ultrasound images collected are very different. In order to make better use of ultrasound image information of thyroid nodules, some image processing methods are indispensable. In this paper, we developed a method for automatic thyroid nodule classification based on image enhancement and deep neural networks. The selected image enhancement method is histogram equalization, and the neural networks have four-layer network nodes in our experiments. The dataset in this paper consists of thyroid nodule images of 508 patients. The data are divided into 80% training and 20% validation sets. A comparison result demonstrates that our method can achieve a better performance than other normal machine learning methods. The experimental results show that our method has achieved 0.901961 accuracy, 0.894737 precision, 1 recall, and 0.944444 F1-score. At the same time, we also considered the influence of network structure, activation function of network nodes, number of training iterations, and other factors on the classification results. The experimental results show that the optimal network structure is 2500-40-2-1, the optimal activation function is logistic function, and the best number of training iterations is 500. In order to effectively reduce the energy consumption, improve the efficiency of data collection in HWSNs, and prolong the lifetime of the overall network, the clustering method is one of the most effective methods in the data collection methods for HWSNs. The data collection strategy of HWSNs based on the clustering method mainly includes three stages: (1) selecting the appropriate cluster head, (2) forming between clusters, and (3) transferring data between clusters. Among them, the selection of the cluster heads in the first stage. The optimal number of cluster heads in the formation of clusters in the second stage is the core and key to the clustering data collection of HWSNs. In the stage of cluster head selection, a data collection strategy for HWSNs based on the clustering method is proposed. Sink establishes an extreme learning machine neural network model. The cluster member nodes select cluster heads based on the remaining energy of the sensor node, the number of the neighbor node, and the distance to the sink. The best cluster head node is selected through the adaptive learning of the online sequence extreme learning machine. Through comprehensive consideration of various factors to complete the clustering process, the gray wolf algorithm is used to optimize the number of clusters, balance the effect of clustering, and improve the efficiency of data collection while reducing energy consumption. An energy efficient and reliable clustering data collection strategy for HWSNs based on the online sequence extreme learning machine and the gray wolf optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper. A nonlinear error correction model (ECM) is developed to fit nonlinear relationships between the nonstationary time series in a cointegration relationship. Different from the previous parametric methods, this paper constructs a hybrid neural network to learn the nonlinear error correction model by combining a linear recurrent neural network with a multilayer BP network. The network learning algorithm is given by using the gradient descent method and error back propagation. Based on the principle of data-driven, all network parameters can be obtained through the network learning and training. The daily data of gold price and the US dollar index in 2021 were used to verify this proposed nonlinear ECM neural learning method and the results were compared by the likelihood ratio Chi-square test. Simulation results show that the proposed data-driven nonlinear error correction neural learning method can improve goodness of fit statistical significantly of complex nonlinear relationship between time series. Face recognition technology is a powerful means to capture biological facial features and match facial data in existing databases. With the advantages of noncontact and long-distance implementation, it is being used in more and more scenarios. Affected by factors such as light, posture, and background environment, the face images captured by the device are still insufficient in the recognition rate of existing face recognition models. We propose an AB-FR model, a convolutional neural network face recognition method based on BiLSTM and attention mechanism. By adding an attention mechanism to the CNN model structure, the information from different channels is integrated to enhance the robustness of the network, thereby enhancing the extraction of facial features. Then, the BiLSTM method is used to extract the timing characteristics of different angles or different time photos of the same person so that convolutional blocks can obtain more face detail information. Finally, we used the cross-entropy loss function to optimize the model and realize the correct face recognition. The experimental results show that the improved network model indicates better identification performance and stronger robustness on some public datasets (such as CASIA-FaceV5, LFW, MTFL, CNBC, and ORL). The COVID-19 virus continues to generate waves of infections around the world. With major areas in developing countries still lagging behind in vaccination campaigns, the risk of new variants that can cause re-infections worldwide makes the monitoring and forecasting of the evolution of the virus a high priority. Having accurate models able to forecast the incidence of the spread of the virus provides help to policymakers and health professionals in managing the scarce resources in an optimal way. In this paper, a new machine learning model is proposed to forecast the spread of the virus one-week ahead in a geographic area which combines mobility and COVID-19 incidence data. The area is divided into zones or districts according to the location of the COVID-19 measuring points. A traffic-driven mobility estimate among adjacent districts is proposed to capture the spatial spread of the virus. Traffic-driven mobility in adjacent districts will be used together with COVID-19 incidence