This paper takes 286 prefecture-level Chinese cities from 2011 to 2019 as research objects. It empirically examines the influence of digital finance on green development by using the EBM model, two-way fixed effect model, and instrumental variable method. It is found that digital finance can significantly promote the green development of Chinese cities, and this conclusion is still valid after the robustness tests, such as the instrumental variable method dealing with endogeneity and two-sided winsorization. The mechanism analysis results suggest that only the breadth of digital finance can significantly promote green development in the internal mechanism of digital finance, but the effect of coverage depth and digitization degree is not significant. The external mechanism of industrial structure upgrading assumes the mediating role of digital finance in improving the level of green development. The heterogeneity analysis results show that digital finance has a stronger impact on green development in the central and western cities and small-scale cities. Based on the theoretical knowledge of technological innovation, this paper designs a sensor data value incubation model and a sensor data collection model to collect the original data on green innovation efficiency. In order to explore the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of China's provincial green innovation efficiency and the spatial spillover effect of China's provincial green innovation efficiency, the entropy weight TOPSIS model is adopted to measure the green innovation efficiency of China's 30 provinces (cities) from 2005 to 2021 and analyze its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics. This paper uses an exploratory spatial data analysis method to prove the agglomeration phenomenon of China's provincial green innovation efficiency in the ground space. Finally, a spatial econometric model is introduced to study the impact of government R&D investment, green supervision, and green innovation efficiency on spatial spillover effects. The study found the following three conclusions: First, the efficiency of green innovation in China's provinces has been fluctuating in stages, and the overall trend has been increasing year by year. The overall efficiency of green innovation in China's provinces is low, and the overall development is uneven and uncoordinated. Second, from the results of the spatial autocorrelation test, there is a clear and positive spatial correlation between China's provincial green innovation efficiency and agglomeration in the geospatial space. Third, government R&D inputs and different types of green regulations have a significant impact on green innovation efficiency and have significant spatial spillover effects. Along from the eastern region to the central region, then to the northeast and western regions, the degree of effect on green innovation efficiency and the intensity of spatial spillover effects have gradually weakened. It is believed that the government should reduce R&D investment in the eastern region and increase green sewage charges. This paper uses the data of China's A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2003 to 2014 and takes the pilot emission trading policy in 2007 for a quasinatural experiment to explore the role of the pilot emission trading policy in promoting enterprises' green technology innovation. The empirical research shows a Porter effect in the emission trading system in China. Specifically, first, the emission trading policy can significantly promote enterprises' green technology innovation in pilot areas. In addition, the incentive effect of emission trading policy on green technology innovation is significantly different due to the types of green patents. Second, the incentive effect of emission trading policy on enterprises' green technology innovation is different due to the nature and scale of enterprises. The incentive effect is greater in state-owned enterprises than in non-state-owned enterprises, and it is greater in large-scale enterprises than in small-scale enterprises. Finally, the incentive effect of emission trading policy on enterprises' green technology innovation has heterogeneity of regions. Self-survival innovation teams composed of college students are considered incubators for future entrepreneurs. Stability is the prerequisite for team survival, while sustainable development is the necessary condition for their continuous progress. The development of members and the team are interrelated. In the continuous development of the team, the members, who contribute to the development of the team, change iteratively, while the team provides opportunities and platforms for the development of the members. However, at present, there are few researches on the sustainable development of the team and the data analysis on the correlation between the member development and the team construction. Therefore, in order to make a systematic analysis on the sustainable development ability of the team, this paper adopts questionnaires to obtain relevant information about college students and their innovation team. Boosting green technology innovation of enterprise is the key to achieving a win-win situation for both environmental performance and economic performance. However, some Chinese enterprises still have hesitations and misgivings as to whether they should adopt green technology. Considering the uncertainty of the innovation and the irrational psychological factors of