We report the structural, microwave dielectric properties of (1-x)MgTiO3(MTO) –xBa5Nb4O15(BNO) (wherex= 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 wt.%) prepared by solid state reaction method. The effect of sintering temperature on structural, microstructural and dielectric properties of (1-x)MTO –xBNO forx= 0.1 has been studied systematically. The best dielectric properties were observed for (1-x)MTO –xBNO atx= 0.1, with the dielectric constant (ϵr) ∼20, loss tangent (tanδ) ∼ 10−4, and quality factor (Q × fo) = 60,230 GHz at 8.25 GHz withτf∼ −5 ppm/°C.
