Abstract

Highlights: [•] Temperature masculinisation increased both amh &dmrt1 then suppressed cyp19a1 &foxl2. [•] Gonads after only 3days temperature treatment show dmrt1 and amh up-regulation. [•] Genetic female fry temperature-masculinized have higher dmrt1 mRNA than genetic males. [•] Dmrt1 and/or amh may be the modulator of foxl2 and/or cyp19a1 transcript suppression.
