A method of mining and analyzing remote sensing user needs is presented in this paper. With the increasing number and types of satellites in China, satellites are more and more widely used in national economic construction, which can be used in land and resources census, emergency natural disaster relief, urban construction management, earth environment monitoring and so on. Therefore, the number of remote sensing users expand quickly and the specific content of remote sensing observation needs and remote sensing image data needs is diverse. How to find out the user’s remote sensing resources and data use rules from the large number of remote sensing needs is a key problem. The difficulty lies in that the rules representing the relationship between demand parameters are recessive rather than explicit, which can only be found by complex data analysis, especially under the condition of large amount of data. Data mining technology can find potential as well as valuable rules and knowledge from massive data. It is an effective tool to analyze massive data and an effective technical means to solve the above problems. In this paper, the association rules mining algorithm is adopted to mine and analyze mass of remote sensing user demand data, and find the potential association rules between the demand source, regional scope, time, demand type and other parameters.

Recently Optical character recognition (OCR) based on deep learning technology has achieved great advance and broadly applied in various industries. However it still faces many challenging problems in handwritten text recognition and mathematical expression recognition, such as handwritten Chinese recognition, mixture of printed and handwritten Chinese characters, mathematical expression (ME), chemical equations. In traditional OCR, features selection played a vital role for recognition accuracy, while hand-crafted features are costly and time-consuming. In this paper, we introduce a deep learning based framework to detect and recognize handwritten and printed text or math expression. The framework consists of three components. The first component is DCN (Detection & Classification Network), which based on SSD model to detects and classify mathematical expression and text. The second component consists of text recognition and ME recognition models. The final component merges multiple outputs of the second stage into a whole text. Experiment results show that our framework achieves a relative 10% improvement in mixture of texts and MEs which are printed or handwritten in images. The framework has been deployed for recognition paper or homework at one online education platform.

During the COVID-19 pandemic period, all airlines experienced a severe impact and the route operating cost is very susceptible to the impact of flight duration and aviation fuel prices. This paper analyzes the operation performance of Beibu Gulf airlines (low cost airline company) with data envelopment analysis CCR model in pre-COVID-19 pandemic period. Under the domestic vigorous promotion of tourism development and people's huge demand for travel, the airlines in mainland China continue rapid development, which accelerates the emergence of local airlines other than the four major airlines and leads to increasingly fierce operation competition in the civil aviation industry. Behind the competition among airlines, the operational performance of airlines can best reflect the company's development status. In this context, airlines should choose appropriate operational strategies to strengthen its competitiveness and operational capabilities. The DEA model is a mature input-output research tool, and there have been many studies related to operational performance of the aviation industry. By using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) solver software, the input and output indicators from 2017 to 2019 are analyzed. Preliminary results show that routes and oil price factors have not reached effective status. Beibu Gulf Airlines gradually shifts to low-cost mode, the faced challenges are as follows: 1. The competition among domestic low-cost airlines; 2. The current poor overall service quality of low-cost airlines as evaluated by customers; 3. How to arrange routes, flight, service strategy, etc. Airbus uses enhanced aviation systems for this series of aircraft to improve the overall reliability of the aircraft, reduce maintenance and spare parts costs, thus helping airlines greatly reduce maintenance costs, which is very beneficial to low-cost airlines. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as optimizing routes, developing feeder flights in second tier cities of popular destinations, controlling fuel costs, making low-cost aviation fuel reserves, reducing the weight of passengers' carry-on luggage or charging additional baggage charges.

An effective estimation method for the highway reliability management according to the Zhukov usage model based on the recursive test is put forward. This method makes use of the important sampling technique to ensure that under the conditions of the unbiased reliability estimation, the depth recursion is used to measure the difference between the operation profile and the distribution of the zero variance sampling, to correct the test profile by adjusting the transition probability between all the states through the heuristic iterative process. It has proved theoretically that the reliability of the estimation using the modified test profile test is unbiased estimate with the variance of 0. Finally, the heuristic iterative algorithm for the generation of the optimal test profile of the highway reliability estimation is given. The simulation results show that the method put forward in this paper can significantly reduce the variance of the estimate compared with the Newton algorithm, and can increase the speed of the recursive test while improving the estimation accuracy at the same time. The research done in this paper can effectively meet the requirements of the transportation industry in the tertiary industry.

