In the research of network abnormal traffic detection, in view of the characteristics of high dimensionality and redundancy in traffic data and the loss of original information caused by the pooling operation in the convolutional neural network, which leads to the problem of unsatisfactory detection effect, this paper proposes a network abnormal traffic detection algorithm based on RIC-SC-DeCN to improve the above problems. Firstly, a recursive information correlation (RIC) feature selection mechanism is proposed, which reduces data redundancy through the maximum information correlation feature selection algorithm and recursive feature elimination method. Secondly, a skip-connected deconvolutional neural network model (SC-DeCN) is proposed to reduce the information loss by reconstructing the input signal. Finally, the RIC mechanism and the SC-DeCN model are merged to form a network abnormal traffic detection algorithm based on RIC-SC-DeCN. The experimental results on the CIC-IDS-2017 dataset show that the RIC feature selection mechanism proposed in this paper has the highest accuracy when using MSCNN as the detection model compared to the other three, which can reach 96.22%. Compared with the other five models, the SC-DeCN model has the highest detection accuracy, while the model training time is moderate and can reach 96.55%. Compared with the SC-DeCN model, the RIC-SC-DeCN model reduces the overall training time by 45.50%, while the accuracy rate is increased to 97.68%. With the development of deep learning theory and the decrease of the cost of acquiring massive data, the image semantic segmentation algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) is gradually replacing the conventional segmentation algorithm by its high accuracy segmentation performance. By increasing the amount of training data and stacking more convolutional layers to form Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), a neural network model with higher segmentation accuracy can be obtained, but it faces the problems of serious memory consumption and long latency. For some special application scenarios, such as augmented reality and mobile interaction, real-time processing cannot be performed. To improve the speed of semantic segmentation while obtaining the most accurate segmentation results as possible, this paper proposes a semantic segmentation algorithm based on lightweight convolutional neural networks. Taking the computational complexity and segmentation accuracy into account, the algorithm starts from the perspective of extracting high-level semantic features and introduces a position-attention mechanism with richer contextual information to model the relationship between different pixels, avoiding the convolutional local perceptual field to be too small. To recover clearer target boundaries, a channel attention mechanism is introduced in the decoding part of the model to mine more useful feature channel information and effectively improve the fusion of low-level features with high-level features. Therefore, this paper innovatively uses the convolutional neural network algorithm to innovate the color matching generation of animation characters and improve the traditional technology of color matching for animation characters. Computer vision-based motion target detection and tracking, which is widely used in video surveillance, human-computer interaction, range interpretation, and other fields, is one of the current research hotspots in the field of computer vision. In engineering scenarios, the two are inseparable and need to work together to accomplish specific tasks. The related research is progressing rapidly, but there is still room for improving its timeliness, accuracy, and automation. In this paper, we summarize and classify some classical target detection methods, analyze the basic principles of convolutional neural networks, and analyze the classical detection algorithms based on region suggestion and deep regression networks. After that, we improve the SSD algorithm for the shortage of low-level feature convolution layers, which has insufficient feature extraction and leads to poor detection of small targets. For the motion target tracking problem, this paper studies the motion target tracking method based on support vector machine and proposes the tracking method of support vector regression and the corresponding online support vector regression solution method based on the analysis of support vector tracking method and structural support vector tracking method. In this paper, we propose a tracking method that fuses structural support vector machines and correlation filtering. The structure is based on the idea of Inception, which adds and replaces some feature convolution layers of the original network while maintaining the original lightweight backbone. The final experiments on the VOC data set demonstrate that the improved algorithm improves the average detection accuracy by 2.6% compared to the original algorithm and basically maintains the real-time speed as well. Experimental simulations on a subset of VOC data (human set) show a significant improvement in AP values and more effective and reliable detection tracking of moving targets. This paper presents a dynamic segmentation and weighted comprehensive matching algorithm based on neural networks for cross-media piano performance audio recognition and retrieval. The 3D convolutional neural network process is separated to compress the network parameters and improve the computational speed. Skip connection and layer-wise learning rate solve