In this paper, we use the OLS regression method to analyse the influencing mechanism of the NFCC on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology and further verify the mediating effect of information acquisition. The results show that the NFCC has a direct effect on the adoption of green prevention and control technology, and information acquisition has a mediating effect. The first stage of cognitive closure has a more significant effect on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology, information acquisition ability has a significant positive impact on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology, and information acquisition has an incomplete mediating effect on the impact of cognitive closure on the adoption of green prevention and control technologies. This paper further studies and verifies the action path of two dimensions of the NFCC on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology. The results have certain theoretical significance for expanding the knowledge of farmers' green prevention and control technology behaviour and further enriching the research on farmers' cognition. This study was carried out to reveal the key factors affecting farmers' green prevention and control technology adoption and to deeply analyse the influence of different generations of farmers' information capacity on green prevention and control technology adoption. Based on the survey data of 509 farmers in Liaoning Province and the probit model and logit model, this paper conducted an empirical analysis of the farmers' green prevention and control technology adoption, and analysed the differences in farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology from the perspective of intergenerational difference. The research results show as follows: First, information capacity has a significant positive impact on farmers' green prevention and control technology adoption; Second, the influence of information capacity on the green prevention and control technology adoption of different generations of farmers is different. Information consciousness has more significant influences on farmers in the new and middle-generations; information needs have more significant influences on farmers in the new and old generations; information use only has significant influences on farmers in the middle-generation. Therefore, in order to increase the probability of farmers' green prevention and control technology adoption, it is necessary to not only pay attention to the influence of farmers' information capacity, but also fully consider the different stages of the life cycle of different generations of farmers and their own endowment differences. Enhancing the low-carbon effect of green finance development (GFD) is an effective way for China to accelerate the comprehensive deepening of supply side structural reform, better realise the high-quality development of green economy and better protect the environment. Therefore, based on the green technology innovation theory and endogenous growth theory, from the four dimensions of green innovation (GI) in the GLOBIO model, the unbalanced panel data of 8976 manufacturing listed companies from 2009 to 2021 were used. This paper deeply explores the low-carbon effect of GI on the development of green finance (GF) in China's manufacturing industry. The results show that: on the whole, GI based on environmental protection has a significant incentive effect on the low-carbon effect of GFD. Compared with green material innovation and green process innovation, green product design innovation and green equipment innovation have more incentive effect. Further analysis shows that green product design innovation and green equipment innovation can produce incremental effect on the low-carbon effect of green financial development through green material innovation. The conclusion not only provides empirical support for green technology innovation theory and endogenous growth theory, but also provides effective evidence for the path of GF to achieve low-carbon development. Based on the rapid development of green finance and the panel data of 30 provinces in China (excluding Tibet, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) from 2007 to 2020, to deeply discuss the relationship between financial development (FD), technological innovation and environmental pollution (EP) control is the centre of this article by using panel fixed-effect and intermediary effect model. The influence of FD on EP is tested by building a benchmark regression model. In addition, the intermediary effect model is adopted to explore how FD affects EP control through technological innovation mechanism. The conclusions show that China's FD can effectively promote regional EP control on the whole, and FD can improve EP through technological innovation mechanism, but there is significant regional heterogeneity: compared with high government intervention areas, FD can promote EP control through technological innovation in low government intervention areas. Therefore, it is suggested that all regions promote the construction of financial infrastructure, upgrade the level of regional financial marketisation, speed up the realisation of regional technological innovation and EP control. This work is conducive to the formulation of appropriate government policies to promote the improvement of the financial system and the establishment of innovative mechanisms, and the reasonable reduction of government intervention and the improvement of the efficiency of financial resource allocation based on the needs of financial market players.