decision makers, the purpose of this paper is to analyse the driving mechanisms and the long-term behaviour of enterprises green technology innovation, as well as to explore what preconditions are required for enterprises to adopt green technology innovation. The methods are prospect theory and evolutionary games. This paper first calculates the equilibrium stability and evolutionary stability strategies of the enterprise green technology innovation system and then simulates the effect of subjective gains and losses values and other psychological parameters in the prospect editing and evaluation stage. Results show that increase in subjective gain and decrease in reference points and subjective spill benefit will motivate enterprises to adopt green technology innovation in the prospect editing stage; higher risk preference and lower loss aversion will increase enterprises' motivation for green technology innovation in the prospect evaluation stage. Besides, we find that enterprise decisions are influenced by risk perception and loss aversion rather than just the magnitude of the benefits and cost. Small- and medium-sized enterprises are more likely to turn to green technology innovation than large enterprises under the same level of risk preference and loss aversion. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the government to encourage enterprises to adopt green technology innovation. Taking intelligent manufacturing pilot enterprises such as the verification sample, this paper uses system dynamics modeling and system simulation methods to analyze the influencing factors and climbing modes of their value chain climbing system under the intelligent transformation. The results show that (1) the value chain climbing system under the intelligent transformation is divided into the original chain climbing layer, cross-chain horizontal climbing layer, and new chain vertical climbing layer; (2) intelligence level, technological innovation level, market share, green development, and government investment all positively impact the value increase. Increased technological innovation level can effectively promote the rise of the value chain from the original chain climbing level to the cross-chain horizontal climbing level. The increase in market scale can effectively promote the rise of the value chain from the cross-chain horizontal climbing level to the new chain vertical climbing level. Green development has a significant impact when enterprises climb to the high end of the value chain; (3) with the deepening of intelligent transformation, the value chain system rises in an orderly, layer by layer manner. The supplier is considered to be attractive under green supply chain management; supplier evaluation is also confronted with a serious challenge. Based on this background, this paper studies green supplier evaluation and selection with weights unknown in hesitant fuzzy sets and presents evaluation indexes by the DEMATEL method. On the basis of the Euclidean distance, hesitancy degree is used to construct the improved type signed distance. At last, the paper calculates relative closeness to rank green suppliers by the improved TOPSIS method and compares the results of the traditional algorithm and SAW method. The low efficiency of the closed-loop supply chain in waste tire recycling has hindered the green development of China's automobile industry. Additionally, the government subsidy decision has a huge influence on green development. This study focuses on a closed-loop supply chain system that consists of five members, namely, manufacturer, retailer, Internet recycling platform, and government. It aims to investigate the effect of the government's subsidy mechanism on the decision-making process of recycling units, as well as to reveal the optimal strategies under different conditions. Under the coexistence of the retailer and the Internet recycling platform recycling programs implemented simultaneously by themselves, a two-stage Stackelberg game model is developed to explore the optimal government subsidy decision and the optimal pricing decision of manufacturer, retailer, and network platform in the closed-loop supply chain. At the same time, this paper investigates the effects of government subsidies on social welfare and the profits of supply chain members under different scenarios and then verifies the optimal government subsidy decision with MATLAB software through numerical examples and sensitivity analysis. The results show that the government subsidy coefficient is positively correlated with social welfare under four subsidy scenarios. To maximize the economic profit and social welfare of the members of the closed-loop supply chain, the government should appropriately select different subsidy objects within the range of different subsidy coefficients. When the subsidy coefficient γ ∈ [0, 15] and the government chooses consumer as the subsidy object, the social welfare will be maximized when γ > 15 and the government chooses Internet recycling platform as the subsidy object. It is recommended that the government directly subsidizes the Internet recycling platform. However, in order to maintain the manufacturer's core position in the closed-loop supply chain, the subsidy coefficient for the Internet recycling platform should not exceed the critical value of 18. These results provide managerial insights for the government, manufacturer, and the third party to make decisions in the field of waste tire recycling. With improvements