Abstract
This paper reviews the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)/Jet Propulsion Laboratory(JPL) CloudSat Extended Interaction Klystron requirements, design, performance, and development of a long life model for the European Space Agency (ESA)/Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency EarthCARE program plus Ka-band Extended Interaction Klystrons for the NASAIJPL Jupiter Icy Moons Orbiter and ESA European Global Precipitation Measurement Missions. The article presents guidelines for authors of the journal "IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices" in the U.S. It features an overview of editorial services, submission procedure and ways on how the editorial board check for plagiarism. Moreover, the publication charges, review process and manuscript length of the papers are also discussed.
The author reflects on the commitment of the reviewers who have done excellent work as commentators of those manuscripts submitted for publication to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Transactions on Electron Devices in the U.S. He appreciates these people who have rendered their valuable time and effort to the betterment of the research papers to be published. Furthermore, he extends his gratitude to the members of the panel who are truly dedicated to their propositions.
