Abstract

A conference paper about the significance of template choice in homology Modeling is presented. It mentions the study which carries out the homology modeling of 5-HT6R gene encoding proteins in order to identify the relationship between smallest evolutionary distance, highest identity and performance of proteins acting against the target. It mentions the result which reveals that no relationship occurs between the mentioned properties of proteins.
