Introduction: Covid Pandemic has posed several challenges to medical leadership and public health management. The whole world is working on the best possible problem-solving health strategies to combat the worst pandemic. Modem and traditional drugs have been used and have been under testing, trial and developments; however, there is no full-proof curative or Prophylaxis treatment to Covid-19. The paper aims to develop an integrative approach to treat Covid-19. It exemplifies the integrative approach that emerged in a blending protective mechanism to reduce the infection and save people. One of the objectives of the paper is to understand how the integrative approach to treat covid-19, in tum, provided medical ethics suitable for the management ofCovid pandemic like health emergencies. Method:The research work is based on contemporary theoretical and empirical studies published in Elsevier, Pubmed and Scopus Journals. Some Studies based on modem drugs researched to show their efficacy in managing severe and critical cases. Traditional ayurvedic medicine based studies have been examined to understand their prophylaxis preventive immunity booster role in fighting against the covid19 early stages ofinfections. Results:Modem medicine based curative treatments to Covid-19 has been explorative and empirical. Remdesivier, Hydroxychloroquine, Azithromycin, Evermactine, Ritonavir, Ruxolitinib and Camostat as they have entered the trials in treating corona infection. These modem drugs have if not specific but controlling and positive results to manage and protect the people. Hydroxychloroquine based treatment has saved people in India. On the other hand, traditional medicines; Ayurvedic Tinospora Corifolia (Giloya), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Ayush-64, Homeopathy drugs for mild cases Arsenicum album, Bryonia alba, Gelsemium sempervirens, Rhus tox. Eupatorium perfoliatum, lpecacaucunha, Belladonna, Camphora, may be used depending upon the similarities of the symptoms. Unani drugs are recommended specifically under prophylaxis approach Zanjabeel (Zingiber officinale ), Gilo (Tinospora cordifolia), Aslassus (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Khameera Marwareed, Safoof Asgand and some are used for symptomatic relief in upper respiratory tract infections: Behi dana (Cydonia oblonga ), Unnab (Zizyphus jujuba), Sapistan (Cordia myxa), Karanjwa (Caesalpinia bonducella). Yoga-asana and therapeutic Kriyas have been proved to be effective and recommended for boosting immunity and improving lung capacities and maintaining respiratory hygiene. Purpose: The aim of this article is to explore the ethical challenges in the treatment of cancer patients at a tertiary care hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic. Materials and Methods: The paper is based on empirical observations apart from a systematic literature review of secondary data from the World Health Organisation (WHO) Novel Corona virus website and central databases like Embase, Scopus and Medline. Purpose: Adversity in the form of violence at healthcare sector is a global crisis. The healthcare personnel after performing a divine job are being abused, assaulted and ostracized by the general public. In present COVID-19 pandemic situation when healthcare staff around the globe came out as "corona warriors" and fought against the infectious virus. Even in this situation they encountered traumatic events in the form of violent attacks which has shaken the base of entire medical community. The present study also aims at highlighting the positive as well as the negative consequences of adverse events at workplace. The present paper offers some strategies which are imperative in overcoming violent attacks against healthcare staff in COVID-19 and afterwards. Purpose: The paper aims to address the Post-Covid complications and challenges that the suffered patients develop and a perspective to manage this issue as recovered patients have to get used to this New-Normal. Materials and Methods: The prevalence of long covid symptoms was assessed among 480 respondents locally via a short questionnaire of 46 questions based on a Likert scale, prepared using Covid 19 Yorkshire Rehab Screen (C19-YRS), Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) Cooperative Group, and Post Covid-19 recovery clinic baseline questionnaire. Results: The prevalence of long covid symptoms was scored based on percentage prevalence among males and females. Post covid complexities were represented as percentage prevalence based on the Likert scale of the questionnaire. The majority of the covid recovered patients complain about one or the other post covid complications. The long covid symptoms prevailing among the respondents of our survey were of frequent fatigue and weakness (26.1%), headaches(19%), body aches(12%), Joint pain (10.7%) cough(7.1 %) dyspnea (3.6%), sore throat (10.7%), hair fall (8%),brain fogging and delirium(7.7%), neuralgia/neuropathy/needle pains in arms and legs/tingling post covid recovery(4%), skin rash (4%), sleep disorder(3.7%), mood swings(3.8%), dizziness(3.8%), tremors (3.8%), visual disturbances(3.7%) and memory loss(3. 7% ). Conclusion: The viral damage caused by covid-19 is not limited to the respiratory systems only but affects all the body systems by so-called circulating cytokine storm. But as there is no way out of it other than the recovered patients have to live with this new normal and try to regain their health by following a balanced diet plan enriched with antioxidants to boost the covid caused damage to all the body systems. Background: Domestic violence (DV) is presently a public wellbeing concern that has inescapable impacts at both the individual and cultural levels. Oral Health professionals play a fundamental role in tending to the casualties related to domestic abuse. A considerable increase in the incidence of domestic violence during the COVID-19 pandemic makes it important for the Oral Health professionals to understand and be aware Oral Health about domestic violence. Objectives: The aim of the current study was to assess the perception and action of the oral health professionals towards a rise in domestic violence during the COVID - 19 pandemic. Materials and Methods: In this Cross-sectional study, a self-structured questionnaire, was sent to oral health professionals residing in the Delhi-NCR region of India. A total of 200 subjects (Drop out=19%) were contacted for the study. The online survey link was sent with a cover message that illustrated the study context. Responses were accepted from July to October 2021. The Statistical Package for Social sciences (SPSS) 21.0 was used for data analysis Descriptive statistics, t test and chi-square test was carried out. Statistical significance was measured for qualitative variables at P = 0.05. Result: Majority (88.9%) (162 total) of the study subjects considered domestic violence as an oral health care problem that necessitates intervention by an oral health professional. However, only 55.0% of the study subjects had come across patients in their practice who presented with visible signs of facial and oral abuse. Fracture of teeth (16.0%) and mandibular fracture (14.8%) were the most common type of oral traumatic injury. Majority of oral practitioners (64.2%) believed that domestic violence has increased in the COVID-19 pandemic and lack of training (41.4%) was the most common barrier when the managing domestic violence cases. Background Sex and age is increasingly associated with epidemiology and outcome of many diseases. This also appears to hold true for COVID-19 infection. Early reports on COVID-19 case fatalities in India suggest that males are at higher risk than females. It is uncertain whether males experience a greater risk of mortality throughout the age band or there are sex differentials in survival risk. In order to present disaggregated interpretation of age-sex specific COVID-19 infection and mortality risk in India we adopt a gender and age lens. Aim The present study was conducted to determine biological attributes of variation in age and gender on Covid-19 status (deceased/recovered). Method In this retrospective study, the data was collected from the hospital in Kargil. A total of 3132 COVID-19 positive patient's record was included. The records were evaluated to scrutinize age and gender relationship with COVID-19 status (recovered/deceased) of the study subjects. Results The male COVID-19 cases (75.79%) were more than females (24.20%) and mean age of diseased and recuperated patients was 32.52 and 32.3589 respectively. The overall case fatality rate (CFR) among males and females is 0.59 (95% C.I. = 0.35-0.99) and 0.26 (95% C.I. = 0.07-0.96) respectively. Conclusions Early evidence shows that both genders have the same prevalence; men with COVID-19 are at higher risk for worse outcomes and deaths.
