目的对乳腺癌术后患者运用基于格林模式的健康最育方式,分析其对乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性的影响。 方法选取2019年 9 11 月于陆军军医大学大坪医院乳烘甲状腺外科行乳踩癌根治术的40例患者,将其随机分为试验组(20 例)与对照组(20例),试验组运用基于格林模式的健康教育方法,对照组给予常规健康教育方法。结果试验组患者功能假炼总 依从率[100.0%(20/20)高于对照组[80.0%(16/20左异有烷计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者术后 40d日常生活质量评分 [(98.5±2.7分]高于对照组(92.0+2.9分,差异有统计学意义(P-0.05)认验组患者肩关节活动度明显大于对照组,差异有 统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌术后患者运用基于格林模式的健康教育方式,能有效提高其功能假炼的依从性、肩关节活 动度及其生活质量。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