the problem that the separated network is challenging to train. The piano performance audio recognition is facilitated by shuffle operation. In pattern recognition, music retrieval algorithms are gaining more and more attention due to their ease of implementation and efficiency. However, the problems of imprecise dynamic note segmentation and inconsistent matching templates directly affect the accuracy of the MIR algorithm. We propose a dynamic threshold-based segmentation and weighted comprehensive matching algorithm to solve these problems. The amplitude difference step is dynamically set, and the notes are segmented according to the changing threshold to improve the accuracy of note segmentation. A standard score frequency is used to transform the pitch template to achieve input normalization to enhance the accuracy of matching. Direct matching and DTW matching are fused to improve the adaptability and robustness of the algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is experimentally demonstrated. Gesture recognition utilizes deep learning network model to automatically extract deep features of data; however, traditional machine learning algorithms rely on manual feature extraction and poor model generalization ability. In this paper, a multimodal gesture recognition algorithm based on convolutional long-term memory network is proposed. First, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is employed to automatically extract the deeply hidden features of multimodal gesture data. Then, a time series model is constructed using a long short-term memory (LSTM) network to learn the long-term dependence of multimodal gesture features on the time series. On this basis, the classification of multimodal gestures is realized by the SoftMax classifier. Finally, the method is experimented and evaluated on two dynamic gesture datasets, VIVA and NVGesture. Experimental results indicate that the accuracy rates of the proposed method on the VIVA and NVGesture datasets are 92.55% and 87.38%, respectively, and its recognition accuracy and convergence performance are better than those of other comparison algorithms. With the deepening and improvement of the contemporary English educating reform, the lookup on the satisfactory English training has attracted greater and extra attention. The key to enhance the English training is to enhance good teaching, and English teaching model is the key measure to enhance good schooling and teaching. Based on a single neural network, it can solely describe the randomness and irregularity of English education quality and cannot describe the whole exchange traits of English education model, which makes the impact deviation of teaching model larger. Based on the in-depth learning of the contemporary state of affairs and traits of English education model, blended with the traits of neural network, this paper constructs an English teaching model primarily based on multimodal neural network algorithm. The experimental results show that the convergence speed of multimodal neural network model is 76% higher than that of single network model, the sum of squares of average error is 79%, and the average evaluation accuracy is 13.99% and 6.42% higher than that of convolution neural network model and radial basis function neural network model, respectively. It is demonstrated that the multimodal neural network model does not accelerate the convergence speed of the network or improve the prediction accuracy of the model and can quickly realize the ability of global optimization. Cross-domain text sentiment analysis is a text sentiment classification task that uses the existing source domain annotation data to assist the target domain, which can not only reduce the workload of new domain data annotation, but also significantly improve the utilization of source domain annotation resources. In order to effectively achieve the performance of cross-domain text sentiment classification, this paper proposes a BERT-based aspect-level sentiment analysis algorithm for cross-domain text to achieve fine-grained sentiment analysis of cross-domain text. First, the algorithm uses the BERT structure to extract sentence-level and aspect-level representation vectors, extracts local features through an improved convolutional neural network, and combines aspect-level corpus and sentence-level corpus to form a sequence sentence pair. Then, the algorithm uses domain adversarial neural network to make the feature representation extracted from different domains as indistinguishable as possible, that is, the features extracted from the source domain and the target domain have more similarity. Finally, by training the sentiment classifier on the source domain dataset with sentiment labels, it is expected that the classifier can achieve a good sentiment classification effect in both source and target domain, and achieve sentence-level and aspect-level sentiment classification. At the same time, the error pooled values of the sentiment classifier and the domain adversary are passed backwards to realize the update and optimization of the model parameters, thereby training a model with cross-domain analysis capability. With the rapid development of intelligent transportation, more and more vehicles are equipped with intelligent traffic sign recognition systems, which can reduce the potential safety hazards caused by human cognitive errors. Therefore, a more safe and reliable traffic sign recognition system is the demand of drivers, and it is also the research hotspot of current automobile manufacturers. However, the