In this paper, we proposed an assessment system of forest environmental carrying capacity from many aspects and comprehensively evaluated and predicted the forest environmental carrying capacity of 40 cities in the Yangtze River Delta of China by using the proposed deep learning-based model. In addition, the proposed model is used to dynamically evaluate the comprehensive scores of forest environmental carrying capacity of 34 provinces and cities in China between 2015 and 2020. This paper also has the following contributions: (1) a deeply integrated unidirectional bidirectional LSTM considering the correlation of time series is proposed. The bidirectional LSTM network is used to deal with the backward dependence of input data to prevent the omission of some useful information, which is beneficial to the prediction results. As the fastest-growing crowdfunding model, equity crowdfunding (ECF) brings high returns and uncertainty. In this context, it is crucial to understand these crowdfunding projects' actual performance. Since ECF is currently in the early stage of integration, there are still a lot of risk issues, such as the uncertainty of equity structure, capital supervision, or project management. Therefore, this paper develops a new profitability indicator, "return on registered capital," to test its impact on the ECF project's actual return. This paper studies which factors affect the financial performance of ECF projects through the traditional statistical model and a deep neural network (DNN) model. There is evidence that return on registered capital affects the actual return of the project. At the same time, the company's operating time and the number of employees had an unexpected effect on project performance. In addition, the recognition accuracy of the DNN model in this study exceeds 97%, which affirms the applicability of the DNN model in the analysis of ECF success factors. This paper also uses tenfold cross-validation to prove that deep learning has certain advantages in this topic's accuracy and generalization error. Competitive basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world. With the development of China's sports power strategy, the national movement has strengthened the status of basketball in sports. However, China's competitive basketball ranking is not high in the world, and the analysis of the reasons should start with the management system. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the development status and influencing factors of China's competitive basketball management system under the background of deep learning. For the background of deep learning, this paper describes the application of deep learning algorithms in basketball strategy. It adopts the expert interview method for the competitive basketball management system and elaborates in detail on five aspects: target mechanism, competition mechanism, selection mechanism, market mechanism, and incentive mechanism. The experimental results of the article believe that, based on the suggestions of 10 experts, the current Chinese competitive basketball selection mechanism is the most influential factor, with a weight of 16.1%, and the smallest impact is the level of athletes, accounting for 11.4%. As one of the most widely used languages in the world, English plays a vital role in the communication between China and the world. However, grammar learning in English is a difficult and long process for English learners. Especially in English writing, English learners will inevitably make various grammatical writing errors. Therefore, it is extremely important to develop a model for correcting various writing errors in English writing. This can not only be used for automatic inspection and proofreading of English texts but also enable students to achieve the purpose of autonomous practice. This paper constructs an English writing error correction model and applies it to the actual system to realize automatic checking and correction of writing errors in English composition. This paper uses the deep learning model of Seq2Seq_Attention model and transformer model to eliminate deep-level errors. Statistical learning is combined with deep learning and adopted a model integration method. The rise of FinTech has been meteoric in China. Investing in mutual funds through robo-advisor has become a new innovation in the wealth management industry. In recent years, machine learning, especially deep learning, has been widely used in the financial industry to solve financial problems. This paper aims to improve the accuracy and timeliness of fund classification through the use of machine learning algorithms, that is, Gaussian hybrid clustering algorithm. At the same time, a deep learning-based prediction model is implemented to predict the price movement of fund classes based on the classification results. Fund classification carried out using 3,625 Chinese mutual funds shows both accurate and efficient results. The cluster-based spatiotemporal ensemble deep learning module shows better prediction accuracy than baseline models with only access to limited data samples. The main contribution of this paper is to provide a new approach to fund classification and price movement prediction to support the decision-making of the next generation robo-advisor assisted by artificial intelligence. This umbrella review is motivated to understand the shift in research themes on brain-computer interfacing (BCI) and it determined that a shift away from themes that focus on