Chinese Traditional Culture (CTC) teaching, among the most significant abilities in higher vocational education, significantly impacts the knowledge of vocational college students. The current focus of vocational education was on better cultivating students' CTC understanding and integrity competency through these activities. There should be a strong emphasis in vocational education on developing students' cultural competency by helping them better understand the value of CTC and the alternative stages in which it can be used. This will help students become more comfortable interacting with people while also helping them better understand China's values. This paper presents a novel hybridized long-short term memory and recurrent neural network (Hybridized LSTM-RNN) to predict the capability of vocational education students. First, collected datasets are standardized through the normalization technique in pre-processing stage to eliminate unwanted errors. Then, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is used in the CTC teaching application. The proposed approach is applied in the prediction stage. In view of the fact that the research method of innovative talent education model is too single, this paper studies the education model of industry-university-research (IUR) cooperation in training application-oriented innovative talents from the two aspects of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The concept of MOOCs was born in Canada but has been developed and widely used in the United States. This paper analyzes the development status and impact of MOOCs in American higher education in order to guide the development of MOOCs in China's higher education. This paper used the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2005 to 2016 to analyze the relationship among educational structure of resident, e-commerce transactions and residents' consumption. Firstly, we analyzed the impact of different educational structure of resident of consumers on online e-commerce transactions. We found that different educational structure of resident has different impacts on the application degree of e-commerce consumption. Secondly, we analyzed the synergistic effect between educational structure of resident and e-commerce transactions to residents' consumption. We found that interaction terms would not change the effect direction of educational structure of resident on consumer spending. Thirdly, this paper studied the impact of educational structure of resident on residents' consumption expenditure by acting on e-commerce transaction. The research results showed that educational structure of resident have an indirect effect on residents' consumption by e-commerce transaction. From the perspectives of capital market performance and social responsibility, this paper empirically tests the effect of MBA education in China. The research shows that, on the one hand, the current problems of MBA education in China are mainly reflected in the following aspects: weak integration with the reality of Chinese enterprises, insufficient teachers, inadequate selection mechanism for students, less coordination between quality and quantity, and lower social recognition; on the other hand, the effect of China's MBA education is more reflected in the performance of social responsibility, and the company's social responsibility is better performed after the CEO received the MBA education compared to the Growth Enterprises Market (GEM) listed companies where the CEO didn't receive MBA education, but the company's performance in the capital market doesn't show any substantial difference. This paper examines the impact of higher education on total factor productivity in China using province-level panel data over the period of 1995-2016. The results show that higher education has a significant U-shaped impact on total factor productivity with a threshold value of 0.323, indicating that higher education development would have a positive impact on total factor productivity after the ratio of college graduates to population exceeds 32.3%. Further analysis reveals that the impact of higher education on total factor productivity is mainly through the Technical Efficiency channel and the Scale Efficiency channel. Moreover, according to the results of the paper, higher education in most provinces of China's is still below the threshold level, suggesting that developing higher education would be an important policy strategy to promote productivity in China. In this paper, the method of minimum distance to the strong frontier is adopted to research the knowledge innovation efficiency of universities in 30 provinces of China during 2005-2015. The greatest strength of this method is that, to a decision-making unit under estimation, improvements in input or output are minimized to reach the cutting edge of production. According to research findings, a significant difference exists in the knowledge innovation efficiency of universities among provinces in China. Provinces with a high efficiency are mostly distributed in the eastern coastal region and provinces with a low efficiency in the hinterland of central and western regions. Judging from region, the efficiency in the eastern region is the highest; the efficiency in the central region is the second highest; the efficiency in the western region is the lowest. Judging from contribution to inefficiency, the contribution to inefficiency made by Human input, Capital input, and technology service declines but the contribution to inefficiency made by paper output and achievement assessment improves. While China practice the plan of revitalizing education, it will focus on the following 5 provinces: Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou, Gansu, Qinghai. This paper sheds new light on the correlation model between China's regional economy and higher institutions. Based on the upper echelons theory and stakeholder theory, and applying the System GMM method, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of executives' educational level and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on "de-noising" financial performance, with the research samples collected from the A-share listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges that disclosed their social responsibility information reports within the period of 2009 to 2015. Research results show that the corporate social responsibility lagging two phases has a significant positive effect on the current financial performance, the executives' educational level lagging two phases has a significant positive effect on the current corporate social responsibility and executives' education level plays no regulatory role in the impact of corporate social responsibility on financial performance. With more emphases laid on preschool education in China, infant education as the weak link of basic education has attracted much attention. In the underdeveloped areas, infant education is the weakest part of basic education, promoting the professional development of preschool teachers, which has become the key to improving the level of early childhood education. In this paper, we take Linyi region as the example of core area of Yimeng Mountain Range to study the strategies of preschool teachers' profession growing. By the ways of the investigation and in-depth interviews, we found the prominent problems, such as little investment in preschool education, backwardness in the educational ideas and the large mobility of teachers in Linyi. In response to this situation, this case proposes the strategies for the kindergarten teachers' professional development from the perspective of teachers' growing process in underdeveloped areas for the first time: under the premise of increasing the investment in infant education from the