pictures taken by the actual driving car are inevitably distorted and blurred. In addition, there are external uncontrollable factors, such as the impact of bad weather, which make the research of traffic sign recognition system face many difficulties, and the practical application is far from mature. In order to solve the above challenges, this paper proposes a Yolo model for traffic sign recognition. Firstly, the traffic signs are roughly divided into several categories and then preprocessed according to the characteristics of various types of signs. The processed pictures are input into the optimized convolutional neural network to subdivide the categories to obtain the specific categories. Finally, the proposed recognition algorithm is tested with the data set based on the German traffic sign recognition standard and compared with other baseline algorithms. Neural network algorithms and intelligent algorithms are hot topics in the field of deep learning. In this study, the neural network algorithm and intelligence are optimized, and it is used in simulation experiments to improve the target image recognition ability of the algorithm in the machine vision environment. First, this paper introduces the application of neural networks in the field of machine vision. Second, in the experiment, the improved VGG-16 convolutional neural network (CNN) model is applied to metal block defect detection. Experimental results show that the optimized network can classify metal block defects with the maximum accuracy of 99.28%. Then, the intelligent algorithm based on neural network is studied, and the CIFAR-10 data set is taken as the experimental target for training test and verification test. Using BP algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO-BP), and improved neural network algorithm, respectively, the convergence speed of ICS algorithm based on BP neural network is compared. The drones can be used to detect a group of people who are unmasked and do not maintain social distance. In this paper, a deep learning-enabled drone is designed for mask detection and social distance monitoring. A drone is one of the unmanned systems that can be automated. This system mainly focuses on Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) monitoring using Raspberry Pi 4. This drone automation system sends alerts to the people via speaker for maintaining the social distance. This system captures images and detects unmasked persons using faster regions with convolutional neural network (faster R-CNN) model. When the system detects unmasked persons, it sends their details to respective authorities and the nearest police station. The built model covers the majority of face detection using different benchmark datasets. Traditional text annotation-based video retrieval is done by manually labeling videos with text, which is inefficient and highly subjective and generally cannot accurately describe the meaning of videos. Traditional content-based video retrieval uses convolutional neural networks to extract the underlying feature information of images to build indexes and achieves similarity retrieval of video feature vectors according to certain similarity measure algorithms. In this paper, by studying the characteristics of sports videos, we propose the histogram difference method based on using transfer learning and the four-step method based on block matching for mutation detection and fading detection of video shots, respectively. By adaptive thresholding, regions with large frame difference changes are marked as candidate regions for shots, and then the shot boundaries are determined by mutation detection algorithm. Combined with the characteristics of sports video, this paper proposes a key frame extraction method based on clustering and optical flow analysis, and experimental comparison with the traditional clustering method. The current Internet data explosion is expecting an ever-higher demand for text emotion analysis that greatly facilitates public opinion analysis and trend prediction, among others. Therefore, this paper proposes to use a dual-channel convolutional neural network (DCNN) algorithm to analyze the semantic features of English text big data. Following the analysis of the effect of CNN, artificial neural network (ANN), and recurrent neural network (RNN) on English text data analysis, the more effective long short-term memory (LSTM) and the gated recurrent unit (GRU) neural network (NN) are introduced, and each network is combined with the dual-channel CNN, respectively, and comprehensively analyzed under comparative experiments. Second, the semantic features of English text big data are analyzed through the improved SO-pointwise mutual information (SO-PMI) algorithm. Finally, the ensemble dual-channel CNN model is established. Under the comparative experiment, GRU NN has a better feature detection effect than LSTM NN, but the performance increase from dual-channel CNN to GRU NN + dual-channel CNN is not obvious. Under the comparative analysis of GRU NN + dual-channel CNN model and LSTM NN + dual-channel CNN model, GRU NN + dual-channel CNN model ensures the high accuracy of semantic feature analysis and improves the analysis speed of the model. Further, after the attention mechanism is added to the GRU NN + dual-channel CNN model, the accuracy of semantic feature analysis of the model is improved by nearly 1.3%. Therefore, the ensemble model of GRU NN + dual-channel CNN + attention mechanism is more suitable for semantic feature analysis of English text big data. Lung cancer is the uncontrolled