Post-concessional management is related to social responsibility, business ethics, collective commitment, and the importance of the human factor within organizations, priorities for the postmodern manager and the management team. The objective was to analyze postconventional management applied in companies to understand the influence it has on the Ecuadorian industry. The methodology used was bibliographical research to investigate specific social behaviors in the organizational sphere of Ecuadorian companies. An interview was conducted, in four representative sectors of the Ecuadorian industry, to determine the influence of managerial qualities on business performance. It was concluded that, for the productive sector, human resources are an essential part of the organization, since their adequate motivation and commitment contribute to improving productive results.
