This short paper is motivated by the paper of Bu et al. [C. Bu, C. Feng, P. Dong, A note on computational formulas for the Drazin inverse of certain block matrices, J. Appl. Math. Comput.(38) (2012) 631-640], where the authors gave additive formula for Drazin inverse for matrices under new conditions, and two representations under some specific conditions. Here is shown that the additive formula is not valid for all matrices which satisfy given conditions. Also, here is proved that the representations which were given in mentioned paper do not extend the results given by Hartwig et al. [R. Hartwig, X. Li, Y. Wei, Representations for the Drazin inverse of a 2 _ 2 block matrix, SIAM J. Matrix. Anal. Appl. (27)(2006) 757-771 ], in fact they are equivalent.

In this short paper, we will show that the space of real valued uniformly continuous functions defined on a metric space (X,d) is a ring if and only if every subset A ? X has one of the following properties: ? A is Bourbaki-bounded, i.e., every uniformly continuous function on X is bounded on A. ? A contains an infinite uniformly isolated subset, i.e., there exist ? > 0 and an infinite subset F ? A such that d(a,x) ? ? for every a ? F, x ? X n \{a}.

In this paper, we analyzed the physical meaning of scalar curvatures for a generalized Riemannian space. It is developed the Madsen's formulae for pressures and energy-densities with respect to the corresponding energy-momentum tensors. After that, the energy-momentum tensors, pressures, energy-densities and state-parameters are analyzed with respect to different concepts of generalized Riemannian spaces. The present paper studies certain low-level separation axioms of a topological space, denoted by A(X), induced by a geometric AC-complex X. After proving that whereas A(X) is an Alexandroff space satisfying the semi-T1 2 -separation axiom, we observe that it does neither satisfy the pre T1 2 -separation axiom nor is a Hausdorff space. These are main motivations of the present work. Although not every A(X) is a semi-T1 space, after proceeding with an edge to edge tiling (or a face to face crystallization) of Rn, n ? N, denoted by T(Rn) as an AC complex, we prove that A(T(Rn)) is a semi-T1 space. Furthermore, we prove that A(En), induced by an nD Cartesian AC complex Cn = (En,N,dim), is also a semi-T1 space, n ? N. The paper deals with AC-complexes with the locally finite (LF-, for brevity) property, which can be used in the fields of pure and applied mathematics as well as digital topology, computational topology, and digital geometry.

For a Tychonoff space $X$, we denote by $(C(X), \tau_k, \tau_p)$ the bitopological space of all real-valued continuous functions on $X$ where $\tau_k$ is the compact-open topology and $\tau_p$ is the topology of pointwise convergence. In papers [5, 6, 13] variations of selective separability and tightness in $(C(X), \tau_k, \tau_p)$ were investigated. This paper is concerned with the problem of finding common fixed points for a family of Bregman relatively weak nonexpansive mappings. The motivation is due to our finding of some gaps in a paper of K. S. Kim (Nonlinear Analysis, 73 (2010), 3413-3419), where the author was developing a hybrid iterative scheme for locating common fixed points of a nonlinear representation of a left reversible semigroup. After a brief discussion about the gaps and why they are fatal, we present a new approach by using Bergman type nonexpansive mappings. A correct version of Kim’s convergence theorem is given as a consequence of our new results, which also improve and extend some recent results in the literature.

In the work we derive regularized trace formulas which were established in papers of Kanguzhin and Tokmagambetov for the Laplace and m-Laplace operators in a punctured domain with the fixed iterating order m 2 N. By using techniques of Sadovnichii and Lyubishkin, the authors in that papers described regularized trace formulae in the spatial dimension d = 2. In this note one claims that the formulas are also true for more general operators in the higher spatial dimensions, namely, 2 ? d ? 2m. Also, we give the further discussions on a development of the analysis associated with the operators in punctured domains. This can be done by using so called ?nonharmonic? analysis.

