Background: To investigate the adherence and the factors in the literature associated with the use of oral anticoagulants.Method: This is an integrative review conducted in the databases: COCHRANE, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Latin American and Caribbean Sciences Health, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health and Web of Science in June 2015. Results: the sample consisted of 16 publications of which 4 (25%) were found in database LILACS, 4 (25%) in the CINAHL, 5 (31.2%) in the WEB OF SCIENCE and 3 (18.8%) in PUBMED. Most of the studies showed poor adherence to oral anticoagulant therapy and clinical, psychological, socioeconomic factors as influencers in the adherence.Conclusions: Joining the treatment is shown to be essential for proper control of any illness, a phenomenon that is evident by the active participation of the patient in the therapeutic plan.

Background: To identify through the scientific literature, the risk factors of the nursing diagnosis “risk of infection” in studies conducted in hospitalized cancer patients.Method: This is an integrative literature review performed in databases Latin American Literature in Health Sciences; PubMedCentral, Cumulative Index toNursingandAllied Health Literature; Medical LiteratureAnalysis and Retrieval System Online; Scopus Info Site; Web of Science; Nursing Databases; and Bibliographical Index Espanol de Ciencias de la Salud in January 2016, using the keywords of Health Sciences and Medical Subject Headings: (Neoplasms OR Cancer), "Cross Infection", "Risk Factors". Inclusion criteria were scientific articles available in full, with results of at least one risk factor for the nursing diagnosis studied in patients aged 18 years of age or older. After the analysis, the final sample consisted of 59 articles.Results: predominated studies outside Brazil with the level of evidence III.2. Out of 19 risk factors for diagnosis, 11 were identified in the literature for this population.Conclusion: in studies of hospitalized cancer population, risk factors of nursing diagnosis “risk of infection” were found.

Introduction : Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) is a treatment modality for oncology and hematological diseases genetically inherited or acquired. The morbidities and mortalities related to HSCT are evident in its different phases, such as the Graft Versus Host Disease especially on dry eye syndrome, one of the most complication of chronic phase, characterized as a multifactorial disease of the ocular surface. Several treatments may be directed to the dry eye and the consequences caused by it during the HSCT post-period. Objective : To reveal the treatments for dry eye in patients after HSCT period. Method : This is a literature integrative review performed by the SCOPUS databases, National Library of Medicine (PubMed); Web of Science and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Heath Literature (CINAHL). Results : Of the 1,551 articles identified, there were 21 in the final sample. Regarding the treatments addressed, the most often used was found the cyclosporine 0.05%, followed by allogeneic and autologous drops. Conclusion : There was no consensus identified as the best type of treatment for these patients. However, it is known that depend mainly on clinical features of chronic graft-versus-host eye on the post-transplantation situation.

Background: The speed of the technological progress influences the health education, to the extent that the progress of knowledge requires innovative teaching methodologies that. Among the various components of the health system in the world, emergency services were considered as priorities in the qualification process or human resources. Objective: Identify the educational technologies used in the training of professionals who work in emergency services through an integrative review. Method: Through controlled descriptors of Medical Subject Heading: "Medical education", "Training" and "Emergency" in the databases. 2531 have been included articles in which, 21 were included in the final sample and suffered classification of the level of evidence. Results: There was a prevalence studies with a level III (71.4%) and in relation to the technology used, 95.2% of the studies used the simulation classified as soft-hard technology. In articles the subjects who used the technologies were the contents of obstetric emergencies and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Conclusion: International articles relating to vocational training in emergency feature, mostly considerable level of evidence (III). Among the educational technologies, the simulation was the predominant use of methodology for training nursing staff and doctors.
