The article offers information on pediatric lacrimal disorders. The procedure of dye disappearance test for evaluation of the tear drainage system is described. The common approach for treating pediatric nasolacrimal duct obstruction is explained. Also discussed is the clinical management of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction (CNLDO).