medical advancement and system development to applications that included education, marketing, gaming, safety, and security has occurred. The background of this review examined aspects of BCI categorisation, neuroimaging methods, brain control signal classification, applications, and ethics. The specific area of BCI software and hardware development was not examined. A search using One Search was undertaken and 92 BCI reviews were selected for inclusion. Publication demographics indicate the average number of authors on review papers considered was 4.2 ± 1.8. The results also indicate a rapid increase in the number of BCI reviews from 2003, with only three reviews before that period, two in 1972, and one in 1996. While BCI authors were predominantly Euro-American in early reviews, this shifted to a more global authorship, which China dominated by 2020–2022. The review revealed six disciplines associated with BCI systems: life sciences and biomedicine (n = 42), neurosciences and neurology (n = 35), and rehabilitation (n = 20); (2) the second domain centred on the theme of functionality: computer science (n = 20), engineering (n = 28) and technology (n = 38). There was a thematic shift from understanding brain function and modes of interfacing BCI systems to more applied research novel areas of research-identified surround artificial intelligence, including machine learning, pre-processing, and deep learning. As BCI systems become more invasive in the lives of "normal" individuals, it is expected that there will be a refocus and thematic shift towards increased research into ethical issues and the need for legal oversight in BCI application. The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is a major ministerial work made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and is the general grasp of contemporary agriculture, peasants, and rural work. In recent years, with the rapid development of remote sensing technology and deep learning technology, the demand for the technology for the classification of crops on satellite remote sensing images based on deep learning technology has increased in agricultural insurance and land survey. Therefore, this paper trains one, which is 85.9%–92.8%, the accuracy of corn classification is 77%–93%, and the accuracy of forest classification is 77%–87.6%. Subsequently, the overall accuracy of classifying all directories through the multi-temporal validation data set between May 2017 and October 2017 reached 92.6%. Such a multi-time combination method can be used for monthly, timely, and efficient iteration of agricultural insurance and crop yield estimation, which will be more accurate each time. These methods can also be further applied to the growth and change monitoring of large agricultural planting areas, adding bricks and tiles to China's agricultural remote sensing. If the countryside is to be revitalized, agriculture must develop rapidly at the same time, industries must flourish, ecology must be livable, rural customs must be civilized, and life must be prosperous. Diabetes mellitus is the main cause of diabetic retinopathy, the most common cause of blindness worldwide. In order to slow down or prevent vision loss and degeneration, early detection and treatment are essential. For the purpose of detecting and classifying diabetic retinopathy on fundus retina images, numerous artificial intelligence-based algorithms have been put forth by the scientific community. Due to its real-time relevance to everyone's lives, smart healthcare is attracting a lot of interest. With the convergence of IoT, this attention has increased. The leading cause of blindness among persons in their working years is diabetic eye disease. Millions of people live in the most populous Asian nations, including China and India, and the number of diabetics among them is on the rise. To provide medical screening and diagnosis for this rising population of diabetes patients, skilled clinicians faced significant challenges. Our objective is to use deep learning techniques to automatically detect blind spots in eyes and determine how serious they may be. We suggest an enhanced convolutional neural network (ECNN) utilizing a genetic algorithm in this paper. In order to achieve China's energy conservation and emission reduction goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions around 2030, it is of great significance. An important means of building energy conservation and emission reduction is the fine management of building energy consumption, which is based on the accurate prediction of building energy consumption, so as to support the optimal management of building operation and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper puts forward the evaluation indexes of the results of the building energy consumption prediction model, uses MAPE and RMSE indexes to evaluate the accuracy of the prediction results of the model, and uses the prediction time and input parameter dimensions to evaluate the time cost of the prediction model. Then, using the three building energy consumption prediction models based on machine learning algorithm established above, the prediction of energy consumption of four types of public buildings in different seasons is completed, and the prediction results are evaluated and analyzed. The health status of elite tennis players and the results of tennis matches are positively proportional under normal circumstances. The physical and psychological functions of tennis players directly