The purpose of the article is to analyze the socio-economic conditions of development of the agricultural sector in order to further improve it Research methods. During the study, dialectical methods of cognition of processes and phenomena were used, in particular, monographic (analysis of structural changes), empirical (comprehensive assessment of the state of the research object), analysis and synthesis method (analysis of the current state and main trends in the development of the agricultural sector), abstract-logical (theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions). Research results. In the process of studying and analyzing the socio-economic conditions for the development of the agricultural sector, its essence was revealed, the reasons for certain structural changes, problems and reasons for differences in the dynamic development of the agricultural sector were revealed, and specific ways of its improvement were identified. Scientific novelty. The theoretical and practical provisions of the formation and development of the agricultural sector are improved, the role and importance of economic and social factors in the development of the agrarian sector in their dialectical relationship and the priority of each are shown. Practical significance. Specific problems, shortcomings and omissions in the formation and development of the agricultural sector are identified, measures are proposed to eliminate them. The purpose of the article is to offer methodological provisions for improving the planning of economic activities of agricultural enterprises based on a systematic approach for making effective management decisions. Research methods. The monographic method is used in the process of summarizing the scientific provisions for improving the planning of economic activities of enterprises. To identify and interpret a specific agricultural enterprise, a systematic approach is proposed, which makes it possible to establish the relationship and consistency of production and sales indicators based on cause and effect relationships. Patterns in changing the price of products, the level of economic profitability, depending on the ratio of sales and production volumes have been determined using Microsoft Excel tools. Research results. The results of managing of a specific agricultural enterprise (state- enterprise "Research enterprise of the Institute of Agriculture of the North East of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine", Sumy district, Sumy region) for the production and sale of winter wheat and milk have been established. Using a systematic approach, the proposed system of equations, which determines the relationship between indicators of production and sales of products, identification and interpretation of processes for the production and sale of winter wheat and milk are carried out. Using Microsoft Excel tools, patterns were established in changing the price, the profitability of production and sales of winter wheat and milk, depending on the corresponding ratio of sales and production volumes. The level of the total production cost and its minimum price is determined, at which economic efficiency is achieved, the economic effect is ensured when planning economic activity, and management decisions are scientifically based. Scientific novelty. The sequence of managerial decisions on planning the economic activity of agricultural enterprises based on determining the situation on the market and production having a scientifically substantiated difference is established. Practical significance. Using the proposed methodological tools for planning economic activities of agricultural enterprises makes it possible to improve management, increase the efficiency of production and sale of products. The purpose of the article is to study main tendencies of supplying agricultural enterprises on the grapes market in Ukraine and develop recommendations for its improvement. The research methods. In the research process have been used the following scientific methods: dialectical method for analysis of scientific works of scientists on the problems of forming proposals on the market of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine; method of empirical research for evaluation of the current state of supply formation in the grapes market. Research results. Theoretical and methodological principles have been substantiated and peculiarities for supply formation in the grapes market by agricultural enterprises of Ukraine have been determined. Main factors for supply formation have been analyzed and their special regularities have been determined. Dependence between formation of supply and economic results of activity of the grapes-growing enterprises has been established. Main directions for supply formation for grapes in Ukraine have been offered. Elements of scientific novelty. As the study result there have been further developed the theoretical positions regarding definition of the main factors for supply formation on the grapes market by agricultural enterprises of Ukraine, their influence on final result, and management results in the grapes-growing enterprises. Practical significance. The examined theoretical and methodological provisions constitute a methodological basis for ensuring a stable formation of proposals on the grapes market by agricultural enterprises and their efficient activity. The purpose of the article is to assess the current state and determine development tendencies of the domestic pork market in terms of organizational and economic transformations in the industry. Research methods. The research methodology is based on the comprehensive approach to functioning analysis of the pork market in Ukraine. The following methods have been used: analysis and synthesis for characterization of