Soft tissue plastic surgery is a popular procedure within dental surgery. Often this type of operation is accompanied by the collection of a soft tissue autograft. The hard palate mucosa is the area from which the graft is most often collected1 . The wound surface after graft collection should be covered to minimize pain. Medical glue is the material of choice for such purposes. Recently, medical tissue adhesives have been studied as a good alternative to conventional suture materials, although the following properties, among others, must be considered: good adhesive strength, reliable polymerization in humid environments, biocompatibility, stability, and good working time2,3 . With this in mind, cyanoacrylate adhesives appear to be a good option for medical applications, particularly in dentistry4 . Cyanoacrylates come in several different forms depending on the length and complexity of their chains; these include methyl, ethyl, n-butyl, isoamyl, isohexyl, and octyl cyanoacrylates5,6 . The aim of this study was a comparative assessment of the cytotoxic properties and safety of using medical adhesives from different manufacturers on the donor area on the palate during soft tissue plastic surgery. Cyanoacrylate-based adhesives (cyanoacrylic acid derivative) have less cytotoxicity to the underlying tissues compared to feracrylate-based adhesives (aqueous solution of feracrylate 1%). A cyanoacrylic acid-based medical adhesive can optimize the use of wound coverings on the donor area on the palate in soft tissue plastic surgery by exerting relatively negligible cytotoxicity on the surrounding tissue. Endodontic treatment is the primary method for treating complicated caries, specifically pulpitis and periodontitis. Antiseptic irrigation solutions can minimize the number of bacteria and improve the long-term prognosis and survival rate of endodontic therapy. Polyhexanide shows promise as antiseptic irrigant for root canal treatment due to its good antimicrobial properties and substantivity. The aim of this study was to assess the viability of free gingival multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSCs) when exposed to varying concentrations of polyhexanide hydrochloride and chlorhexidine bigluconate, and to compare the resulting outcomes. Based on the analyzed data, 0.1% and 0.2% polyhexanide-based solutions were found to be less cytotoxic and resulted in lower cell viability affection compared to the 2% aqueous chlorhexidine solution commonly used in endodontics. Three-dimensional digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) are one of the most recent and relevant advancements in the field of dentistry, including in orthodontics. These systems have enabled clinicians to increase the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment planning, to improve patient care along with reducing treatment planning time. The present study aims to explore possible applications of the artificial intelligence (AI) to examine the upper airway and to assess the reliability of the automatic evaluation of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Thirty CBCTs, with the field of view 15*15, were uploaded to the Diagnocat (LLC Diagnocat, Moscow, Russia) account, and the radiologic orthodontic report of each was generated as the basis of automatic evaluation. The same CBCTs were manually evaluated by independent evaluator. 3D color visualization of upper airway, total and minimum volume, UPW, LPW, PASmin and A/N ratio were assessed. The data were collected to allow statistical analysis with Microsoft Excel software. A total of 60 reports were created for 30 CBCTs. Reliability the correspondence between the two methods was 93.3%. A positive correlation between the minimum sagittal linear dimension (MSLD) on 2-dimensional reconstructed lateral cephalograms and minimum cross-sectional area (MCSA) on the CBCTs and a negative correlation between A/N ratio and total area airway were established. The AI system can be helpful as an initial evaluation of upper airway screening CBCTs, giving appropriate credibility reports and suggesting additional diagnostic methods for more accurate evaluation if needed. The AI technology can also help improve the accuracy of diagnoses for orthodontic treatment, therefore, helping orthodontists work more efficiently. However, the AI has shortcomings in assessing adenoid hypertrophy (AH). In conclusion, the fields of artificial intelligence in orthodontic diagnostics can be useful for upper airway screening and also have great priorities. The goal of this study was the need to update the chlorhexidine adhesive protocol in the treatment of devital teeth in the presence of TIMP1 and TIMP2 in fragments of removed teeth previously endodontically treated and removed according to indications using PCR. The study was conducted on 38 human molars removed according to indications, which were divided into 2 groups: 1 group of the studied samples - 22 removed devital molars and 2 group - the control group - these are 16 third molars removed according to orthodontic indications. The removed teeth of each group were fragmented using a diamond-coated disk and air-water cooling. According to the results it was found that MMP 2 and MMP 9 are contained not only in vital, but also in devital teeth. The use of a chlorhexidine adhesive Protocol is relevant in both clinical cases but depending on the type of MMP and the state of the pulp the concentration of chlorhexidine is selected.
