In this paper, we proposed classification and clustering algorithms that are proper for analyzing customer-related datasets, which are mostly high-dimensional with too many instances. For the clustering purpose, This paper presents a Cuckoo-Search-based Variable Weighting (CSVW) Clustering algorithm to obtain optimal variable weights of high-dimensional data for each cluster. This paper also proposes a deep Inferarer Classifier for categorizing customers using Bi-Directional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) neural network, which uses a Fuzzy Inferential Classifier on its last layer. The Insurance Company (TIC) and InstaCart datasets are utilized for the experiments and performance evaluation. Simulation results reveal that the proposed clustering algorithm generates appropriate Silhouette and Elbow criteria scores in a few cycles of execution in comparison to ordinal clustering algorithms. This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of oil painting classification and simulation using an improved embedded learning fusion vision perception algorithm. This paper analyzes and models the image quality evaluation problem by simulating the human visual system and extracting quality perception features as the main entry point to improve the prediction accuracy of the overall algorithm. This paper proposes a multi-classification method of CCNN, which uses the similarity measure based on information first to achieve multi-classification of artwork styles and artists, and this part is the main part of this paper. This paper uses the wiki art repository to construct a dataset of oil paintings, including over 2000 works by 20 artists in 13 styles. CNN achieves an accuracy of 85.75% on the artist classification task, which is far more effective than traditional deep learning networks such as Resnet. Finally, we use the network model of this paper and other network models to train the classification of 3, 4, and 6 categories of art images. The accuracy of art image classification by this paper's algorithm is higher than that of the current mainstream convolutional neural network models, and the extracted features are more comprehensive and more accurate than traditional art image feature extraction methods, which do not rely on researchers to extract image features. The accurate detection of traffic signs is a critical component of self-driving systems, enabling safe and efficient navigation. In the literature, various methods have been investigated for traffic sign detection, among which deep learning-based approaches have demonstrated superior performance compared to other techniques. This paper justifies the widespread adoption of deep learning due to its ability to provide highly accurate results. However, the current research challenge lies in addressing the need for high accuracy rates and real-time processing requirements. In this study, we propose a convolutional neural network based on the YOLOv8 algorithm to overcome the aforementioned research challenge. Our approach involves generating a custom dataset with diverse traffic sign images, followed by conducting training, validation, and testing sets to ensure the robustness and generalization of the model. Experimental results and performance evaluation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. In recent years, UNet and its derivative networks have gained widespread recognition as major methods of medical image segmentation. However, networks like UNet often struggle with Point-of-Care (POC) healthcare applications due to their high number of parameters and computational complexity. To tackle these challenges, this paper introduces an efficient network designed for medical image segmentation called MCU-Net, which leverages ConvNeXt to enhance UNet. 1) Based on ConvNeXt, MCU-Net proposes the MCU Block, which employs techniques such as large kernel convolution, depth-wise separable convolution, and an inverted bottleneck design. To ensure stable segmentation performance, it also integrates global response normalization (GRN) layers and Gaussian Error Linear Unit (GELU) activation functions. 2) Additionally, MCU-Net introduces an enhanced Multi-Scale Convolution Attention (MSCA) module after the original UNet's skip connections, emphasizing medical image features and capturing semantic insights across multiple scales. 3)The downsampling process replaces pooling layers with convolutions, and both upsampling and downsampling stages incorporate batch normalization (BN) layers to enhance model stability during training. The experimental results demonstrate that MCU-Net, with a parameter count of 2.19 million and computational complexity of 19.73 FLOPs, outperforms other segmentation models. The overall performance of MCU-Net in medical image segmentation surpasses that of other models, achieving a Dice score of 91.8% and mIoU of 84.7% on the GlaS dataset. The key step in the intelligence of tongue diagnosis is the segmentation of the tongue image, and the accuracy of the segmented edges has a significant impact on the subsequent medical judgment. Deep learning can predict the class of pixel points to achieve pixel-level segmentation of images, so it can be used to handle tongue segmentation tasks. However, different models have different segmentation effects, and they did not learn the connection between space and channels, resulting in inaccurate tongue segmentation. This paper first discussed