This paper takes listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as research samples to analyze and test the relationship between executive career expectation and enterprise risk. This paper argues that manufacturing enterprise executive career expectations have a dual impact on corporate risk, one is to increase corporate risk through investment effect, the other is to reduce corporate risk through reputation effect. The results show that, in the two effects, reputation effect plays a leading role, that is, the higher the career expectation of executives, the more attention they pay to the professional reputation they try to build. In order to protect their own reputation from damage, executives pay more attention to the risk management and internal control of enterprises, so as to reduce the risk of enterprises. This also shows that reputation has a "implicit" incentive effect on executives .This study provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to formulate "explicit" and "implicit" incentive contracts.

Watershed algorithm is used widely in segmentation of droplet overlapped spots on water-sensitive test paper. However, the phenomenon of over-segmentation, however, is often caused by noise and subtle changes of gray levels in images. To further improve segmentation accuracy of watershed algorithm, this paper proposes a cyclic iterative watershed segmentation algorithm. Through statistical analysis and logistic regression, machine learning models were classified to extract overlapping droplets on test papers. Loop iterative processing of seed points segments overlapping droplets with appropriate thresholds. Compared with fixed threshold watershed segmentation, this method has higher precision and efficiency for spray droplet evaluation in pesticide application.

High background noise, cracks, fuzzy boundaries image containing the chromatism, etc are the common problems faced in the low contrast image recognition, this paper takes the core fracture identification of two-dimensional section as an example, and highlight the point, simplify the problem, this paper only considering the three dimensional images of two-dimensional cross section along the direction perpendicular to the core shaft, focusing on the identification of disc core cracks within the dark grey. Each voxel based on 3D digital images corresponds to a gray value. The smaller the value, the blacker the corresponding voxel will be. The larger the value, the whiter the corresponding voxel is. By fine-tuning the background color difference, filtering and denoising, marking the non-crack area, secondary denoising by graphics method and other algorithm methods, the identification efficiency of the crack area in the two-dimensional cross-section diagram of the core column is effectively improved. This method can also be used as a solution to other problems in similar scenes.

Promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities is an important starting point to promote the advancement of the industrial structure and the green development of the industry, and it is also an inevitable requirement for my country to achieve high-quality economic development. The relationship between ecological governance capabilities and economic governance capabilities runs through national governance. A main line of the modernization of the system and governance capabilities, only by accurately measuring and evaluating my country’s ecological and economic governance and the synergy between the two can we better promote the development of the new normal economy. For this reason, based on the research and evaluation of province data from 2015 to 2019, this paper found that the ecological governance capabilities and economic governance capabilities of China's provinces are quite different. Further, in terms of the coupling coordination degree between the two, in the time dimension, the coupling coordination degree between the ecological governance capacity and economic governance capacity of each province showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing during the period 2015-2019, but generally showed an upward trend, with the highest point being reached in 2016; in the regional dimension, there were large regional differences in the coupling coordination degree between the ecological governance capacity and economic governance capacity, the coupling coordination degree of ecological governance capacity and economic governance capacity is positively correlated with the level of economic development. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the objective evaluation of the coupling coordination degree of ecological and economic governance capacity in China, and has important practical significance for the coordinated promotion of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.

As the financial markets have evolved, the cross-shareholding networks have been formed among Chinese enterprises with equity as the concluded relationship. Exploring the impact of the cross-shareholding networks on financing constraints has important implications for the decisions of manufacturing companies. This paper uses the social network method to characterize the cross-shareholding networks of manufacturing companies from 2007 to 2019 and explores the effects of the cross-shareholding networks on financing constraints. The innovation of this paper is to explore the relationship between the two. It is concluded that the centrality or structural holes richness of manufacturing companies in the cross-shareholding network is inversely related to the financing constraint. The higher the centrality or the richer the number of structural holes, the lower the level of financing constraints.

UAV is one of the important achievements of scientific and technological innovation, which has been widely used in various fields of life in recent years. UAVs of composite materials are the most popular because the composite itself has designability, and can be optimized according to the strength and stiffness of the aircraft without changing the structural weight. In order to ensure the UAV to carry out more accurate image acquisition under the actual ground conditions, through the analysis of decision variables, this paper uses the linear weighting of image shooting range and pixel accuracy to establish the objective function, and establishes the optimal shooting angle under different constraints Considering the actual motion characteristics of objects such as automobiles, this paper assumes that the tracked ground targets are a class of motion objects with non-integrity constraints when the flight altitude of UAV is fixed and the flight speed is constant. The ground target model and the flight dynamics nonlinear model are established. This paper presents a new RRT* algorithm for path planning based on the obstacles encountered by UAV during flight, that is, using the cost function to select the node with the minimum cost in the field of expanding nodes as the parent node, using the MATLAB to select a reasonable obstacle avoidance strategy, the global optimal route is obtained by smoothing processing, and the data simulation test is carried out. The experimental results show that the model is robust.
