There are few studies on nitrogen and phosphorus dispersion from the Yangtze estuary to adjacent Zhoushan sea areas in China. This study conducted numerical calculation to simulate the nitrogen and phosphorus transport from the Xuliujing section of the Yangtze Estuary to Zhoushan coastal areas. The effect of inorganic nitrogen transport was greater than that of active phosphorus. The concentration increment of inorganic nitrogen near Zhoushan, Daishan and Qushan islands were between 0.5mg/L and 0.8mg/L. The concentration increment of active phosphate near Shengsi was about 0.015mg/L, and those in the coastal areas of Qushan, east Daishan and northeast Zhoushan were between 0.015-0.02mg/L. To the north of Qushan Island, the percentage of inorganic nitrogen increment to the background was more than 70%, and those of other coastal areas were about 50%. The percentage of active phosphate increase to the background was more than 70% in the north of Shengsi, and the coastal areas from Dayangshan to Qushan were more than 50%. Daishan Island, East Coastal area and east side of Shengsi accounted for 30%.

Reed is a kind of important natural resources. The inherent mechanical properties of reed stalk are the basis for development of its production equipment. As the research on the basic mechanical properties of reed stalk is still in blank both at home and abroad, this paper makes the compression, tensile, and bending experiments respectively on the bottom reed stalk in the harvest time with an electronic universal testing machine, obtains the corresponding stress-strain curves under the compression, tensile, and bending loads, and confirms that the mean compression strength is 2.69 MPa, the mean compression elasticity modulus is 75.52 MPa, the mean tensile strength is 16.45 MPa, the tensile elasticity modulus is 433.19 MPa, the mean bending strength is 2.15 MPa, and the mean fracture deflection is 5.54 mm. The experimental results may provide a reference for the development and parameter optimization of the reed production equipment.

The simultaneous heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification (SND) performed by Acinetobacter sp. A06 could be inhibited by high salt, high ammonia nitrogen concentrations and extreme pH. To improve the SND nitrogen removal efficiency of Acinetobacter sp. A06 in adverse environment, we investigated the effects on nitrogen removal by Acinetobacter sp. A06 of five compatible solutes. The results show that Ectoine was the best effect in five osmotic compensation solutes when the salt concentration was 15 g/L, 30 g/L, 45 g/L, and 60 g/L, adding Ectoine, nitrogen removal were increased by 21.10%, 26.94%, 14.67% and 11.21%, respectively. When the NH4 +-N concentration was 1.5 g/L, 2 g/L and 2.5 g/L, adding Ectoine, the nitrogen removal rate increased by 15.93%, 10.07% and 7.11%, respectively,. When the extreme pH of pH was 5 or 9, adding Ectoine, the nitrogen removal rate was increased by 20.70% and 10.44%, respectively.

Moderate halophilic bacteria are of halophilic bacteria whose suitable growth of NaCl is 5-10%. When the moderate halophilic bacteria response to high osmotic stress, the intracellular will synthesize small organic molecule compatible solutes. Ectoine, which is the major synthetic osmotic compatible solutes for moderate halophilic bacteria, can help microbial enzymes, nucleic acids and the whole cell resist to hypertonic, high temperature, freezing and other inverse environment. In order to increase the Ectoine production of Moderate halophilic bacteria Halomonas sp. H02, the Ectoine fermentation medium component was optimized by Plackett-Burman (PB) and Response Surface Methodology (RSM) based on the principle of non-complete equilibrium The results of PB experiments showed that the three main influencing factors of Moderate halophilic bacteria Halomonas sp. H02 synthesis Ectoine culture medium were C5H8NNaO4 concentration, NaCl concentration and initial pH. According to the center point of the steepest climbing experiment, the central combination design experiment was used to show that the model is consistent with the actual situation. The optimum combination of three influencing factors were C5H8NNaO4 41 g/L, NaCl 87.2 g/L and initial pH 5.9, and the predicted amount of Ectoine was 1835.8 mg/L, increased by 41.6%.

Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (PolInSAR) has been extensively applied for forest parameter inversion over different frequencies and polarimetric conditions. So far, most research was based on full-pol SAR images with relatively small coverage. A spaceborne SAR system will have the potential for PolInSAR applications used for global forest monitoring. Spaceborne dual-pol SAR images usually have higher resolution and larger swath than full-pol mode. In this paper, forest height retrieval was attempted by PolInSAR from a L-band spaceborne dual-pol SAR pairs using HH and HV channels. The random volume over ground (RVoG) model was used to retrieve the height and the coherence optimization method was extended to the dual-pol PolInSAR, which makes use of polarimetry to enhance the quality of SAR interferograms. The three-stage process is also used in the dual-pol PolInSAR technique. Finally, the experimental test was performed for forest height estimation on the dual-pol L-band SAR data of the Saihanba forest acquired by the ALOS PALSAR sensor in 2009.