in consumers' environmental awareness and the promulgation of environmental regulations, an increasing number of companies are beginning to pay attention to green product design, pricing, and purchasing strategies. However, due to demand fluctuations and cost changes brought about by green product design and manufacturing, understanding corporate behavior preferences and constructing non-single-period pricing and procurement strategies can profoundly affect long-term cooperation among green supply chain members. This paper constructs six scenarios in which decision-makers have altruistic preferences simultaneously or separately and whether the retailer adopts strategic inventory. In addition, the impact of altruistic preferences and strategic inventory on the decision-making and profits of the two-period supply chain for marginal cost-intensive green products (MIGPs) are analyzed. The results show that altruistic preferences and purchasing strategies do not affect MIGPs' greening levels. Besides, the retailer's strategic inventory is still an effective bargaining tool but is not necessarily beneficial to profits. Noteworthy, when deciders exhibit altruism simultaneously or alone, the effects on certain decisions and strategic inventory range are significantly different. In the information age, people's awareness of living environmental protection has increased unprecedentedly, and the concept of green environmental protection in enterprise economic behavior has been paid more and more attention by the market and consumers. The integration of green ideas, the improvement of production technology, and the research and development of environmental protection products have become the development trend of enterprises, and environmental ethical responsibility has also become an inevitable problem for enterprises. This paper analyzes the impact of enterprises' conscious commitment to environmental ethics on their economic benefits, identifies the key influencing factors with the help of scientific statistical methods, analyzes the action mechanism of influencing factors in performance on the basis of the effect model and communication model, and analyzes the correlation between environmental ethics and economic benefits. The experimental results show that the long-term dissemination of innovation and reputation factors in environmental ethics is conducive to the dissemination of green innovative technologies and products, obtaining the attention and recognition of more enterprises and stakeholders, broadening the scope of cooperation and sales, and obtaining the support of German consumers. Environmental ethics has a short-term direct effect on performance. This paper empirically studies the environmental regulation, financial resource allocation, and regional green technology innovation efficiency by using provincial panel data from 2005 to 2019. The results show that the cost-input environmental regulation is negatively correlated with the efficiency of regional green technology innovation, while the government-subsidized environmental regulation is positively correlated with the efficiency of regional green technology innovation. The mechanism test shows that the cost-input environmental regulation reduces the efficiency of green technology innovation by restraining the allocation of financial resources, while the government-subsidized environmental regulation lifts the efficiency of green technology innovation by improving the allocation of financial resources. As far as different regions are concerned, the cost-input environmental regulation has a significant inhibitory effect on the eastern and central regions, while the government-subsidized environmental regulation has a significant improvement effect on the central and western regions. This paper investigates the temporal trend and regional disparity of China's agricultural green total factor productivity (AGTFP) during 1997-2016. Combined with the green Luenberger productivity indicator, two different data envelopment analysis models with the biennial environmental technology are constructed for robust checks. Compared with the existing literature, more agricultural carbon emissions are used as the undesirable outputs in the models. It is found that AGTFP in the whole of China and all of its sub-regions (the east, the middle, and the west) showed an overall increase, with the drive of high technical progress. The east had the largest AGTFP, and the middle experienced the largest AGTFP growth. More specifically, with respect to AGTFP, the total difference and the gross difference among the three regions as well as the specific difference within regions widened during these periods. Based on social network theory and dynamic capability theory, a theoretical model is constructed that specifies the process through which relational embeddedness affects enterprise value. The authors selected 612 Shenzhen and Shanghai A-share manufacturing enterprises in the CSMAR database as sample enterprises, and a multiple regression analysis method was used to test hypotheses. The results show that (1) there is an inverted "U" relationship between relational embeddedness and enterprise value; that is, the enterprises' relational embeddedness has an "inflection point" effect on the enterprise value; (2) the enterprises' resource integration capability plays an intermediate role in the impact of relational embeddedness on enterprise value; (3) the market environmental dynamics and technology environmental