In this paper, a multilevel thresholding algorithm based on the The Best Agent Operator Gravitational Search Algorithm (BAOGSA) is introduced. BAOGSA with activating best agent to influence the worst mass with agents, the total force and therefore to a low velocity is intended. Segmentation is one of the most important tasks in image processing that endeavors to identify whether a pixel intensity corresponds to a predefined class. One of the easiest methods is applicable to the segmentation thresholding, which is a process in which the pixels of a gray scale image are divided in sets or classes depending on their intensity level. It is used Kapur's method as an objective function for optimal threshold selection by us. After The best threshold values are applied into multiple thresholding segmentation method, and then divided image are obtained into classes. Experimental results are compared and evaluated with the known methods and results demonstrate the high performance of the proposed method for the segmentation of digital images. In this study, transient stability conditions of synchronous generators with different order models used in IEEE 14 were investigated. In addition, wind farms consisting of DFIG connected to generator bus transient responses were compared with the dynamic order models. 3rd and 6th models of synchronous dynamic modeling were used. Simulation study was conducted in Power Systems Analysis Program (PSAT) environment. As a result of studies, the order of the system with the development of synchronous generator model became stable in a short time, and it was observed that the oscillations increased and decreased the performance of simulation study.
