Case 1: A 55 year-old lady presented with diffuse oedematous erythema infiltrated with numerous small non-follicular pustules. This initially appeared over her face and axillae but subsequently spread to involve much of her torso and proximal limbs. There was associated fever and general malaise. Laboratory investigations also demonstrated an accompanying neutrophilia.