the choice of model and loss function and then compared the results of different options to find the better model. Associating the red feature of the tongue is very conducive to segmentation as a feature, this paper tested many methods to try to get the color features of the original image to be paid attention to. Finally, this paper proposed an improved Encoder-Decoder network model to solve the problem based on the results. Start with Resnet as the backbone network, then introduce the U-Net model, and then we fused the attention layer, obtained from the source image through convolution and CBAM attention mechanism, and the feature layer obtained from the last upsampling in U-Net. PCB defect detection aims to identify the presence of gaps, open circuits, short circuits, and other defects in the PCB boards produced in the industry. Designing effective deep learning algorithms is crucial to finding a solution. Previously proposed PCB defect detection algorithms are limited in detecting tiny objects in high-density. Directly applying previous models to tackle PCB defect detection tasks will cause serious issues, such as missed detection and false detection. In this paper, we present a detection algorithm for tiny PCB defect targets in high-density regions to solve the above-mentioned problems. We firstly propose a detection head to detect tiny objects. Then, we design a four-channel feature fusion mechanism to fuse four different scale features and add an attention mechanism to find the attention region in scenarios with dense objects. Finally, we achieved accurate detection of tiny targets in high-density areas. Experiments were performed on the publicly available PCB defect dataset from Peking University. Our mAP@.5:.95 achieves 48.6%, while mAP@0.5 exceeds 90%. Compared with YOLOX and YOLOv5, our improved model can better localize tiny objects in high-density scenes. With the advancement of computer performance, deep learning is playing a vital role on hardware platforms. Indoor scene segmentation is a challenging deep learning task because indoor objects tend to obscure each other, and the dense layout increases the difficulty of segmentation. Still, current networks pursue accuracy improvement, sacrifice speed, and augment memory resource usage. To solve this problem, achieve a compromise between accuracy, speed, and model size. This paper proposes Multichannel Fusion Network (MFNet) for indoor scene segmentation, which mainly consists of Dense Residual Module(DRM) and Multi-scale Feature Extraction Module(MFEM). MFEM uses depthwise separable convolution to cut the number of parameters, matches different sizes of convolution kernels and dilation rates to achieve optimal receptive field; DRM fuses feature maps at several levels of resolution to optimize segmentation details. Experimental results on the NYU V2 dataset show that the proposed method achieves very competitive results compared with other advanced algorithms, with a segmentation speed of 38.47 fps, nearly twice that of Deeplab v3+, but only 1/5 of the number of parameters of Deeplab v3 +. Tens of thousands of work-related injuries and deaths are reported in the construction industry each year, and a high percentage of them are due to construction workers not wearing safety equipment. In order to address this safety issue, it is particularly necessary to automatically identify people and detect the safety characteristics of personnel at the same time in the prefabricated building. Therefore, this paper proposes a depth feature detection algorithm based on the Extended-YOLOv3 model. On the basis of the YOLOv3 network, a security feature recognition network and a feature transmission network are added to achieve the purpose of detecting security features while identifying personnel. Firstly, a security feature recognition network is added side by side on the basis of the YOLOv3 network to analyze the wearing characteristics of construction workers. Secondly, the S-SPP module is added to the object detection and feature recognition network to broaden the features of the deep network and help the network extract more useful features from the high-resolution input image. Finally, a special feature transmission network is designed to transfer features between the construction worker detection network and the security feature recognition network, so that the two networks can obtain feature information from the other network respectively. Compared with YOLOv3 algorithm, Extended-YOLOv3 in this paper adds security feature recognition and feature transmission functions, and adds S-SPP module to the object detection and feature recognition network. In this paper, a shot frame detection algorithm is proposed by analyzing multiple samples of multi shot video. The mathematical model of the shooting frame is established, which can locate the shooting frame quickly and accurately and determine the penalty frame set. Artificial intelligence speech recognition mostly judges the accuracy of grammar or sentence in the detection of pronunciation error, but has little research on pronunciation judgment, so it cannot effectively correct the pronunciation. Detecting vehicle at night is critical to both assistant driving systems and autonomous driving systems. In this paper, we propose a deep network scheme assisted by light information with good generalization to detect vehicle at night. Our approach is divided into two branches, the object