growth of cells in the lung that are made up of two spongy organs located in the chest. These cells may penetrate outside the lungs in a process called metastasis and spread to tissues and organs in the body. In this paper, using image processing, deep learning, and metaheuristic, an optimal methodology is proposed for early detection of this cancer. Here, we design a new convolutional neural network for this purpose. Marine predators algorithm is also used for optimal arrangement and better network accuracy. The method finally applied to RIDER dataset, and the results are compared with some pretrained deep networks, including CNN ResNet-18, GoogLeNet, AlexNet, and VGG-19. Final results showed higher results of the proposed method toward the compared techniques. The results showed that the proposed MPA-based method with 93.4% accuracy, 98.4% sensitivity, and 97.1% specificity provides the highest efficiency with the least error (1.6) toward the other state of the art methods. With the advent of the artificial intelligence era, target adaptive tracking technology has been rapidly developed in the fields of human-computer interaction, intelligent monitoring, and autonomous driving. Aiming at the problem of low tracking accuracy and poor robustness of the current Generic Object Tracking Using Regression Network (GOTURN) tracking algorithm, this paper takes the most popular convolutional neural network in the current target-tracking field as the basic network structure and proposes an improved GOTURN target-tracking algorithm based on residual attention mechanism and fusion of spatiotemporal context information for data fusion. The algorithm transmits the target template, prediction area, and search area to the network at the same time to extract the general feature map and predicts the location of the tracking target in the current frame through the fully connected layer. At the same time, the residual attention mechanism network is added to the target template network structure to enhance the feature expression ability of the network and improve the overall performance of the algorithm. Semantic feature recognition in colour images is required for identifying uneven patterns in object detection and classification. The semantic features are identified by segmenting the colorimetric sensor array features through machine learning paradigms. Semantic segmentation is a method for identifying distinct elements in an image. This can be considered a task involving image classification at the pixel level. This article introduces a semantic feature-dependent array segmentation method (SFASM) to improve recognition accuracy due to irregular semantics. The proposed method incorporates a deep convolutional neural network for detecting the semantic and un-semantic features based on sensor array representations. The colour distributions per array are identified for horizontal and vertical semantics analysis. In this analysis, deep learning classifies the uneven patterns based on colour distribution, i.e. the consecutive and scattered colour distribution pixels in an array are correlated for their similarity. This similarity identification is maximized through max-pooling and recurrent iterations, preventing detection errors. The proposed method classifies the semantic features for further correlation sections, improving the accuracy. Adenomoma is a common disease occurring in the female uterus. The symptoms and pain of adenomoma seriously troubled the physical and mental health of contemporary women. However, because of the significant advantages of nondestructive and low price, ultrasound examination is used as the main imaging method for clinical diagnosis of gynecological diseases at the present stage and is often used in the initial screening and postoperative diagnosis and treatment of uterine diseases. Imaging provides a very rich information in the medical diagnosis of tumor and is a very important basis for the disease diagnosis and treatment at this stage. A brand-new kind of flexible logic system called universal logic aims to address a variety of uncertain problems. In this study, the role of convolutional neural networks in assessing probabilistic pan-logic algorithms is investigated. A generic logic probability algorithm analysis based on a convolutional neural network is suggested due to the unpredictable outputs of the probabilistic algorithm and the difficulty of its analysis. The stochastic gradient descent technique and the error backpropagation algorithm are used to investigate the broad logic probability algorithm (SGD). The experimental data presented in this research show that the BP algorithm of the convolutional neural network has an accuracy rate of 89 percent when analysing the experimental data. As there are more experimental iterations, the error will go down. The SGD method proves that raising the algorithm's learning rate reduces the loss value of the function. With the popularization of standardized classrooms in colleges and universities, it is possible to collect video data of students' class status through the camera device in the classroom. With abundant video data sources, it is easy to obtain big data of students' class status images. Unstructured video big data is a topic worthy of research in improving teaching quality. First, the current teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities is investigated, and its problems are found. Then, the You Only Look Once (YOLO) network in the object detection network is mainly studied. The deficiencies in the network structure