affect the athletic ability of tennis players. With the improvement of people's living standards, people's attention to tennis has also increased. Tennis has received increasing attention in China, and the training of tennis players has become increasingly necessary. However, China is still using the traditional means of obtaining athletes' health information to evaluate athletes' health information. This has led to imperfect research into tennis players' health information and professional input systems. This makes the understanding of the health information of athletes incomplete and profound, and it affects the athletic ability of athletes. In this paper, deep learning and a two-factor model are added to tennis players' health information and professional input, and the feasibility of a deep learning system to comprehensively improve health information input is explored. With the accelerating rate of population aging in China, the health of the elderly has received more and more attention and has become one of the most important issues in the elderly care industry. Because of insufficient research on the personal health of the elderly, the value of medical examination data cannot be fully exploited, many physical indicators have a certain impact on overall health or heart health, and there are few studies on heart health assessment. This paper proposes a deep learning-based elderly management analysis method of human exercise health level, using the exercise health management model to evaluate the heart health level of the elderly. Firstly, the indicators to measure heart health are proposed through traditional expert knowledge and personal health index to analyze heart health. Through dynamic assessment, predict the heart health status at the next time point, analyze possible heart diseases, and provide corresponding methods for the health of the elderly, which helps improve the physical health of the elderly. With the continuous expansion of global investment institutions, the development of the investment industry is gradually accelerating, but the risks behind the investment are also constantly increasing. Using the data of A-share companies in China's capital market from 2010 to 2019, this paper studies the impact of venture capital on corporate fraud. Empirical results show that venture capital holdings reduce the probability and frequency of corporate fraud. These findings remain robust after mitigating endogeneity using PSM, Heckman's two-step, one-step approach, suggesting a causal relationship between venture capital holdings and fraud reduction. Further research shows that the way venture capital holdings reduce corporate fraud is to suppress corporate fraud by improving the company's internal and external information environment. Furthermore, venture capital holdings play an important role in the governance of corporate disclosure fraud and operational fraud, but not in the governance of TMT fraud. In addition, the venture capital has better inhibitory effects on the supervision and governance of the fraud frequency of nonstate-owned enterprises compared with state-owned enterprises. The results of this research imply that venture capital shareholding plays an important role in preventing corporate fraud. This study contributes to the researches about the value-added role of venture capital and reveals the governance effect of venture capital on corporate fraud. With the downward pressure of China's economy and the impact of the epidemic, the accumulated market risk has increased the liquidity pressure of the banking industry, and the mismatch between deposit maturity and loan maturity is the main cause for the increase of liquidity risk. The twenty-first century is the era of rapid and in-depth development of data management technology. The explosive growth of massive financial data makes the information data related to the liquidity risk of commercial banks present the characteristics of complexity, diversity, and heterogeneity. The traditional risk early warning model cannot deal with the influence between a large number of influencing factors and the nonlinear factors of commercial bank liquidity risk. Based on this transformation, the circular neural network model is introduced into the field of liquidity risk early warning of commercial banks from the perspective of the mismatch risk of financing maturity of commercial banks, and the driving factors and risk warning signs of liquidity risk of commercial banks are further analyzed from the institutional level, policy level, industry level, and micro commercial bank level. This paper uses network crawler technology, text analysis, and grounded analysis technology to intelligently identify the liquidity risk of commercial banks and establishes an early warning index system based on the influencing factors of commercial banks and internal liquidity risk. Also, it constructs an intelligent early warning model of commercial bank liquidity risk based on deep learning and uses the data of commercial banks from 2000 to 2020 for early warning. The results show that the constructed model has high accuracy, which can provide support for banks and relevant government departments to formulate and resolve bank liquidity risk. With the rapid development of China's social economy, it is the most important task for the water conservancy industry to make use of the existing water conservancy engineering measures to carry out the research on river basin flood control dispatching. Large-scale