Association rules are used in different data mining applications, including Web mining, intrusion detection, and bioinformatics. This study mainly discusses the COVID‐19 patient diagnosis and treatment data mining algorithm based on association rules. General data The key time interval during the main diagnosis and treatment process (including onset to dyspnea, first diagnosis, admission, mechanical ventilation, death, and the time from first diagnosis to admission, etc.), the cause of death by laboratory examination, and so forth. The frequency of drug use was counted and association rule algorithm was used to analyse and study the effect of drug treatment. The results could provide reference for rational drug use in COVID‐19 patients. In this study, in order to improve the efficiency of data mining in data processing, it is necessary to pre‐process these data. Secondly, in the application of this data mining, the main objective is to extract association rules of COVID‐19 complications. So its properties for mining should be various diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to classify individual disease types. During the construction of association rules database, the data in the data warehouse is analysed online and the association rules data mining is analysed. The results are stored in the knowledge base for decision support. For example, the prediction results of the decision tree can be displayed at this level. After the construction of the mining model, the display interface can be mined, and the decision‐maker can input the corresponding attribute value and then predict it. 0.76% of people had both COVID‐19, CHD and hypertension, while 46.5% of people with COVID‐19 and CHD were likely to have hypertension. This study is helpful to analyse the imaging factors of COVID‐19 disease. Owing to the shockwaves brought by the recent financial tsunami, most enterprises are facing tremendous challenges in maintaining the good liquidity of their own companies. In order to sustain a desirable level of cash flow for expanding business, inventory needs to be well organized because unnecessary inventory that ties up the capital in the business would prevent the enterprises from making investments. Because the existing approaches to replenishment are inflexible and unsophisticated, a new customer-based responsive replenishment system embracing online analytical processing, fuzzy logic and genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper. This system could determine accurate and realistic order quantities based on all possible and relevant variables that affect the order quantity for each item that needs to be replenished. Once the quantity has been accurately identified, the company can increase the level of customer satisfaction while minimizing stocks. Furthermore, rather than static rule repositioning, the proposed dynamic rule refining ability makes the replenishment system self-ameliorating by using genetic algorithm to investigate the possible fuzzy rule candidates for a more accurate inventory management model. A study has been conducted in a case company for the validation of the feasibility of the proposed system. After performing a spatial analysis, the results obtained indicate that the proposed responsive replenishment system is capable of ensuring improved inventory control performance in the case company.

In today's competitive environment, rapid advances in economic globalization and information technology have forced many organizations to anticipate and respond to increasing volatility and competitive pressures. Numerous researches have focused on developing techniques on the analysis, design and management of whole logistics chains in particular in the domain of data mining, data analysis and data classification. While the data mining techniques and computational intelligence techniques are good independently for solving specific tasks, they can be synergized through the formation of an integrated and unified model, which can take advantage of the goods and offset the flaws of the two techniques. In this paper, an intelligent information infrastructure, which is characterized by its ability to encompass a rich collection of knowledge representation formalisms for dealing with a logistics information flow problem, is presented. Such intelligent information infrastructure includes a two-step strategy that embraces the combination of online analytical processing and neural networks to support knowledge discovery. In addition, extensible markup language is used to support the overall infrastructure, in order to facilitate the seamless data interchange within an enterprise.

Recent advances related to on-line analytical processing (OLAP) have resulted in a significant improvement in data analysis efficiency by virtue of its multidimensional database structure and pre-computing operations of measuring data. However, the research related to the design and implementation of OLAP, particularly in the support of dispersed manufacturing networks in terms of ‘intelligent decision making’, has yet to be considered as remarkable. Research studies indicate that the level of intelligence of decision support systems can be enhanced with the incorporation of computational intelligence techniques such as case-based reasoning or rule-based reasoning. This paper describes the development of an intelligent data-mining system using a rule-based OLAP approach which can be adopted to support dispersed manufacturing networks in terms of performance enhancement. In this paper, the techniques, methods and infrastructure for the development of such a data-mining system, which possesses certain intelligent features, are presented. To validate the feasibility of this approach, a case example related to the testing of the approach in an emulated industrial environment is covered.
