Abstract

The article presents a case study involving a 51-year-old female, who was presented with a 10-year history of erythematous papules and plaques linked to severe pruritus. Clinical examination confirmed alopecia and erythematous, scaly papules, and plaques spread over the head, neck, trunk, and extremities. She responded suitably to methotrexate, with the initial dose of methotrexate being 10 mg per week and the maximal dose being 15 mg per week.
