We study the influence of temperature on large polarons in DNA molecules. Employing the mean field approximation we derive the slight generalization of the SSH Hamiltonian with temperature dependent parameters. It was found that the degree of the modification of system parameters is very weak at physiologically relevant temperature which indicates that the free acoustic polarons as charge carriers may be responsible for DNA conductivity. 1st Euro Mediterranean Meeting on Functionalized Materials (EMM-FM), Sep 06-10, 2011, Sousse, Tunisia