In this paper, a sufficient condition in order to have C-udomonotone property for multifunctions is presented. By applying a special minimax theorem and KKM theory some existence results of solutions of a generalized variational inequality problem are established. Some examples in order to illustrate the main results are given. The results of this paper can be considered as extension and improvement of some articles in this area.

The second aim is to derive some derivative formulas and combinatorial sums by applying derivative operators including the Caputo fractional derivative operators. Moreover, we give a recurrence relation for the Apostol-Euler type numbers of the second kind. By using this recurrence relation, we construct a computation algorithm for these numbers. In addition, we derive some novel formulas including the Stirling numbers and other special numbers. Finally, we also some remarks, comments and observations related to our results. In the present paper, first we prove some results by using fundamental properties of totally real statistical submanifolds immersed into holomorphic statistical manifolds. Further, we obtain the generalizedWintgen inequality for Lagrangian statistical submanifolds of holomorphic statistical manifolds with constant holomorphic sectional curvature c. The paper finishes with some geometric consequences of obtained results.

This paper is motivated by Phong and Stein?s work in [11]. The purpose of this paper is to establish the inhomogeneous multi-parameter Lipschitz spaces Lip? com associated with mixed homogeneities and characterize these spaces via the Littlewood-Paley theory. As applications, the boundedness of the composition of Calder?n-Zygmund singular integral operators with mixed homogeneities has been considered.

The study of CR-submanifolds of a Kaehler manifold was initiated by Bejancu [1]. Since then many papers have appeared on CR-submanifolds. The aim of the present paper is to study generalised CR-submanifolds of a LP-Sasakian manifolds.

The paper studies the open-hereditary property of semi-separation axioms and applies it to the study of digital topological spaces such as an n-dimensional Khalimsky topological space, a Marcus-Wyse topological space and so on. More precisely, we study various properties of digital topological spaces related to low-level and semi-separation axioms such as T1/2 , semi-T1/2 , semi-T1, semi-T2, etc. Besides, using the finite or the infinite product property of the semi-Ti-separation axiom, i ? {1,2}, we prove that the n-dimensional Khalimsky topological space is a semi-T2-space. After showing that not every subspace of the digital topological spaces satisfies the semi-Ti-separation axiom, i ?{1,2}, we prove that the semi-Tiseparation property is open-hereditary, i ? {1,2}. All spaces in the paper are assumed to be nonempty and connected.

This paper is concerned with a stochastic non-autonomous Lotka-Volterra cooperative model with impulsive effects. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the existence of periodic solution of the system provided that the coefficients of the system are continuous periodic functions. By constructing appropriate Lyapunov functions and using the theory of Khasminskii, sufficient conditions under which the existence of the periodic solution of the system are obtained. Our results illustrate that the existence of the periodic solution has close relations with the white noise and the impulsive perturbations.

‎In this ‎paper,‎ we study two-stage stochastic linear ‎programming‎ ‎(‎SLP) ‎problems with fixed ‎recourse‎. The problem is often large scale as the objective function involves an expectation over a discrete set of scenarios. This paper presents a ‎parallel ‎implementation ‎of ‎the ‎augmented Lagrangian ‎method ‎for ‎solving ‎SLPs.‎ ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎Our parallel method is based on a modified version of the L-shaped method and reducing linear master and recourse programs to unconstrained‎ maximization of concave differentiable piecewise quadratic functions‎. ‎The maximization problem is solved using the generalized Newton method‎. ‎The parallel method is implemented in ‎Matl‎ab‎. ‎Large scale SLP with several millions of variables and several hundreds of‎ ‎thousands of constraints ‎a‎re solved‎. ‎The ‎‎results of uniprocessor and multiprocessor computations are‎ ‎presented ‎which‎‎‎ show that the parallel algorithm is ‎effective.‎

In this paper, we study two parametric weak and strong vector quasivariational inequality problems of the Minty type. The stability properties of the exact solution sets and approximate solution sets for these problems such as the upper semicontinuity, the lower semicontinuity, the Hausdorff lower semicontinuity, the continuity and the Hausdorff continuity are obtained. The results presented in the paper improve and extend the main results in the literature.

