In recent years we have seen a growing psychological suffering in women attended in primary health care in developing countries. This paper aims to analyze psychological suffering in a small city in northeastern Brazil and its relationship with medicalization. We applied 202 SRQ-20 questionnaires in 3 Basic Health Units in the first research step, which were analyzed with statistical support. In the second step, four women were interviewed in the primary health care service and the data were analyzed from Institutional Ethnography perspective. The results demonstrated a high number of primary health care users in psychological suffering (47.02%). The data also points to a significant prevalence of women in psychological suffering, the use of medicines and the struggles in dealing with the difficulties of everyday life. The medicalization of psychological suffering appeared several times in this study through the invisibility of these sufferings under the blanket of biomedical and medicalizing discourse. Those facts can affect contemporary women and the contradictions of being a woman in a capitalist and patriarchal society.

The present paper, synthesis of a Master's thesis, focused on analyzing Nise da Silveira's biography, a Brazilian psychiatrist eminently creative, who went trough adverse situations throughout her trajectory. Looking for creative and resilient evidence in her life story, a study of many documental sources was carried, with the intent of identifying the presence of creative and resilient characteristics described in scientific literature, from an analyses script developed by the researchers. The obtained data points to the existence of many typical aspects of the creative person on the individual level (related to cognitive, motivational, personality, socio-psychological and living standards); domain level (specific area of spotlight, symbolic systems and creative practice type), field level (main mentors, relation with rivals, relation with the followers), as well as to the presence of the resilient person's characteristics (family and friendship roles, self-esteem and professional fulfillment, capacity to give life meaning, problem solving, independence and autonomy, sense of humor and others) at Nise da Silveira's history. Those potentials, creativity and resilience, once stimulated, acted decisively to her healthy and eminent development.

The story of the Code of Ethics for the Psychologist told in this paper articulates the elements of the past with the perception of the author about them, her analysis and form of narrating them, without pretending to fill voids left by the Official History. However, contribute to shed light to one of the most respectable achievements of psychology after its regulation: the construction of its code of conduct. The text provides an insight into the meaning of a code of conduct for both the professional as to society and then displays contextualized historical data on origin of the four Code of Ethics for the Psychologist (CEPP) and other Resolutions of the Federal Council of Psychology related to them. Finally, the author makes a critical analysis of the current CEPP and a note about the referential character, so that professional psychologists should consider, besides the CEPP, values nurtured throughout his personal and professional development.

The interest of this paper is to present the theoretical advances made by Lacan from the introduction of a logic around the problem of sexualization, in which he delineated the precise way the masculine and feminine positioning by their mode of enjoyment. It is, then, with his famous sexualization formulas that Lacan teaching articulates the anatomical difference under the two opposing logics (the all-phallic in men and not-all in the women) and too two distinct species of enjoyment (the phallic and supplemental). Such constructions show a decisive turning in the approach of femininity, which is in evidence the formalization of the Oedipus beyond - a way to accept the Oedipus proposition, but also to point out that on the horizon we can only recognize the logic of all-phallic, that produces the male position but not in feminine.

There is ample scientific evidence indicating that the participation of family members in interventions conducted with children is of critical importance. However, little information about the effectiveness of different strategies to increase parental involvement is available in the Brazilian research literature in Physiotherapy, even though family involvement is also of crucial importance in the treatment of children with neurological problems. In this paper, we identify ways of involving parents that are reported in the areas of Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Music Education and Psychology (social skills training). Possibilities for adapting these strategies for use in Physiotherapy settings are discussed, so that professionals and managers of institutions that offer rehabilitation services could broaden their use of mechanisms to promote family participation, maximizing the results of rehabilitation treatment for children. In future studies, it will be important to evaluate the viability and effectiveness of adopting these strategies in Physiotherapy settings.

First, the paper analyzes the intellectual conditions that made possible the emergence of psychological studies in Argentina around 1900 and the Argentine's reception of French thought. It will be point out that although laboratories of Experimental Psychology were established in the country since 1899, such laboratories were quite different to laboratories in Germany. First, because laboratories were mainly used for educational purposes, not to produce new psychological knowledge. Second, because in Argentina the term "Experimental Psychology" was related with the concept of "Experimental Medicine" introduced by Claude Bernard in France. In such context, Experimental Psychology in Argentina meant Clinical Psychology oriented by the perspective of French psychopathology, especially by the works of Ribot, Grasset and Charcot.