joint operation of river basins usually needs to consider meteorological and hydrological conditions, historical flood data, multireservoir engineering conditions, and multiple flood control targets, which is a complex decision-making problem. Therefore, electing the optimal operation model of reservoir flood control optimization is very important. In this paper, Luanhe River Basin is taken as the research area, and three kinds of constraints, namely, water balance constraint, reservoir flood control capacity constraint, and water release decision constraint, are set to construct the flood control optimization model. Taking the minimum square of the sum of reservoir discharge and interval flood discharge as the objective function, genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), Spider swarm optimization (SSO), and grey wolf optimization (GWO) are introduced into flood control optimal operation to seek the minimum value of objective function, and the results are compared and analyzed. Through the analysis of optimization results, the optimization ability and convergence effect of grey wolf optimization algorithm are better than those of genetic algorithm and particle algorithm, and the results are more stable than those of spider swarm algorithm. It has a good model structure and can make full use of the results of three wolf groups for optimization. Through the analysis of scheduling results, the results of genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are similar, while those of spider swarm optimization algorithm and grey wolf optimization algorithm are similar and slightly better than those of the first two. Moreover, the search range of grey wolf optimization algorithm for solving long sequence problems is wider and the calculation time is shorter. As a result of the fast rise of globalization, people in China are learning English at a rapid pace. However, there is a severe shortage of English teachers in the region, which is a major hindrance. To address these concerns, a deep learning-based algorithm is proposed that can not only check English pronunciation but also help learners distinguish between phonemic and quality phonemic while listening and differentiating, as well as correct phonemic errors, thereby increasing their language learning capacity. In order to study the application of nonlinear network identification technology in English learning, this paper evaluates the English pronunciation quality through the deep learning algorithm of deep learning combined with the related contents of neural network data model, and the experimental results of speech recognition structure are analyzed and discussed in detail. The concordance between machine and manual intonation evaluation is 80%, the concordance rate of adjacent intonation evaluation is 98.33%, and the Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.627 that shows the technique is reliable. The method of English pronunciation and speech identification model is sensible and dependable, which can give beginners a punctual, exact and impartial judgment and response guidance, assist learners to get on the differences between their phonemic and standard phonemic, and correct phonemic mistakes, in order to enhance the ability of oral English learning. With the decline of China's economic growth rate and the uproar of antiglobalization, the textile industry, one of the business cards of China's globalization, is facing a huge impact. When the economic model is undergoing transformation, it is more important to prevent enterprises from falling into financial distress. So, the financial risk early warning is one of the important means to prevent enterprises from falling into financial distress. Aiming at the risk analysis of the textile industry's foreign investment, this paper proposes an analysis method based on deep learning. This method combines residual network (ResNet) and long short-term memory (LSTM) risk prediction model. This method first establishes a risk indicator system for the textile industry and then uses ResNet to complete deep feature extraction, which are further used for LSTM training and testing. Forward-looking forecasting of the inflation rate could help the central bank and other government departments to better use monetary policy to stabilize prices and prevent the impact of inflation on market entities, especially for low- and middle-income groups. It can also help financial institutions and investors better make investment decisions. In this sense, the forecast of inflation rate is of great significance. The existing literature mainly uses linear models such as autoregressive (AR) and vector autoregressive (VAR) models to predict the inflation rate. The nonlinear relationship between variables and the mining of historical data information are relatively lacking. Therefore, the prediction strategies and accuracy of the existing literature need to be improved. The predictive model designed in deep learning can fully mine the nonlinear relationship between variables and process complex long-term time series dynamic information, thereby making up for the deficiencies of existing research. Therefore, this paper employs the recurrent neural networks with gated recurrent unit (GRU-RNN) model to train and analyze the Consumer Price Index (CPI) indicators to obtain inflation-related prediction results. The experimental results on historical data show that the GRU-RNN model has good performance in predicting China's inflation rate.