dynamics play negative regulatory roles in the inverted "U" relationship between relational embeddedness and enterprise value, and they play different regulatory roles before and after the enterprise relational embeddedness reaches the "inflection point"; that is, before the relational embeddedness reaches the inflection point, the technology environmental dynamics plays a major negative regulatory role, while after the relational embeddedness reaches the inflection point, the market environmental dynamics plays a major negative regulatory role. Compared with the market environmental dynamics, the impact of technology environmental dynamics on the relationship between relational embeddedness and enterprise value is more significant; that is, the effect of relational embeddedness on enterprises value is more sensitive to the technology environmental dynamics. This study aims to investigate the driving mechanisms behind outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) on regional green total factor innovation efficiency (GTFIE), focusing specifically on the external fiscal factor perspective. We measured the GTFIE using the super slacks-based model and established a threshold model using financial agglomeration and fiscal decentralization as moderating variables for empirical analysis. The findings indicate that the level of GTFIE in China is relatively low, with an average value of only 0.588 in the sample provinces. It is worth noting that there is a serious imbalance in China's regional green innovation development. The eastern region has an average GTFIE of 0.886 and is home to nine of the top ten GTFIE provinces. Moreover, regional financial factors exert a substantial moderating impact on the spillover of OFDI. OFDI exhibits a significant dual threshold effect on GTFIE under external fiscal moderation. Specifically, with an increase in the degree of financial agglomeration, the relationship between OFDI and GTFIE changes from being insignificant to a significant positive correlation, with a gradient enhancement. Climate change is mainly caused by excessive emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. In order to reduce carbon emissions, cap and trade policy is implemented by governments in many countries, which has significant impacts on the decisions of companies at all levels of the low carbon supply chain. This paper investigates the decision-making and coordination of a low carbon supply chain consisting of a low carbon manufacturer who produces one product and is allowed to invest in green technology to reduce carbon emissions in production and a retailer who faces stochastic demands formed by homogeneous strategic customers. We investigate the optimal production, pricing, carbon trading, and green technology investment strategies of the low carbon supply chain in centralized (including Rational Expected Equilibrium scenario and quantity commitment scenario) and decentralized settings. It is demonstrated that quantity commitment strategy can improve the profit of the low carbon supply chain with strategic customer behavior. We also show that the performance of decentralized supply chain is lower than that of quantity commitment scenario. At present, China's industrial economy is facing a severe problem of green transformation, so the measurement of total-factor green efficiency has become one of the research hot spots. Combining Shephard's distance function and metafrontier model, this study constructs a parametric total-factor green efficiency model in consideration of technology heterogeneity. Stochastic metafrontier analysis, which controls individual effects, is used to estimate metafrontier green efficiency. This study calculates the green efficiency of Chinese industrial sectors. Results show that there are significant differences in metafrontier green efficiency between high- and low-emission groups, and the efficiency level of the low-emission group is systematically higher than that of the high-emission group. Compared with pooled green efficiency and existing studies without considering technology heterogeneity, the metafrontier green efficiency is more intuitive and realistic. In order to achieve green industrial growth, this study suggests that the government should implement heterogeneous energy conservation and emission reduction policies for high- and low-emission groups, especially to encourage carbon-intensive industries to improve the use of existing group technologies, and to promote technology diffusion and spillover between high- and low-emission groups. As an important part of energy saving and carbon reduction, the low-carbon development of the transportation industry is imperative. It is the responsibility of smart transportation enterprises to closely combine their own digital technology with the governments' policies to achieve green innovation. In this study, we conducted an evolutionary game model of the interaction between the governments and smart transportation enterprises, which depended on innovation subsidies and punitive taxes. Besides, we derived the evolutionarily stable strategy of the governments and enterprises and used a simulation to analyze the impact of various policy tools on green innovation strategy. The results showed that the behavior of the governments relies on the benefits of supervision and the costs of supporting green technology innovation. The enterprises' behavior depends on the benefits of green innovation and the loss of no green innovation.
