The article presents a study on the impact of Jewish education on religious designation and practice. It aims to view the significant contribution of home and religious school in the development of religious attitudes of children. Study has found out that in general, religious attitudes of children reflects those people in the home. Even if totally parochial education is offered, the school cannot impart religious attitudes that is not found in the home. The effect of religious education on children from a religious home environment should be viewed more as attitude maintenance than attitude change.
