目的 探讨中医辨证治疗联合人工泪液在干眼症的临床治疗中的作用.方法 选取该院2014年9月至2016年9月收治的干眼症患者60例,并采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组使用人工泪液,即右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗.观察组在对照组的基础上加用中医辨证疗法,根据不同的症型选择不同方剂加减治疗.比较两组患者治疗后的中医症候积分和治疗效果,以及治疗后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌实验(SIT)、角膜荧光染色(FL)和角膜表面规则性指数(SRI)、角膜表面不对称指数(SAI).结果 观察组患者治疗后中医症候积分较对照组明显下降,且治疗有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,治疗后观察组患者BUT和SIT较对照组延长,而FL、SRI和SAI则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 人工泪液联合中药辨证治疗干眼症疗效较好,值得临床推广应用.