stream and the pixel stream. The object stream generates a batch of bounding boxes, and the pixel stream utilizes the vehicle light information to calibrate the bounding boxes of the object stream. In the object stream, we propose a new structure, Direction Attention Pooling (DAP), to improve the accuracy of the prior boxes. DAP leads into attention mechanism. The feature maps obtained from backbone network is divided into two branches. One branch obtains direction perception information through IRNN layer, and the other branch learns attention weights. The weights are multiplied with the direction perception features in an element-wise manner. In the pixel stream, we propose a corner localization algorithm based on Bayes to get more accurate corners with the vehicle light pixels. The locations of the corners are considered as a discrete random variable. When the mask of the object is known, solving the probability distribution of the corner of the object is the next step. The corners with the highest probability is the correct corner. On the nighttime vehicle detection datasets CHUK and SYSU, our method achieves the accuracy of 97.2% and 96.86%, which outperforms other state-of-the-art methods by at least 0.31% and 0.34%. It is a challenge for existing artificial intelligence algorithms to deal with incomplete information of computer tactical wargames in military research, and one effective method is to take advantage of game replays based on data mining or supervised learning. However, the open source datasets of wargame replays are extremely rare, which obstruct the development of research on computer wargames. In this paper, a data set of wargame replays is opened for predicting algorithm on the condition of incomplete information, to be specific, we propose the dataset processing method for deep learning and an network model for enemy locations predicting. We first introduce the criteria and methods of data preprocessing, parsing and feature extraction, then the training set and test set for deep learning are predefined. Furthermore, we have designed a newly specific network model for enemy locations predicting, including multi-head input, multi-head output, CNN and GRU layers to deal with the multi-agent and long-term memory problems. The experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves good performance of 84.9% on top-50 accuracy. Protecting information from manipulation is important challenge in current days. Digital images are one of the most popular information representation. Images could be used in several fields such as military, social media, security purposes, intelligence fields, evidences in courts, and newspapers. Digital image forgeries mean adding unusual patterns to the original images that cause a heterogeneity manner in form of image properties. Copy move forgery is one of the hardest types of image forgeries to be detected. It is happened by duplicating part or section of the image then adding again in the image itself but in another location. Forgery detection algorithms are used in image security when the original content is not available. This paper illustrates a new approach for Copy Move Forgery Detection (CMFD) built basically on deep learning. The proposed model is depending on applying (Convolution Neural Network) CNN in addition to Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory (CovLSTM) networks. This method extracts image features by a sequence number of Convolutions (CNVs) layers, ConvLSTM layers, and pooling layers then matching features and detecting copy move forgery. This model had been applied to four aboveboard available databases: MICC-F220, MICC-F2000, MICC-F600, and SATs-130. Moreover, datasets have been combined to build new datasets for all purposes of generalization testing and coping with an over-fitting problem. In addition, the results of applying ConvLSTM model only have been added to show the differences in performance between using hybrid ConvLSTM and CNN compared with using CNN only. The proposed algorithm, when using number of epoch's equal 100, gives high accuracy reached to 100% for some datasets with lowest Testing Time (TT) time nearly 1 second for some datasets when compared with the different previous algorithms. The recent successful methods of person re-identification (person Re-ID) involving deep learning have mostly adopted supervised learning algorithms, which require large amounts of manually labelled data to achieve good performance. However, there are two important unresolved problems, dataset annotation is an expensive and time-consuming process, and the performance of recognition model is seriously affected by visual change. In this paper, we primarily study an unsupervised method for learning visual invariant features using networks with temporal coherence for person Re-ID; this method exploits unlabelled data to learn expressions from video. In addition, we propose an unsupervised learning integration framework for pedestrian detection and person Re-ID for practical applications in natural scenarios. In order to prove the performance of the unsupervised person re-identification algorithm based on visual invariance features, the experimental results were verified on the iLIDS-VID, PRID2011 and MARS datasets, and a better performance of 57.5% (R-1) and 73.9% (R-5) was achieved on the iLIDS-VID and MARS datasets, respectively. The efficiency of the algorithm was validated by using BING + R-CNN as the pedestrian detector, and the person Re-ID system achieved a computation speed of 0.09s per frame on the PRW dataset. In recent years, with the rapid development of satellite technology, remote sensing inversion has been used as an important part of environmental monitoring. Remote sensing inversion has been prepared for large-scale water environment monitoring in the watershed that is difficult for the traditional water environment monitoring methods. This paper will discuss some shortcomings of traditional remote sensing inversion methods, and proposes a remote sensing inversion method based on convolutional neural network, which realizes large-scale remote sensing smart and automatic inversion monitoring of the water environment. To monitor the scene anomaly in real-time through video and image and identify the emergencies, try to respond quickly at the beginning of the emergency and reduce the loss. This paper mainly focuses on the realization of the image recognition system for the anomalous characteristics of tourism emergencies. The problem is to study the number of people in the scenic spot based on scenic spot monitoring. The video-based population anomaly monitoring method has improved the AUC index of the W-SFM method by 0.423, and the AUC has increased by 0.0844 compared with the optical flow method; Degree-enhanced algorithm (BCOF), by grasping the micro-blog data related to the scenic spot, comprehensively predicts the overall comfort of the current tourists in the scenic spot, and establishes a tourist state expression model. Compared with the BN algorithm and the NEG algorithm, the BCOF algorithm is the accuracy and the recall rate of tourists in the scenic spots was improved by 14% and 18% respectively. In speech emotion recognition, most emotional corpora generally have problems such as inconsistent sample length and imbalance of sample categories. Considering these problems, in this paper, a variable length input CRNN deep learning model based on Focal Loss is proposed for speech emotion recognition of anger, happiness, neutrality and sadness in IEMOCAP emotional corpus. In this model, Firstly, a variable-length strategy is introduced to input the speech spectra of the filled speech samples into CNN. Then the effective part of the input sequence is preserved and output by masking matrix and convolution layer. Thirdly, the effective output of input sequence is input into BiGRU network for learning. Finally, the focal loss is used for network training to control and adjust the contribution of various samples to the total loss. This paper proposes a new content recommendation system which combines the newly proposed embedded feature selection method and the new Fuzzy Temporal Logic based Decision Tree incorporated Convolutional Neural Network classifier. The newly proposed embedded feature selection called Fuzzy Decision Tree and Weighted Gini-Index based Feature Selection Algorithm (FDTWGI-FSA) that contains the existing incorporated the Fuzzy Decision Tree (FDT) and the Weighted Gini-index based Feature Selection Algorithm (WGIFSA) for getting optimized feature subset. Moreover, an enhanced CNN and Fuzzy Temporal Decision Tree for performing the deep learning process which is able to identify the exact e-content from the huge volume of data with the help of the recommended features by the proposed embedded feature selection method. The exact e-content can be identified after performing the five-layer network structure for extracting the relevant features and it also can be classified by applying the Fuzzy Temporal Decision Tree for the e-learners. Finally, the proposed content recommendation system provides exact content to the e-learners according to their level of understanding and it also satisfies them by providing the exact high level contents. Topic modeling for short texts is a challenging and interesting problem in the machine learning and knowledge discovery domains. Nowadays, millions of documents published on the internet from various sources. Internet websites are full of various topics and information, but there is a lot of similarity between topics, contents, and total quality of sources, which causes data repetition and gives the user the same information. Another issue is data sparsity and ambiguity because the length of the short text is limited, which causes unsatisfactory results and give irrelevant results to end-users. All these mentioned issues in short texts made an interesting topic for researchers to use machine learning and knowledge discovery techniques to discover underlying topics from a massive amount of data. In this paper, we propose a combination of deep reinforcement learning (RL) and semantics-assisted non-negative matrix factorization model to extract meaningful and underlying topics from short document contents. The main objective of this work is to reduce the problem of repetitive information and data sparsity in short texts to help the users to get meaningful and relevant contents. Furthermore, our propose model reviews an issue of the Seq2Seq approach based on the reinforcement learning perspective and provides a combination of reinforcement learning and SeaNMF formulation using the block coordinate descent algorithm. Moreover, we compare different real-world datasets by using numerical calculation and present a couple of state-of-art models to get better performance on short text document topic modeling.
