This paper proposes a new algorithm composition network from the perspective of machine learning, based on an in-depth study of related literature. At the same time, this paper examines the characteristics of music and develops a model for recognising musical emotions. Using the model's information entropy of pitch and intensity to extract the main melody track, note features are extracted from bar features. Finally, the cosine of the vector included angle is used to judge the similarity between feature vectors of several adjacent sections, allowing the music to be divided into several independent segments. The emotional model of music is used to analyze each segment's emotion. By quantifying music features, this paper classifies and quantifies music emotion based on the mapping relationship between music features and emotion. Music emotion can be accurately identified by the model. The model's emotion recognition accuracy is up to 93.78 percent, and the algorithm's recall rate is up to 96.3 percent, according to simulation results. With the continuous improvement of the network hardware environment, people turn the demand target to the network application environment and the construction of information resources. How to build a network teaching platform for general undergraduate teaching to ensure the stability of the system and high-quality services during operation especially large-scale concurrent access will inevitably lead to the increase in the business volume of each core part of the network, the number of visits, and data traffic. Through the analysis and research of BPNN and cultural heritage resource development and industrial transformation, it can be applied to the construction of resource value assessment methods to solve the problem of improving the value level of cultural heritage resource development and industry. Network planning evaluation is the key to the early decision-making of urban rail transit project, which directly determines the success or failure of the whole project. How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the urban rail transit information resource network planning has become a difficult problem for many urban planners to solve. Therefore, this paper studies the optimization of the communication resource allocation algorithm and the comprehensive evaluation of its application for urban rail transit planning. In this paper, based on CVNN structure, the network prototype is an extension of RVNN structure. In the abstract, its processing unit is composed of a pair of real-number processors that can realize certain operations. HNN is a fully connected recurrent neural network based on the idea of the energy function, which is helpful to understand the calculation mode of HNN, and the research shows that HNN can solve many combinatorial optimization problems. In addition, the combination of neural network and genetic algorithm with simulated annealing mechanism can also bring new directions for research. Based on a machine learning algorithm, this paper deeply explores the privacy protection of personal information. In this paper, the definition of the machine learning algorithm is put forward, the design idea of privacy protection in joint machine learning platform is studied, and the architecture model and model parameter updating strategy of joint machine learning under privacy protection are designed. To protect the privacy of personal information, this paper also proposes a data homomorphic verification mechanism to prevent the global parameters from being tampered with by malicious cloud servers. In order to verify the performance of the models constructed in this paper, the comparative experiments of different models are carried out. The experimental results show that this algorithm has a fast convergence speed, and the average error rate decreases by 4.17% compared with the traditional algorithm. In the research of network abnormal traffic detection, in view of the characteristics of high dimensionality and redundancy in traffic data and the loss of original information caused by the pooling operation in the convolutional neural network, which leads to the problem of unsatisfactory detection effect, this paper proposes a network abnormal traffic detection algorithm based on RIC-SC-DeCN to improve the above problems. Firstly, a recursive information correlation (RIC) feature selection mechanism is proposed, which reduces data redundancy through the maximum information correlation feature selection algorithm and recursive feature elimination method. Secondly, a skip-connected deconvolutional neural network model (SC-DeCN) is proposed to reduce the information loss by reconstructing the input signal. Finally, the RIC mechanism and the SC-DeCN model are merged to form a network abnormal traffic detection algorithm based on RIC-SC-DeCN. The experimental results on the CIC-IDS-2017 dataset show that the RIC feature selection mechanism proposed in this paper has the highest accuracy when using MSCNN as the detection model compared to the other three, which can reach 96.22%. Compared with the other five models, the SC-DeCN model has the highest detection accuracy, while the model training time is moderate and can reach 96.55%. Compared with the SC-DeCN model, the RIC-SC-DeCN model reduces the overall training time by 45.50%, while the accuracy rate is increased to 97.68%. To address the problems of less semantic information and low measurement