are further explored and optimized. It is used in real classroom scenarios as well as on student expression detection problems. Finally, the proposed scheme is tested. The test results show that at present, 20% and 38% of teachers in higher vocational colleges think that they are "dissatisfied" with their classroom teaching and practical guidance ability. And 38% of teachers wanted to improve the bad situation. The accuracy of the proposed model for student expression detection is higher than that of faster-region convolutional neural network and mask-region convolutional neural network by more than 8%, higher than the YOLO v3 model by more than 4%, and higher than YOLO v3 Tiny model above 6%. Softwares are involved in all aspects of healthcare, such as booking appointments to software systems that are used for treatment and care of patients. Many vendors and consultants develop high quality software healthcare systems such as hospital management systems, medical electronic systems, and middle-ware softwares in medical devices. Internet of Things (IoT) medical devices are gaining attention and facilitate the people with new technology. The health condition of the patients are monitored by the IoT devices using sensors, specifically brain diseases such as Alzheimer, Parkinson's, and Traumatic brain injury. Embedded software is present in IoT medical devices and the complexity of software increases day-by-day with the increase in the number and complexity of bugs in the devices. Bugs present in IoT medical devices can have severe consequences such as inaccurate records, circulatory suffering, and death in some cases along with delay in handling patients. There is a need to predict the impact of bugs (severe or nonsevere), especially in case of IoT medical devices due to their critical nature. This research proposes a hybrid bug severity prediction model using convolution neural network (CNN) and Harris Hawk optimization (HHO) based on an optimized hyperparameter of CNN with HHO. The dataset is created, that consists of the bugs present in healthcare systems and IoT medical devices, which is used for evaluation of the proposed model. A preprocessing technique on textual dataset is applied along with a feature extraction technique for CNN embedding layer. In HHO, we define the hyperparameter values of "Batch Size, Learning Rate, Activation Function, Optimizer Parameters, and Kernel Initializers," before training the model. In practice, PE teaching evaluation based on probabilistic convolutional neural network still faces some practical problems. At present, the existing research mainly focuses on how to improve the accuracy of PE (physical education) teaching evaluation, but ignores the balance between accuracy and speed of the model, which is the key to achieve efficient PE teaching estimation. Aiming at the problem of optimization contradiction existing in the traditional probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network regression method, a position adaptive probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network regression method was proposed. Firstly, the basic principle of probabilistic and random convolution neural network regression method is given. Secondly, the contradiction and reasons between hot trial regression and coordinated regression are analyzed. It is found that the process heat will return to the optimization with irreconcilable contradiction with the coordinates due to the lack of learning parameters when the hot trial transforms the coordinates. The optimization contradiction will make the model tonot obtain the exact coordinates of the nodes. Then, based on the above analysis, the learnable parameters are introduced into the Softmax function, and the position adaptive Softmax model is proposed. Combining the model with the probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network regression method, the position adaptive probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network integral regression method is obtained. In order to reduce the training cost of this method, a simplified training strategy is proposed. Finally, the simulation software MATLAB is used for verification, and the functions of sample maintenance, probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network training, and neural network evaluation are realized. This research designs an intelligent parking system including service application layer, perception layer, data analysis layer, and management layer. The network system adopts opm15 system, and the parking space recognition adopts improved convolution neural networks (CNNs) algorithm and image recognition technology. Firstly, the parking space is occupied and located, and the shortest path (Dynamic Programming, DP) is selected. In order to describe the path algorithm, the parking system model is established. Aiming at the problems of DP low power and adjacent path interference in the path detection system, a method of combining interference elimination technology with enhanced detector technology is proposed to effectively eliminate the interference path signal and improve the performance of the intelligent parking system. In order to verify whether the CNNs system designed in this study has advantages, the simulation experiments of CNNs, ZigBee, and manual parking are carried out. The results show that the parking system designed in this study can control the parking error, has smaller parking error than ZigBee, and has more than 25.64% less parking time than ZigBee, and more than 34.83% less time than manual parking.
