The article reports that more U.S. states has repaid the loans taken from the federal government in 2014. It states that the repay lowers the unemployment taxes paid by employers of the states which may further boost job growth in the states. Comments from Douglas Holmes, the president at business community association Unemployment and Workers' Compensation are presented where he discusses the repay and the states' requirements to increase trust funds after repaying the loans.