government, the education authorities select the kindergarten teacher with strong sense of infant education into induction, and strengthen the vocational training education from experts and learn by organizing learning communities of new and old teachers, so as to promote the professional growth of preschool teachers. In recent years, each country has raised investment in educational capital (EC) to a strategic level, and continuously increased investment amounts and investment allocation in the EC field in order to promote sustained economic prosperity and development. However, the scientific and profitability of investment have been relatively low at a low the investment efficiency. In response to this problem, this paper, by innovatively using the DEA model method, deeply studies various factors affecting investment in EC, and builds a quantitative index system for the EC investment efficiency in higher education. The research results show that there exist different problems about the EC investment efficiency in higher education of the surveyed provinces in Northeast China, e.g., some are caused by insufficient investment scale, and some by unreasonable investment allocation. To explore what is impact of the instruction model integrated with WIKI platform and computer collaborative learning theory on students' CET-4 grades, an instance is devised here to simulate the application of this instruction model in CET-4 learning process of students in any majors rather than English of university. First of all, this paper makes a general overview on WIKI platform and computer collaborative instruction model, then describes the design of didactical activities and function modules on WIKI platform; based on the content of courses, a contrast experiment is cited to help analyze and compare Pre-test and Post-test CET-4 grades of students as chosen in experiment class and in control class. Not only that, the application effect of WIKI platform in the university education is exposed to us after the questionnaire survey and face-to-face interviews are made on the respondents. Based on the agricultural development in the new era, this paper puts forward the agricultural cultivation mode based on mobile Internet. The MOOC teaching in colleges and universities in China is currently facing a dilemma of poor performance, and it is urgent to explore new methods to improve teaching results. Thus, based on the idea of mixed education, this paper puts forward the suggestions on improving the MOOC teaching method in colleges and universities. The results show that the improved teaching method has achieved good results, and the satisfaction of college students to the MOOC teaching has increased greatly. Furthermore, compared with the general MOOC teaching method, the advantages of the mixed teaching method are mainly embodied in the two aspects of timely feedback and strong interactivity, which together improve the practical effect of the MOOC teaching. Historically, the internationalization of higher education in China has formed a development path based on the western paradigm, with individualized elements as the content and colleges as the centre. Belt and Road's strategy not only challenges the traditional path of internationalization of higher education in China, but also provides an opportunity for transformation and upgrading. In the future, the internationalization of higher education in China should take account of western experience and local experiment on the multipolar territory of east and west, take the mission of helping to carry behaviour, take systematic elements as the content, and take the society as the centre of development. The national conditions and cultural traditions of the countries along the route of "Belt and Road" differ greatly, which requires higher education. In the process of internationalization, we should pay more attention to the local experience, and Belt and Road hopes to form a new region full of vitality and creativity, which provides a new impetus for the emergence of a new generation of "higher education centre". With the development of network information in China, the application scope of "Internet +" is more and more extensive. For China's higher education, the Internet is also playing a significant role. From the network literature to the current network teaching, the Internet has affected the way of college students to receive education in various ways. Therefore, with the development of network, does the Internet exert a significant impact on the quality of China' higher education? This paper conducts an empirical analysis of the impact of Internet development on the quality of China's higher education from 31 provincial-level data from 2010 to 2016. The research results show that the Internet development has a significant role in promoting the quality of higher education. In the regional analysis, it is found that the Internet effect in central and western regions is higher than that in eastern regions. The regional differences show that the Internet is more effective in improving the quality of higher education in economic backward areas and narrowing the regional differences of education level. Objective recognition of higher education development status and competitiveness is an important prerequisite and foundation for the transformation and development of regional higher education. At present, the identification and analysis methods for solving this problem cannot get rid of the subjective intention of reviewers or managers completely, and still adopt a unified evaluation standard. This makes the credibility of the results not high, resulting in not ideal implementation of follow-up policies and measures. In view of this, this paper proposes a method of individual advantage feature recognition to identify and evaluate regional higher competitiveness. This method is based on the description of the multi-indexes system of objects, and chooses the goal programming evaluation method to construct the mathematical model of individual superiority characteristic recognition, and explores the individual superiority characteristics of the regional higher education. This paper analyzes the dynamic evolution and regional disparity of Chinese higher education productivity in 29 provinces by adopting SBM directional distance function and Malmquist productivity index. The data set has been utilized for the period of 2007-2015 according to data availability. Later, the source of educational growth is explored though index decomposition. Results reveal that: Chinese higher education productivity is on the rise and its growth rate varies during different periods. The higher education productivity during the "Eleventh Five-year Plan" has increased, with an average annual growth rate of 5%. The growth rate of higher education productivity during "The twelfth Five-year Plan" was significantly slower as compared to "The Eleventh Five-year Plan" with an average annual growth rate of 1%. Moreover, Chinese higher education has an average annual growth rate of 2% in the total factor productivity. Technological progress and technical efficiency have an average annual rate of 1%, which indicates that higher education productivity growth is the result of both technological progress and technical efficiency. Taking the regional difference in consideration, the development of Chinese higher education productivity seems unbalanced. There were significant interurban differences and spatial differences in higher education productivity. The higher education productivity growth rate of eastern region was faster as compared to northeast, central and western areas. The annual average productivity index of nine regions has improved, among which higher education productivity growth rate of Zhejiang province is the largest.