functioning peculiarities of the pork market; abstract and logical for summarizing the research results and formulating conclusions; empirical for assessing trends of the pork market; induction and deduction for formation of the research results; comparisons for comparison of objects and phenomena; tabular for visual representation of the research results. Research results. Complex analysis of the pork market in Ukraine, in particular dynamics of supply and demand formation, structural transformations in different categories of farms, export-import operations and price trends, has been carried out. Main tendencies for its further development have been predicted. Elements of scientific novelty. It has been set that sharp increase of wholesale and retail prices is caused, first of all, by reduction pork supply as a result of reduction in pig numbers and unprofitability of its production, as well as price increasing for poultry meat. It has been proved that as a result of decrease in the population solvency, pork producers have lost their positions in the domestic meat market. Thus, in the structure of meat production in Ukraine a share of pork has a decrease tendency, in particular, in 2016, it was 32.2%, whereas, in 2000, amounted to 40.7%. In the period between 2012 and 2016, consumption of pig meat per 1 person per year decreased from 21.1 kg to 19.0 kg. Practical significance. Analytical materials of the article have been based on relevant official statistics, which can be used for addressing development of the pork market. The purpose of the article is to improve the efficiency of management of agricultural enterprises on basis of a system approach to determine the function of land area usage depending on the profitability level of production and sales. Research methodology. In the research process the following scientific methods have been used: simulation, system approach, analysis and synthesis of information data, calculation. Research results. The research is based on the assumption that the function of development of agricultural enterprises can be determined using system consideration of managerial functions: such as motivation of employees, planning, control, organization, regulation of economic activity through the modeling of technological, organizational and economic changes depending on the conditions of production and sale. The nomogram of the development of agricultural enterprise has been constructed, which allows establishing the correlation of productivity, full production cost, profitability level, land area used in the production and sale, their main features and for a certain period of time. There has been determined the function of their development on basis of modeling of agricultural enterprises' management with increasing of usage level of land area from joint economic activity and usual activity of land area for production and sales by individuals. The efficiency of management of agricultural enterprises has been characterized, comparing the management options in the joint economic activity due to the integrated or separate usage of land areas in production and sales. Elements of scientific novelty. Scientific novelty lies in the difference in the analysis, processing and introduction of economic information in management improvement of agricultural enterprises through modeling, definition of economic indicators of enterprise management, depending on land area, reserved for production. Practical significance. There has been proposed a function of development of agricultural enterprises through system approach in management, which will allow to efficient usage of labor, land, financial resources, and predict technological, organizational, economic changes in the economy. The purpose of the article is to increase the efficiency of agricultural enterprises management based on the use of a systematic approach to establishing the relationship between economic indicators of management. Research methodology. The research is based on an assumption that the causal relationship between economic indicators such as price of sold products unit, payment of labor employment, as well as full cost of production and volume of its realization, may be established using the appropriate nomogram, in which their graphic dependencies are sequentially reviewed and a certain transition from one metric to another is taken. Regardless the priority in changing these indicators, the cause and effect of changes will have a locked chain between these economic indicators. Research results. For certain conditions of the agricultural enterprise management, there've been established regularities in form of economic and mathematical functions that reflect changes in price and sales volume, the labor remuneration and price of the sales unit, its full cost and labor remuneration, sales volume and full cost of this product. There've been determined derivatives of the indicated economic and mathematical functions, which makes it possible to analyze the rate of change of the indicated economic indicators of production and sales of agricultural products. The effectiveness of using of the system approach in the agricultural enterprises management has been established on basis of comparison of two variants of enterprise management -- with profit regulation and without it. Elements of scientific novelty. Scientific novelty lies in the systematic approach to establishing relationship between economic indicators of management that characterize the management system of agricultural enterprises. There've been proposed a nomogram of the economic activity of the agricultural enterprise, which enables to systematically analyze a change in its economic indicators, carry out targeted regulation, and significantly increase an efficiency of managerial decisions.