In this paper, we consider a class of generalized operator equilibrium problems and derive a Minty type lemma for this class of problems. Further, we establish some existence theorems for the generalized operator equilibrium problems. The theorems presented in this paper generalize and unify many well-known results in the literature.

Let k be a nonzero complex number. In this paper we consider k - circulant matrices with arithmetic sequence and investigate the eigenvalues, determinants and Euclidean norms of such matrices. Also, for k=1 , the inverses of such ( invertible ) matrices are obtained (in a way different from the way presented in the paper: M. Bahsi and S. Solak , On the Circulant Matrices with Arithmetic Sequence , Int. J. Contemp . Math. Sci. 5 (25) (2010), 1213-1222, and the Moore-Penrose inverses of such (singular) matrices are derived.

The aim of this paper is to investigate and give a new family of Apell type polynomials, which are related to the Euler, Frobenius-Euler and Apostol-Bernoulli polynomials and numbers and also the generalized Stirling numbers of the second kind etc. The results presented in this paper are based upon the theory of the generating functions. By using functional equations of these generating functions, we drive some identities and relations for these numbers and polynomials. Moreover, we give a computation algorithm these numbers.

The general split common fixed-point problem under consideration in this paper is to $$\text{find}\ \ x \in \cap_{i=1}^p F(U_i),\ \ y \in \cap_{j=1}^r F(T_j)\ \ \text{such that}\ \ Ax = By,\eqno{(1)}$$ where $p$, $r\geq 1$ are integers, $U_i:H_1\rightarrow H_1$ $(1\leq i\leq p)$ and $T_j:H_2\rightarrow H_2$ $(1\leq j\leq r)$ are quasi-nonexpansive mappings with nonempty common fixed-point sets $\cap_{i=1}^pF(U_i)=\cap_{i=1}^p\{x\in H_1:U_ix=x\}$ and $\cap_{j=1}^rF(T_j)=\cap_{j=1}^r\{x\in H_2:T_jx=x\}$. Note that, the above problem (1) allows asymmetric and partial relations between the variables $x$ and $y$. If $H_2=H_3$ and $B=I$, then the general split common fixed-point problem (1) reduces to the general split common fixed-point problem proposed by Censor and Segal $\cite{C}$. In this paper, we introduce simultaneous parallel and cyclic algorithms for the general split common fixed-point problems (1). We introduce a way of selecting the stepsizes such that the implementation of our algorithms does not need any prior information about the operator norms. We prove the weak convergence of the proposed algorithms and apply the proposed algorithms to the multiple-set split feasibility problems. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results announced by many others.

Suppose $R$ is an associative ring with identity 1. In this paper, We give the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence and explicit representations of the group inverses of the following two classes block matrices. (i) $M=\left(\begin{array}{cc}AX+YBA (ii) $M=\left(\begin{array}{cc}A&B\\C&D\end{array}\right)$, where $A^{\sharp}$ exists, $A^{\pi}B=0$ and $(D-CA^{\sharp}B)^{\sharp}$ exists.\\ The paper's results generalize some relative results of Li et al. (J. Harbin Engineering Univ., 34, 658-661, 2013), Cao et al. (Appl. Math. Comput., 217, 10271-10277, 2011), Bu et al. (Appl. Math. Comput., 215, 132-139, 2009), Deng et al. (Linear Algebra Appl, 435, 2766-2783, 2011), and Liu et al. (J. Appl. Math. http://dx.doi.org/10.1155 /2013/247028). Some examples are given to illustrate our results.

