We report here the complete genome sequence of an NADC30-like porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), HNyc15, which was characterized by recombination with VR-2332 and CH-1a PRRSV strains in open reading frames (ORFs) 2 to 4.

We report here the complete genome sequence of HeN1505, a field isolate of classical swine fever virus belonging to the new subgenotype 2.1d. HeN1505 distinguishes itself from other classical swine fever virus (CSFVs) by 1 amino acid substitution in position 159 (threonine by isoleucine), which led to the loss of one N -glycosylation site in the N pro protein.

Pseudorabies virus (PRV) variants have been prevalent in China since 2011 and have caused huge economic losses to the Chinese pig industry. Here, we report the genome sequence of a PRV variant HN1201 that was isolated from diseased animals in central China in 2011.

Here, we report a novel European genotype porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) strain with 15 nucleotide deletions in the nonstructural protein 2 region and 3 nucleotide deletions in the overlapping regions of the open reading frame 3 (ORF3) and ORF4 regions. This study will aid in further exploration of the genetic and antigenic diversity of the European genotype of the PRRSV in China.