accuracy when the SSD (single shot multibox detector) algorithm detects small targets, an MPH-SSD (multiscale pyramid hybrid SSD) algorithm that integrates the attention mechanism and multiscale double pyramid feature enhancement is proposed in this paper. In this algorithm, firstly, the SSD algorithm is used to extract the feature map of small targets, and the shallow feature enhancement module is added to expand the receptive field of the shallow feature layer so as to enrich the semantic information in the feature layer for small targets and improve the expression ability of shallow features. The processed shallow feature layer and deep feature layer are fused at multiple scales, and the semantic information and location information are fused together to obtain a feature map with rich information. Secondly, the cascaded double pyramid structure is used to transfer from the deep layer to the shallow layer so that the context information between different feature layers can be effectively transferred and the feature information can be further strengthened. The hybrid attention mechanism can retain more context information in the network, adaptively adjust the feature map after addition and fusion, and reduce the background interference. The experimental analysis of MPH-SSD algorithm on Pascal VOC and MS COCO datasets shows that the map of this algorithm is 87.7% and 51.1%, respectively. In order to realize the intelligent choreography of musical, based on the mixed density network (MDN), this paper generates the dance matching with the target music through three steps: motion generation, motion screening, and feature matching. The choreography results in this paper have a high degree of matching with music, which makes it possible for the development of motion capture technology and artificial intelligence and computer automatic choreography based on music. In the process of motion generation, the average value of Gaussian model output by MDN is used as the bone position and the consistency of motion is measured according to the change rate of joint velocity in adjacent frames in the process of motion selection. In this paper, a multilevel music and action feature matching algorithm combining global feature matching and local feature matching is proposed. The existing interpretation models for the time spectrum of impulse neutron oxygen activation require interpreters to select the peak range or background range manually from the time spectrum curve, and there is no adaptive interpretation model that can determine the peak range or background range. In this paper, an adaptive selection rule for background segment is proposed, and a semiautomatic interpretation model is constructed by combining background segment interpretation model. Firstly, the interpretation operator selects the time spectrum curve, then the algorithm program adaptively determines the background segment according to the rules, and then calculates and displays the transit time and volume flow according to the background segment interpretation model. The more frequent occurrence of network security incidents has an impact on network security. Through the research on network security situational awareness, this paper constructs a multilevel network security situation evaluation index system from various aspects and uses the Elman neural network optimized by the genetic algorithm to evaluate network security situation. Aiming at the disadvantage of subjective dependence in the traditional assignment method of basic probability assignment function, Elman neural network is used to obtain the basic probability assignment function to increase its objectivity, and it is optimized with the PSD algorithm. In addition, the neural network is further improved by the genetic algorithm. In the traditional D-S evidence theory, an evidence correction step is added to optimize the situation that the final judgment result is incorrect due to evidence conflict. Finally, the fusion rules of the D-S evidence theory are used to fuse the support degrees of the four first-level situations to different security levels to obtain the final network security situation assessment result. This paper aims at the problems of inaccurate recommendation effect caused by data sparseness and cold start in the traditional collaborative filtering-based book personalized recommendation algorithm. So this paper proposes a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm which improves the similarity solution method and the filling method of missing data. (Method/Process). By considering the influence of the user's common rating book collection on the similarity calculation, the average rating value of all books is used as the threshold, and the user's common rating weight is introduced into the user's similarity calculation. As for data filling, according to the user's average rating, the basic attributes such as the age and gender of users are coded, and then Euclidean distance is initially calculated, making hierarchical clustering on users. What's more, Shope-one algorithm is used to calculate the filling value of the former m similar users，and add the weight value of the degree simultaneously to get the final filling value, so as to improve the data filling method. With the development of deep learning theory and the decrease of the cost of acquiring massive data, the image semantic segmentation algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) is