The research of biomedical data is crucial for disease diagnosis, health management, and medicine development. However, biomedical data are usually characterized by high dimensionality and class imbalance, which increase computational cost and affect the classification performance of minority class, making accurate classification difficult. In this paper, we propose a biomedical data classification method based on feature selection and data resampling. First, use the minimal-redundancy maximal-relevance (mRMR) method to select biomedical data features, reduce the feature dimension, reduce the computational cost, and improve the generalization ability; then, a new SMOTE oversampling method (Spectral-SMOTE) is proposed, which solves the noise sensitivity problem of SMOTE by an improved spectral clustering method; finally, the marine predators algorithm is improved using piecewise linear chaotic maps and random opposition-based learning strategy to improve the algorithm's optimization seeking ability and convergence speed, and the key parameters of the spectral-SMOTE are optimized using the improved marine predators algorithm, which effectively improves the performance of the over-sampling approach. In this paper, five real biomedical datasets are selected to test and evaluate the proposed method using four classifiers, and three evaluation metrics are used to compare with seven data resampling methods. The experimental results show that the method effectively improves the classification performance of biomedical data. In the era of artificial intelligence, the traditional English teaching model can no longer meet the needs of society, and online English teaching has become the main development direction of English teaching in the future. In order to study the efficiency of English online teaching system, based on machine learning algorithms, this paper constructs an efficiency improvement model of English online teaching system. Moreover, in view of the shortcomings of current situation estimation algorithms that cannot coexist in terms of flexibility, causal interpretability and complexity, this paper proposes a biological immune algorithm framework that uses GBDT algorithm coding, which objectively and accurately shows the spread of the situation. In addition, for the problem that redundant information between features will reduce the accuracy of the framework, this paper proposes a streaming feature selection algorithm based on bagging learning. Finally, this paper designs a control experiment to analyze the performance of the model. The research results show that the model constructed in this paper is highly reliable. Intelligent education is an intelligent education platform that integrates correct education concept and Internet of things, big data, cloud computing and other technologies. This paper hopes to use the construction of the composition scoring model to further construct a computer scoring system for college English translation, which can give students a translation score and give feedback evaluation based on the quality of the translation. In this paper, according to the knowledge of the existing automatic scoring system at home and abroad, the feature selection method (TF-IDF, IG, CHI) is discussed and analyzed. Moreover, this paper studies the impact of our composition automatic scoring from the perspective of linguistics. In addition, this paper uses the multiple regression method to evaluate the final score. The features considered in this paper mainly include simple linguistic features and complex linguistic features. Finally, performance analysis of the algorithm model is performed by setting up a control experiment. The research results show that the proposed algorithm model has certain effects. The future trend is to form adult auxiliary machines through various human-computer interaction technologies, which will reshape future learning and education and form a new teaching form. Breast cancer is a severe disease for women health, however, with expensive diagnostic cost or obsolete medical technique, many patients are hard to obtain prompt medical treatment. Thus, efficient detection result of breast cancer while lower medical cost may be a promising way to protect women health. Breast cancer detection using all features will take a lot of time and computational resources. Thus, in this paper, we proposed a novel framework with surrogate-assisted firefly algorithm (FA) for breast cancer detection (SFA-BCD). As an advanced evolutionary algorithm (EA), FA is adopted to make feature selection, and the machine learning as classifier identify the breast cancer. Moreover, the surrogate model is utilized to decrease computation cost and expensive computation, which is the approximation function built by offline data to the real object function. The comprehensive experiments have been conducted under several breast cancer dataset derived from UCI. Accurate and efficient recognition of Parkinson's disease is one of the prominent issues in the field of healthcare. To address this problem, different methods have been proposed in the literature. However, existing methods are lacking in accurately recognizing the Parkinson's disease and suffer from efficiency problems. To overcome these problems faced by existing models, this paper presents a machine-learning-based model for Parkinson's disease recognition. Specifically, a hybrid feature selection algorithm has been designed by integrating the Relief and ant-colony optimization algorithms to select relevant features for training the model. Moreover, the support vector machine has been trained and tested on the selected features to achieve optimal classification accuracy. Additionally, the K-fold cross-validation technique has been employed for the optimal hyper-parameters value evaluation of the model.The experimental results on a real-world dataset, i.e., Parkinson's disease dataset is revealed that the proposed system outperforms baseline competitors by accurately recognizing the Parkinson's disease and achieving 99.50% accuracy on the selected features. This paper presents a multi-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) based algorithm for on-line static security assessment of the power systems. The proposed SVM based security assessment algorithm has a very small training time and space in comparison with the traditional machine learning methods such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) based algorithms. In addition, the proposed algorithm is faster than existing algorithms. One of the main points, to apply a machine learning method is feature selection. In this paper, a new Decision Tree (DT) based feature selection algorithm has been presented. The proposed SVM algorithm has been applied to New England 39-bus power system. The simulation results show the effectiveness and the stability of the proposed method for on-line static security assessment. The effectiveness of the proposed feature selection algorithm has been investigated, too. The proposed feature selection algorithm has been compared with different feature selection algorithms.