Theory and applications of q-integral transforms have been evolving rapidly over the recent years. Consequently, several q-analogues of certain classical integrals have been investigated by many authors in various citations. In this paper, we give the q-analogues of the Natural transform and we apply further the resulting analogues to three families of q-Bessel functions. Results of this paper are new and complement previously known results in this theory. Moreover, we give some examples to show effectiveness of the proposed results in case of q-Sumudu and q-Laplace transforms.

In this paper, we introduce a new concept of nonlocal anti-periodic boundary conditions and solve fractional and sequential fractional differential equations supplemented with these conditions. The anti-periodic boundary conditions involve a nonlocal intermediate point together with one of the fixed end points of the interval under consideration, and accounts for a flexible situation concerning anti-periodic phenomena. The existence results for the given problems are obtained with the aid of standard fixed point theorems. Some examples illustrating the main results are also discussed. The paper concludes with several interesting observations.

Up to now there is no homotopy for Marcus-Wyse (for short $M$-) topological spaces. In relation to the development of a homotopy for the category of Marcus-Wyse (for short $M$-) topological spaces on ${\bf Z}^2$, we need to generalize the $M$-topology on ${\bf Z}^2$ to higher dimensional spaces $X \subset {\bf Z}^n$, $n \geq 3$ \cite{HL1}. Hence the present paper establishes a new topology on ${\bf Z}^n, n \in {\bf N}$, where ${\bf N}$ is the set of natural numbers. It is called the {\it generalized Marcus-Wyse} (for short $H$-) topology and is denoted by $({\bf Z}^n, \gamma^n)$. Besides, we prove that $({\bf Z}^3, \gamma^3)$ induces only $6$- or $18$-adjacency relations. Namely, $({\bf Z}^3, \gamma^3)$ does not support a $26$-adjacency, which is quite different from the Khalimsky topology for $3$D digital spaces. After developing an $H$-adjacency induced by the connectedness of $({\bf Z}^n, \gamma^n)$, the present paper establishes topological graphs based on the $H$-topology, which is called an $HA$-space in the paper, so that we can establish a category of $HA$-spaces. By using the $H$-adjacency, we propose an $H$-topological graph homomorphism (for short $HA$-map) and an $HA$-isomorphism. Besides, we prove that an $HA$-map ({\it resp.} an $HA$-isomorphism) is broader than an $H$-continuous map ({\it resp.} an $H$-homeomorphism) and is an $H$-connectedness preserving map. Finally, after investigating some properties of an $HA$-isomorphism, we propose both an $HA$-retract and an extension problem of an $HA$-map for studying $HA$-spaces.

The purpose of this paper is to prove a general fixed point theorem for mappings involving almost altering distances and satisfying a new type of common limit range property which generalize the results from Theorem 2.9 [19]. In the last part of the paper, as applications, some fixed point results for mappings satisfying contractive conditions of integral type for almost contractive mappings for ?-contractive mappings and (?,?) - weak contractive mappings in metric spaces are obtained.

This paper is concerned with the existence of Siegel disks of the Cremona map $F_\alpha(x,y)=(x\cos\alpha -(y-x^2)\sin\alpha,\,\, x\sin\alpha+(y-x^2)\cos\alpha)$ with the parameter $\alpha\in [0,2\pi)$. This problem is reduced to the existence of local invertible analytic solutions to a functional equation with small divisors $\lambda^n+\lambda^{-n}-\lambda-\lambda^{-1}$. The main aim of this paper is to investigate whether this equation with $|\lambda|=1$ has such a solution under the Brjuno condition.