gradually replacing the conventional segmentation algorithm by its high accuracy segmentation performance. By increasing the amount of training data and stacking more convolutional layers to form Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), a neural network model with higher segmentation accuracy can be obtained, but it faces the problems of serious memory consumption and long latency. For some special application scenarios, such as augmented reality and mobile interaction, real-time processing cannot be performed. To improve the speed of semantic segmentation while obtaining the most accurate segmentation results as possible, this paper proposes a semantic segmentation algorithm based on lightweight convolutional neural networks. Taking the computational complexity and segmentation accuracy into account, the algorithm starts from the perspective of extracting high-level semantic features and introduces a position-attention mechanism with richer contextual information to model the relationship between different pixels, avoiding the convolutional local perceptual field to be too small. To recover clearer target boundaries, a channel attention mechanism is introduced in the decoding part of the model to mine more useful feature channel information and effectively improve the fusion of low-level features with high-level features. This paper theoretically analyzes some key technologies in computer-aided translation. In recent years, the incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year. Since most of the fundus lesions are located near blood vessels, the image information is complex, and the end vessels are difficult to identify. So, a new segmentation method of diabetic retinal vessel images based on particle swarm optimization and salp swarm algorithm is proposed. This paper uses a Gaussian filter to enhance the main blood vessels, and a top-bot hat transform is used to strengthen the end vessels. The preprocessing process is completed by combining and reconstructing the two images through a normalization operation. The improved particle swarm optimization and salp swarm algorithms perform multi-threshold segmentation on the preprocessed vessel images. The best fit value, Structural Similarity Index Measure, Peak Signal to Noise Rati, feature similarity index measure, sensitivity, accuracy, regional consistency, Dice coefficient, Jaccard similarity, and Shannon entropy are selected for comprehensive evaluation and analysis. Aiming at the research of red wine flavor, this paper designs a red wine flavor extraction experiment and extracts the substances that produce an aroma and flavor in red wine to the greatest extent through strict selection of extraction head and reaction time. For the rapid analysis of red wine flavor, this paper quantitatively describes the chemical category, volatilization time, molecular weight, etc., of flavor substances by analyzing the multidimensional spectral data of red wine, so that flavor substances can be quickly located. The experimental results of this paper prove that, for different red wines, the algorithm in this paper can accurately identify the flavor substances in red wine. In this paper, we summarize and classify some classical target detection methods, analyze the basic principles of convolutional neural networks, and analyze the classical detection algorithms based on region suggestion and deep regression networks. After that, we improve the SSD algorithm for the shortage of low-level feature convolution layers, which has insufficient feature extraction and leads to poor detection of small targets. For the motion target tracking problem, this paper studies the motion target tracking method based on support vector machine and proposes the tracking method of support vector regression and the corresponding online support vector regression solution method based on the analysis of support vector tracking method and structural support vector tracking method. In this paper, we propose a tracking method that fuses structural support vector machines and correlation filtering. The structure is based on the idea of Inception, which adds and replaces some feature convolution layers of the original network while maintaining the original lightweight backbone. The final experiments on the VOC data set demonstrate that the improved algorithm improves the average detection accuracy by 2.6% compared to the original algorithm and basically maintains the real-time speed as well. On the basis of the analysis of the evolution dynamics and the process of smart tourism service, this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of smart tourism service and reveals the evolution mechanism of smart tourism service based on the network platform. Based on the strategic main line of "advantages," it proposes the design ideas and overall framework of the smart tourism service model based on the network platform, including the smart tourism information interactive service model, the element collaborative service model, and the value cocreation service model. The comparison of recommendation results shows that the recommendation error of the genetically improved generalized regression neural network algorithm is reduced, and the recommendation accuracy is better than that of the unimproved generalized regression neural network algorithm. In this paper, the new S-box cryptographic properties are used after analysis and calculation. The affine