Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 20-year-old woman who is experiencing weight loss over the previous two months. The patient underwent abdominal ultrasound scan, computed tomography, and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) which showed a heterogenous mass lesion arising from the duodenal bulb. The article also discusses the causes and treatment of tuberculosis mimicking malignancy.

It discusses histoplasma, its natural habitat and clinical manifestations of histoplasmosis. Images of the computed tomography scan and endoscopic ultrasound results are presented.
