The article discusses the significance of using models to produce novel information technology services for customers and library's staff. It is stated that the simplest type of model is the design of a previously created application used as the basis for a new one. The precision of a model is useful in understanding the design into software compatible with technology. Library staff are boosted to employ models to take advantage on innovations and to reduce timelines for new services.
