In this study, the variables having impact on the student motivation have been analyzed based on the articles, conference papers, master's theses and doctoral dissertations published in the years 2000-2017. A total of 165 research papers were selected for the research material and the data were collected through qualitative research techniques through document review and content analysis. According to the research results, the most important factors affecting student motivation are the fields of teacher, teachers' classroom management skills and their teaching methods. In this research, factors having less influence on the student motivation are parental communication, student characteristics and study fields. In addition, relational search type was used more than others, mostly students were selected as the study group and most researches were conducted in USA and Turkey.

Today, using spare time to learn is the key demands of mobile education field. With the characteristics of portability, educational Apps highly fit for this kind of demands, and contribute to the learning style on the fingertip, it becoming the new growth direction and growing point of mobile education. The understanding of the present situation and Prospect of educational Apps is the basis for further research on educational Apps. Based on introduction of educational Apps, this paper discussed the opportunities and challenges of educational Apps faced: mobile terminal and wireless network, the use habit of the user, mobile learning and online education market create good conditions for the development of educational Apps, at the same time, the imbalance of development, poor quality and unclear business model is the restriction factors of the development of educational Apps. This paper points out that enhance the quality, balanced development, enrich and develop market strategy is the key to make a breakthrough in the predicament, realize rapid development of educational Apps.

Knowledge sharing should not be confused neither with data sharing nor with information sharing; the knowledge sharing includes data and information sharing, skills and expertise communication, ideas exchange. Since the fourth FOCAC held in Egypt in 2009, many policies have been added to reinforce Africa and China educational cooperation, especially in the area of higher education. And this paper intends to look more closely at this area, particularly with regards to the possibility of establishing and strengthening knowledge sharing, ideas exchange between Africa and China, through African and Chinese students' partnership. Based on the documented trends on Africa and China higher education cooperation, partnership and exchanges, questionnaire surveys, interviews and observations, the author tries to find out whether African students who are studying in China will to collaborate or not with Chinese students during their studies and researches. What are their motivations to cooperate with their Chinese classmates, and how should we beef up and promote knowledge sharing between African and Chinese people through University students' knowledge sharing partnership?

It is generally accepted that learning belief has great effect on learning, however, few studies examine the extent to which learning belief affects related achievement. This paper mainly discusses the study of relationship between learning belief and English achievement of Chinese English major students in College. Through the data analysis of Horwitz's BALLI and TEM4 scores, we tested on 100 English major students in college, which was focused on the correlation between learning belief and learning achievements. Based on this, a further study was made on influencing factors such as student's personality, learning motivation, aptitude, teachers and learning participators on students' English learning belief and achievements. The results show that the relation between learning belief has a general positive effect on learning achievement, but not determinative; personality plays important role in learning belief; aptitude and hard work are able to produce high scores; good achievement students are driven by both integrative and instrumental motivation, teachers and the classmates have mutual influence on learning achievement. The study is very important as it provides implications for college English language teaching and further help to improve students' English proficiency.

The rate of unemployment in Nigeria is alarming and could promote social vices some of which are kidnapping, armed robbery, child trafficking, Cultism, Drug peddling and ritual killing. These social vices could in no small measure constitute a threat to national security as a matter of fact. Therefore, the development of a workable Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme in the country is the needed panacea to creating Job opportunities for the teaming youths. This will definitely reduce to its barest minimum threat to national security. This paper gives insight into: Youth employment as a vehicle for enhancing national security, ways adopted by other countries in promoting the poor perception of TVET, lessons to be learnt from other countries as regards enhancing the perception of the TVET, existing youth employment programmes in Nigeria and the way forward to boosting employment creation in Nigeria.

Through building the environmental monitoring curriculum system for application-oriented talents, the comprehensive design and practice were constructed from the syllabus, textbooks, web-based courses, top-quality courses, test paper bank, open laboratory and scientific research etc. The aims are to promote environmental science professional, strengthen the analysis ability, broaden the students' field of vision, optimize the environmental science major teaching, and improve multilevel integrated design and practical analysis, which ultimately cultivate the students capable of solid knowledge, theory and skills in environmental science.