transformation period, the number of iteration cycles, and the algebraic expression of the S-box are improved. Its cryptographic properties are better than the S-box of the original algorithm, and the security of the algorithm is improved. In the theory of column hybrid algorithm, the computational complexity is reduced by changing the fixed polynomial, and the efficiency of the column hybrid algorithm is improved. In this paper, the performance of the improved AES algorithm is tested. The results show that, in the power consumption curve experiment, the recovery success rate of the original algorithm is about 42%, and the recovery success rate of the improved algorithm is nearly 60%. This paper constructs a sports action recognition model based on deep learning (DL) and clustering extraction algorithm. Gesture recognition utilizes deep learning network model to automatically extract deep features of data; however, traditional machine learning algorithms rely on manual feature extraction and poor model generalization ability. In this paper, a multimodal gesture recognition algorithm based on convolutional long-term memory network is proposed. First, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is employed to automatically extract the deeply hidden features of multimodal gesture data. Then, a time series model is constructed using a long short-term memory (LSTM) network to learn the long-term dependence of multimodal gesture features on the time series. On this basis, the classification of multimodal gestures is realized by the SoftMax classifier. Finally, the method is experimented and evaluated on two dynamic gesture datasets, VIVA and NVGesture. Experimental results indicate that the accuracy rates of the proposed method on the VIVA and NVGesture datasets are 92.55% and 87.38%, respectively, and its recognition accuracy and convergence performance are better than those of other comparison algorithms. A heterogeneous wireless network (HWN) environment contains many kinds of wireless networks, such as UMTS, LTE, and WLAN, where users move around within their coverage area. How to ensure mobile users select the most suitable network is a hot research topic for HWNs. Owing to the mobility of users, the interference of wireless signals, and the fluctuation of network status, the network attribute values obtained by mobile users are often uncertain. However, the traditional access-selection algorithms assume that mobile users can obtain accurate network attribute values, which makes users unable to access the most appropriate network. To solve this problem, this paper designs an access-selection algorithm for HWNs in the context of inaccurate network attribute values. First, the algorithm calculates the network attribute values based on the hesitant fuzzy theory, then calculates the weights of network attributes using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), and finally sorts the candidate networks using the hesitant fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method. For the better utilization of the enormous amount of data available to us on the Internet and in different archives, summarization is a valuable method. Manual summarization by experts is an almost impossible and time-consuming activity. People could not access, read, or use such a big pile of information for their needs. Therefore, summary generation is essential and beneficial in the current scenario. This paper presents an efficient qualitative analysis of the different algorithms used for text summarization. We implemented five different algorithms, namely, term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF), LexRank, TextRank, BertSum, and PEGASUS, for a summary generation. These algorithms are chosen based on various factors. After reviewing the state-of-the-art literature, it generates good summaries results. The performance of these algorithms is compared on two different datasets, i.e., Reddit-TIFU and MultiNews, and their results are measured using Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation (ROUGE) measure to perform analysis to decide the best algorithm among these and generate the summary. After performing a qualitative analysis of the above algorithms, we observe that for both the datasets, i.e., Reddit-TIFU and MultiNews, PEGASUS had the best average F-score for abstractive text summarization and TextRank algorithms for extractive text summarization, with a better average F-score. With the rapid development of neural network technology, we have widely used this technology in various fields. In the field of language translation, the research on automatic detection technology of English verb grammatical errors is in a hot stage. The traditional manual detection cannot be applied to the current environment. Therefore, this paper proposes an automatic detection technology of English verb grammatical errors based on recurrent neural network (RNN) algorithm to solve this problem. Firstly, the accuracy and feedback speed of traditional manual detection and recurrent neural network RNN algorithm are compared. Secondly, a detection model which can be calculated according to grammatical order combined with context is designed. Finally, when the output verb result is inconsistent with the original text, it can automatically mark the error detection effect. In the system design of table tennis robot, the important influencing factors of automatic detection of technical