In this paper, we present some results on the complete convergence for arrays of rowwise negatively superadditive dependent (NSD, in short) random variables by using the Rosenthal-type maximal inequality, Kolmogorov exponential inequality and the truncation method. The results obtained in the paper extend the corresponding ones for weighted sums of negatively associated random variables with identical distribution to the case of arrays of rowwise NSD random variables without identical distribution.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study an iterative scheme for solving the split feasibility problems in the setting of $p$-uniformly convex and uniformly smooth Banach spaces. Under suitable conditions a strong convergence theorem is established. The main result presented in this paper extends some recent results done by Jitsupa Deepho and Poom Kumam [Jitsupa Deepho and Poom Kumam, A Modified Halpern’s Iterative Scheme for Solving Split Feasibility Problems, Abstract and Applied Analysis, Volume 2012, Article ID 876069, 8 pages] and some others.

In this paper, we introduce a notion of (?,?,?)-generalized weakly contractive maps in S-metric spaces and prove the existence of fixed points for such maps. We also prove that these maps satisfy property(P). The results presented in this paper extend the results of Khandaqji, Al-Sharif and Al-Khaleel [15] from G-metric spaces to S-metric spaces. We provide examples in support of our results.

In the paper under review, we analyze various types of degenerate abstract Volterra integrodifferential equations in sequentially complete locally convex spaces. From the theory of non-degenerate equations, it is well known that the class of (a,k)-regularized C-resolvent families provides an efficient tool for dealing with abstract Volterra integro-differential equations of scalar type. Following the approach of T.-J. Xiao and J. Liang [41]-[43], we introduce the class of degenerate exponentially equicontinuous (a,k)- regularized C-resolvent families and discuss its basic structural properties. In the final section of paper, we will look at generation of degenerate fractional resolvent operator families associated with abstract differential operators.

In this paper, we consider a new class of harmonic convex functions, which is called p-harmonic convex function. Several new Hermite-Hadamard, midpoint, Trapezoidal and Simpson type inequalities for functions whose derivatives in absolute value are p-harmonic convex are obtained. Some special cases are discussed. The ideas and techniques of this paper may stimulate further research.

Using the concepts of a pair upclass, ?-admissible and ?-subadmissible mappings in this paper, are proven a coupled coincidence point results for mappings F : X2 ? X and g : X ? X. In this way, recent papers [27, 33] have been reformed and generalized. Two examples are given to support the theoretical results.

This paper represents a generalization of the stability result on the Euler-Maruyama solution, which is established in the paper M. Milosevic, Almost sure exponential stability of solutions to highly nonlinear neutral stochastics differential equations with time-dependent delay and Euler-Maruyama approximation, Math. Comput. Model. 57 (2013) 887 - 899. The main aim of this paper is to reveal the sufficient conditions for the global almost sure asymptotic exponential stability of the ?-Euler-Maruyama solution (? ? [0, 1/2 ]), for a class of neutral stochastic differential equations with time-dependent delay. The existence and uniqueness of solution of the approximate equation is proved by employing the one-sided Lipschitz condition with respect to the both present state and delayed arguments of the drift coefficient of the equation. The technique used in proving the stability result required the assumption ? ?(0, 1/2], while the method is defined by employing the parameter ? with respect to the both drift coefficient and neutral term. Bearing in mind the difference between the technique which will be applied in the present paper and that used in the cited paper, the Euler-Maruyama case (? = 0) is considered separately. In both cases, the linear growth condition on the drift coefficient is applied, among other conditions. An example is provided to support the main result of the paper.

In this paper, the complete moment convergence and the integrability of the supremum for weighted sums of negatively orthant dependent (NOD, in short) random variables are presented. As applications, the complete convergence and the Marcinkiewicz-Zygmund type strong law of large numbers for NODrandom variables are obtained. The results established in the paper generalize some corresponding ones for independent random variables and negatively associated random variables.

