Abstract

Benckiser's haemorrhage is a serious obstetrical complication, following a vasa previa rupture. Incidence of vasa previa is estimated between 1/1150 and 1/5000 pregnancies. This case report illustrates the consequences of a suspected vasa previa rupture. There is no French recommendation of how to treat vasa previa.
