Libraries whose borrowing requests have declined turned to SFX and WorldCat Direct which make filling out requests forms easier. Some libraries have also set policies for audio-visual (AV) loans.

The article presents answers to the questions regarding listservs of interests to access services and other issues in library management including one on Jody Mantell's inquiry about DVD and video circulation in libraries, fines and penalties for overdue ILLs and whether or not other ILL departmetns buy books patrons order through ILL.

The article focuses on patron's names in libraries. It states that one can use transaction number but this becomes a problem when number of borrowers is more. It mentions the use of technology through which a patron's name appears when bar code is made on a removal label. It highlights that some librarians think that giving a borrower's name to another library is not a breach of confidentiality.