and tactical indicators for table tennis are table tennis rotation state, trajectory, and rebound force. But the general prediction algorithm cannot process the time series data and give the corresponding rotation state. Therefore, this paper studies the automatic detection method of technical and tactical indicators for table tennis based on the trajectory prediction using the compensation fuzzy neural network. In this paper, the compensation fuzzy neural network algorithm which combines the compensation fuzzy algorithm and recurrent neural network is selected to construct the automatic detection of technical and tactical indicators for table tennis. The experimental results show that the convergence time of the compensation fuzzy neural network is shorter, the training time is shortened, and the prediction accuracy is improved. At the same time, in terms of performance testing, the model can accurately distinguish the influence of table tennis rotation state and rebound on table tennis motion estimation, so as to improve the accuracy of motion trajectory prediction. In addition, the accuracy of trajectory prediction will be improved with the increase of input data. Feature selection provides the optimal subset of features for data mining models. However, current feature selection methods for high-dimensional data also require a better balance between feature subset quality and computational cost. In this paper, an efficient hybrid feature selection method (HFIA) based on artificial immune algorithm optimization is proposed to solve the feature selection problem of high-dimensional data. The algorithm combines filter algorithms and improves clone selection algorithms to explore the feature space of high-dimensional data. According to the target requirements of feature selection, combined with biological research results, this method introduces the lethal mutation mechanism and the Cauchy operator to improve the search performance of the algorithm. Moreover, the adaptive adjustment factor is introduced in the mutation and update phases of the algorithm. The effective combination of these mechanisms enables the algorithm to obtain a better search ability and lower computational costs. Experimental comparisons with 19 state-of-the-art feature selection methods are conducted on 25 high-dimensional benchmark datasets. The results show that the feature reduction rate for all datasets is above 99%, and the performance improvement for the classifier is between 5% and 48.33%. Compared with the five classical filtering feature selection methods, the computational cost of HFIA is lower than the two of them, and it is far better than these five algorithms in terms of the feature reduction rate and classification accuracy improvement. Compared with the 14 hybrid feature selection methods reported in the latest literature, the average winning rates in terms of classification accuracy, feature reduction rate, and computational cost are 85.83%, 88.33%, and 96.67%, respectively. In this paper, the existing dynamic adaptive recommendation methods are studied, which combine the practical application scheme of transforming the actual dynamic adaptive recommendation problem into user microblog information. After that, a dynamic adaptive weight fusion method is proposed and based on experimental verification, a real-time dynamic adaptive recommendation system is finally designed. The speech recognition of the Internet of Things takes natural language problems as the research object for a long time and takes the sound signal as the research topic. This paper analyzes the application of dynamic adaptive recommendation and Internet of Things speech recognition in mass sports data monitoring. The simulation results show that the system in this paper is convenient for users to monitor the exercise indicators in real time through the mobile client, and at the same time query the exercise historical data and compare the exercise data through the network terminal, thereby improving the exercise method and exercise load. Users can access the motion monitoring module and see the past floating state of motion parameters more intuitively than graphs, contains queries for metrics such as heart rate, body temperature, kinetic energy, pulse, and weight. Due to the diversity and complexity of people's differences, personal characteristics and business environments, sports data monitoring systems also need to be designed according to the scope of use. The development of remote sensing technology has passed an effective means for forest resource management and monitoring, but remote sensing technology is limited by sensor hardware equipment, and the quality of remote sensing image data is low, which is difficult to meet the needs of forest resource change monitoring. This paper presents a remote sensing image classification method based on the combination of the SSIF algorithm and wavelet denoising. Forest information is extracted from PALSAR/PALSAR-2 radar remote sensing data. The forest distribution map is generated by pixel level fusion algorithm, and the accuracy of the forest distribution map is evaluated by a confusion matrix. The remote sensing image is spatio-temporal fused by the SSIF algorithm to capture more details of forest distribution. The simulation analysis shows that the overall accuracy of the forest classification results obtained by the fusion algorithm is 96% ± 1, and the kappa coefficient is 0.66.