The aim of this paper is to understand how disruptions effect on closed-loop supply chain, and how to achieve the coordination of closed-loop supply chain under disruptions situation for the whole supply chain system. Design/methodology/approach- This paper analyzed the effect caused by the disruptions of the closed-loop supply chain from both supply and demand , and applied the established margin profits sharing contract to achieve coordination under the disruptions. Findings- From both supply side and demand side, it drew how the disruptions affect the closed-loop supply chain. When the disruptions have less effect on the forward and reverse cost of closed-loop supply chain, the impact of the closed-loop supply chain is controllable; when the disruptions have lager effect on the forward and reverse cost of closed-loop supply chain, the impact of the closed-loop supply chain is uncontrollable. Research limitations/implications- In this paper, the contract costs are ignored for zero. While in actual situation, to maintain the efficient implementation of this contract must spend considerable cost. Sometimes the cost may be too high to become hinder between manufacturers and retailers. This paper also does not make in-depth study on this issue, so it will be further study in the future. Originality/value- This paper also designed a set of differential profit sharing contract based on revenue sharing contract mechanism. The contract is easy to be managed, easy to be operated, making the closed-loop supply chain system can achieve coordination whether in steady state or under disruptions.

In this paper we study the geometry of relative superior Mandelbrot sets through S-iteration scheme. Our results are quit significant from other Mandelbrot sets existing in the literature. Besides this, we also observe that S-iteration scheme converges faster than Ishikawa iteration scheme. We believe that the results of this paper can be inspired thosewho are interested in creating automatically aesthetic patterns.

In this paper we survey the 3D reconstruction of an object from its 2D cross-sections has many applications in different fields of sciences such as medical physics and biomedical applications. The aim of this paper is to give not only the Bezier curves in medical applications, but also by using generating functions for the Bernstein basis functions and their identities, some combinatorial sums involving binomial coefficients are deriven. Finally, we give some comments related to the above areas.

The goal of the present paper is to study an extension problem of a connected preserving (for short, CP-) map between Khalimsky (K-for brevity, if there is no ambiguity) spaces. As a generalization of a K-continuous map, for K-topological spaces the recent paper [13] develops a function sending connected sets to connected ones (for brevity, an A-map: see Definition 3.1 in the present paper). Since this map plays an important role in applied topology including digital topology, digital geometry and mathematical morphology, the present paper studies an extension problem of a CP-map in terms of both an A-retract and an A-isomorphism (see Example 5.2). Since K-topological spaces have been often used for studying digital images, this extension problem can contribute to a certain areas of computer science and mathematical morphology.

For analytic functions in the open unit disk $\mathbb U$ , we introduce a general family of integral operators. The main object of the this paper is to present a systematic study if this general family of integral operators and to determine the associated univalence conditions. Relevant connections of the results derived in this paper with those in several earlier works are also indicated.

This paper aims at studying the fundamental properties of fuzzy linear relations between vector spaces. The sum of two fuzzy relations and the scalar multiplication are defined, in a natural way, and some properties of this operations are established. Fuzzy linear relations are investigated and among the results obtained, there should be underlined a characterization of fuzzy linear relations and the fact that the inverse of a fuzzy linear relation is also a fuzzy linear relation. Moreover, the paper shows that the composition of two fuzzy linear relations is a fuzzy linear relation as well. Finally, the article highlights that the family of all fuzzy linear relations is closed under addition and it is closed under scalar multiplication.

Recently Srivastava et al. (26) introduced the incomplete Pochhammer symbols by means of the incomplete gamma functions (s; x) and (s; x), and defined incomplete hypergeometric functions whose a number of interesting and fundamental properties and characteristics have been investigated. Further, Cetinkaya (6) introduced the incomplete second Appell hypergeometric functions and studied many interesting and fundamental properties and characteristics. In this paper, motivated by the above- mentioned works, we introduce two incomplete Srivastava's triple hypergeometric functions H and H by using the incomplete Pochhammer symbols and investigate certain properties, for example, their various integral representations, derivative formula, reduction formula and recurrence relation. Various (known or new) special cases and consequences of the results presented here are also considered. 1. This paper is concerned with the existence and uniqueness of extremal solution for a nonlinear boundary value problems of fractional differential equation involving Riemann-Liouville derivative and p-Laplacian operator. By applying monotone iterative technique and lower and upper solutions method, we obtain sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of extremal solution and construct the sequences of iteration to approximate it. The paper extends the applications of lower and upper solutions method and obtains some new results.

