In this paper, we study the formation of Shannon information entropy in a two axes rotating precessing Bose-Einstein condensates subject to dipole-dipole interactions. Our results show that how the Shannon information entropy depends on the second rotational frequency Ωx and dipole strength gd. With the increasing of gd, the position component Sr increases and momentum component Sk decreases at the same Ωx. Furthermore, we find that Landsberg's order parameter η monotonically decreases with increasing Ωx and η increases with increasing gd at the same Ωx. Finally, we find that the increasing of dipole strength has no effect on the dynamic formation process of information entropy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Quantum communication protocols should take the effect of noise into account in a real environment. To analyze the security of the quantum B92 protocol presented by Bennett in collective-rotation noise channel, an excellent model of noise analysis is proposed. In the security analysis, the eavesdropping can be detected with the increment of the qubits error rate (ber). When the level of noise less than 0.50, it will cause a larger bit error rate if the eavesdropper Eve wants to obtain the same amount of information. In our analysis, Eve can maximally get about 50% of the key from the communication when the noise level approximates to 0.5. In this paper, we investigate the information entropy formation in a spinor (F = 1) Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs) by numerically solving the three-dimensional Gross-Pitaevskii equation (GPE). The effect of the spin-independent interaction c 0 ′ , spin-dependent interaction c 2 ′ and external magnetic field Bext is discussed. We reveal that the position component Sr and total entropy S increase and the momentum component Sk decreases with increasing the c 0 ′ or Bext. Moreover, the order parameter δ decreases with increasing c 0 ′ or Bext, implying that the system becomes a more disordered state. However, for the side of c 2 ′ , we find that the information entropy keep almost constant irrespective of c 2 ′ , and the extent of disorder is also invariability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Information entropy is an important topic due to its relevance to cold atom system. Motivated by the recent work in a scalar dipolar Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs), we extend this issue to the dynamics of information entropy in spin-1 dipolar BECs. Our results show that the periodicity of Sr, Sk and S is broken in the presence of magnetic dipole-dipole interactions (MDDIs). With the increase of dipole strength, the total entropy S and momentum component Sk increase, wile Sr decreases. This is completely opposite with scalar dipolar BECs. In particular, the order parameter δ decay quickly with stronger dipolar interaction, showing that the increase of dipole strength makes the system become more and more disordered. We present a comparative study of several information and statistical complexity measures in order to examine a possible correlation with certain experimental properties of atomic structure. Comparisons are also carried out quantitatively using Pearson correlation coefficient. In particular, it is shown that Fisher information in momentum space is very sensitive to shell effects. It is also seen that three measures expressed in momentum space that is Fisher information, Fisher-Shannon plane and LMC complexity are associated with atomic radius, ionization energy, electronegativity, and atomic dipole polarizability. Our results indicate that a momentum space treatment of atomic periodicity is superior to a position space one. Finally we present a relation that emerges between Fisher information and the second moment of the probability distribution in momentum space i.e. an energy functional of interest in (e,2e) experiments. In this paper, we investigate the dynamics of coded information in a single Cooper pair interacting with a single Cavity mode. The effect of the relative ratio of Josephson junction capacity and the gate capacities on the purity, coherent vectors and the entropy of the travelling Cooper pair are investigated. In this paper we have studied information entropy and its time derivative for colored cross-correlated noise driven open systems. These quantities are calculated based on the Fokker–Planck description of stochastic processes. Our results consider the effect of the noise correlation strength and correlation time due to the correlation between additive and multiplicative white noises on the information entropy as well as relaxation time.
