In this paper, the matters of dissipativity and synchronization for non-autonomous Hopfield neural networks with discontinuous activations are investigated. Firstly, under the framework of extending Filippov differential inclusion theory, several effective new criteria are derived. The global dissipativity of Filippov solution to neural networks is proved by using generalized Halanay inequality and matrix measure method. Secondly, the global exponential synchronization of the addressed network drive system and the response system is realized by utilizing inequality and some analysis techniques and designing the discontinuous state feedback controller. In this paper, the dynamical behaviors of a multiple delayed HIV-1 infection model which describes the interactions of humoral, cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) immune responses, and two modes of transmission that are the classical virus-to-cell infection and the direct cell-to-cell transmission are investigated. The model incorporates three delays, including the delays of cell infection, virus production and activation of immune response. We first prove the well-posedness of the model, and calculate the biological existence of equilibria and the reproduction numbers, which contain virus infection, humoral immune response, CTL immune response, CTL immune competition, and humoral immune competition. Further, the threshold conditions for the local and global stability of the equilibria for infection-free, immune-free, antibody response, CTL response, and interior are established by utilizing linearization method and the Lyapunov functionals. The existence of Hopf bifurcation with immune delay as a bifurcation parameter is investigated by using the bifurcation theory. Recently, propagation models of worms in the mobile environment are drawing extensive attention, particularly in the Wi-Fi scenario. Considering that worm-free equilibrium is exponential convergent means that the propagation time and control time of worms are much shorter than for other asymptotic convergence. Besides, the global asymptotic stability of the endemic equilibrium is more important than the local asymptotic stability, which reflects the more global qualitative behavior of the worm propagation. In this paper, we discuss the global dynamics of SEIQR worm propagation model in mobile internet proposed by Xiao et al. [X. Xiao, P. Fu, C. Dou, Q. Li, G. Hu, and S. Xia, "Design and analysis of SEIQR worm propagation model in mobile internet," Commun. Nonlinear Sci. Numer. Simulat., vol. 43, pp. 341–350, 2017] to improve and complement the related results. Through a series of mathematical derivations, sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the global exponentially stability of worm-free equilibrium, and the exponential convergent rate can be unveiled. Then, by using the classical geometric approach, it is shown that the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and the system is persistent when R0 > 1. This paper deals with a discrete Nicholson's blowflies model. By using contraction mapping fixed point theorem, we obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of unique almost periodic positive solution. Moreover, we investigate exponential stability of the almost periodic positive solution by Liapunov functional. A Halanay inequality with distributed delay of non-convolution type is considered. We establish a decay of solutions as a Mittag-Leffler function composed with a logarithmic function. A general sufficient condition is found and a large class of admissible retardation kernels is provided. This needs the preparation of several lemmas on properties of the Hadamard derivative and some basic fractional differential problems with this kind of derivative.
