The article discusses the models of sponsorship of Catholic higher education. It explores how Catholic higher education adapted management techniques learned from the Catholic Health Care. It states that Catholic higher education aims to improve intellectual, cultural, spiritual and economic status of individuals and communities. They also aim to provide a supportive campus environment for students, faculty and staff. It also states that sponsorship among religious institutions play a vital role in the overall operation. Several sponsorship models are discussed in response to the increase of needs of religious institutions.
