Abstract

The new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have become strategic tools to promote innovation and creativity in the 21st century University. Their inductive acquisition produces significant changes in all university dimensions: teaching, research, extension and in the Institutional management as well. This work aims at designing an analytic model which allows us to infer the degree of ICT application within the University in order to capitalize on its transformational dynamism.