data to feed a new deep learning LSTM-based model which will extract patterns from mobility-modulated COVID-19 incidence spatiotemporal data in order to optimize one-week ahead estimations. The model is trained and validated with open data available for the city of Madrid (Spain) for 3 different validation scenarios. A baseline model based on previous literature able to extract temporal patterns in COVID-19 incidence time series is also trained with the same dataset. The results show that the proposed model, based on the combination of traffic and COVID-19 incidence data, is able to outperform the baseline model in all the validation scenarios. In recent years, the increase of customer loan risk and the aggravation of the epidemic have led to the increase of customer default risk. Therefore, identifying high-risk customers has become an important research hotspot for banks. The customer's credit is the standard to evaluate the loan amount and interest rate, and the ability to quickly identify customer information has become a research hotspot. Based on the bank credit application scenario, this paper realizes function extraction and data processing for customer basic attribute data and download transaction data. Then, a linear regression model with penalty and a neural network prediction model are proposed to improve the accuracy of bankruptcy assessment and achieve local optimization. In this way, the implicit risk prediction and control of customer credit are improved, and the default risk of bank loans is significantly reduced. According to the characteristics of the collected sample data, the most appropriate penalty linear regression prediction algorithm is selected and the experimental analysis is carried out to improve the risk management level of banks. We combine machine learning with Internet of Things technology to study the performance of network propagation model. This paper first introduces the construction environment of the business push system and then realizes user clustering and active business push by using the experimental data. Experimental results show that the active service push system constructed in this paper is feasible and effective. The experiment also compares and analyzes the influence of different clustering methods on the accuracy of service push. The results show that the clustering effect of the multi-Markov chain model (m-MCM) method is superior to that of the K-means method, a commonly used machine learning method, and the accuracy of user-service push obtained by the m-MCM method is superior to that obtained by the K-means method. Finally, on the basis of the existing experimental results, the shortcomings of the service push system are summarized, the future improvement direction and specific implementation measures are proposed, and new requirements for the future update of the service push system are put forward. The present paper deals with optimizing the stock portfolio of active companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange based on the forecast price. This paper is based on a combination of different filtering methods such as optimization of trading rules based on technical analysis (ROC, SMA, EMA, WMA, and MACD at six levels—Very Very Weak (VVW), Very Weak (VW), Weak (W), Strong (S), Very Strong (VS), and Very Very Strong (VVS)), Markov Chains, and Machine Learning (Random Forest and Support Vector Machine) Filter stock exchanges and provide buy signals between 2011 and 2020. In proportion to each combination of filtering methods, a buy signal is issued and based on the mean-variance (M-V) model, the stock portfolio is optimized based on increasing the portfolio return and minimizing the stock portfolio risk. Based on this, out of 480 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, 85 active companies have been selected and stock portfolio optimization is based on two algorithms, MOGWO and NSGA II. The analysis results show that the use of SVM learning machine leads to minor correlation error than the random forest method. Therefore, this method was used to predict stock prices. Based on the results, it was observed that if the shares of companies are filtered, the risk of transactions decreases, and the return on the stock portfolio increases. Also, if two filtering methods are applied simultaneously, the stock portfolio returns slightly and the risk increases. In the analysis, MOGWO algorithm has obtained 133.13% stock return rate with a risk of 3.346%, while the stock portfolio returns in NSGA II algorithm 107.73, with a risk of 1.459%. In view of the inability to accurately analyze the application of deep learning in college physical education teaching design from the perspective of flipping classroom, this paper puts forward an improved deep learning method based on the integration of flipping classroom vision and deep learning, which can reduce the design ability of physical education teaching design in college physical education teaching design and improve the level of college physical education teaching design. Firstly, the initial data set is established by using the theory of flipping classroom horizon, so that the data meet the requirements of normal distribution and reduce the differences between teaching data; Then, the physical education teaching design is divided into different subdesigns by using the theory of flipping classroom horizon. Find the best design result in this domain in each subinstructional design; Finally, under the guidance of the theory of flipping classroom horizon, each subdesign realizes the optimal allocation of teaching resources. MATLAB simulation shows that under the conditions of initial design scheme and teaching resources setting, the improved deep learning method can improve the accuracy of physical education teaching design and shorten the convergence time of design, which is superior to the original deep learning method. Therefore, the deep learning method is used to analyze the instructional design of college physical education, which has a good design effect and is suitable for the instructional design of college physical education.