The aim of this paper is to continue our investigations in line of our recent paper, Savas [24] and [26]. We introduce the notion of AI-double statistical convergence which includes the new summabilitymethods studied in [24] and [23] as special cases and make certain observations on this new and moregeneral summability method. © 2016, University of Nis. Since a locally finite topological structure plays an important role in the fields of pure and applied topology, the paper studies a special kind of locally finite spaces, so called a space set topology (for brevity, SST) and further, proves that an SST is an Alexandroff space satisfying the separation axiom T0. Unlike a point set topology, since each element of an SST is a space, the present paper names the topology by the space set topology. Besides, for a connected topological space (X,T) with |X| = 2 the axioms T0, semi-T1/2 and T1/2 are proved to be equivalent to each other. Furthermore, the paper shows that an SST can be used for studying both continuous and digital spaces so that it plays a crucial role in both classical and digital topology, combinatorial, discrete and computational geometry. In addition, a connected SST can be a good example showing that the separation axiom semi-T1/2 does not imply T1/2.

In this paper, we consider the class of p-convex functions. We derive some new integral inequalities of Hermite-Hadamard and Simpson type for differentiable p-convex functions using two new integral identities. Some special cases are also discussed. Interested readers may find novel and innovative applications of p-convex functions in various branches of pure and applied sciences. The ideas and techniques of this paper may stimulate further research in this field.

In this paper we consider a problem that follows directly from realization problem: how to find Markovian representations , even minimall, for a given family of Hilbert spaces, understood as outputs of a stochastic dynamic system S1, provided it is in a certain causality relationship with another family of Hilbert spaces , i. e. with some informations about states of a stochastic dynamic system S2. This paper is continuation of the papers Gill and Petrovic [7] and Petrovic [16,17].

Recently, Filipovic et al. [M. Filipovic, L. Paunovic, S. Radenovic, M. Rajovic, Remarks on 'Cone metric spaces and fixed point theorems of T-Kannan and T-Chatterjea contractive mappings', Math. Comput. Modelling. 54 (2011) 1467-1472] proved several fixed and periodic point theorems for solid cones on cone metric spaces. In this paper several fixed and periodic point theorems for T-contraction of two maps on cone metric spaces with solid cone are proved. The results of this paper extend and generalize well-known comparable results in the literature.

In this paper, a new open-loop PD2D? type a fractional order iterative learning control (ILC) is studied for joint space trajectory tracking control of a linearized uncertain robotic arm. The robust convergent analysis of the tracking errors has been done in time domain where it is theoretically proven that the boundednesses of the tracking error are guaranteed in the presence of model uncertainty. The convergence of the proposed open-loop ILC law is proven mathematically using Gronwall integral inequality for a linearized robotic system and sufficient conditions for convergence and robustness are obtained.

In this paper, we introduce the notions of Z?-ontractions and Suzuki Z?-contractions via ?-simulation functions. By using these new contractions, we extend and unify several existing fixed point results in the corresponding literature. We also show that the recently defined notion of L-simulation function is an special case of Z?-contraction. In addition, some notable examples are given to illustrate and support the obtained results.

In this paper we estimate R = PfX < Yg when X and Y are independent random variables following the Peng-Yan extended Weibull distribution. We find maximum likelihood estimator of R and its asymptotic distribution. This asymptotic distribution is used to construct asymptotic confidence intervals. In the case of equal shape parameters, we derive the exact confidence intervals, too. A procedure for deriving bootstrap-p confidence intervals is presented. The UMVUE of R and the UMVUE of its variance are derived and also the Bayes point and interval estimator of R for conjugate priors are obtained. Finally, we perform a simulation study in order to compare these estimators and provide a real data example.
