目的 探讨基于整体责任制的临床护理路径(CNP)干预对 CT 增强检查患者心理状况及检查 配合度的影响. 方法 选取为2021年1月至2023年4月该院CT 增强检查患者88例,以随机数字表法按1∶ 1比例分为对照组和观察组,各44例. 对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受基于整体责任制的 CNP干预,比 较2组广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7), 9项患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)评分,以及检查配合度和满意度. 结果 2组干预前 GAD-7, PHQ-9评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 干预后,2组 GAD-7, PHQ-9评 分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 观察组检查配合度高于对照组,差异有统 计学意义(P<0.05). 观察组满意度为97.73%(43/44),高于对照组的81.82%(36/44),差异有统计学意义 (χ2=4.456,P=0.035). 结论 基于整体责任制的 CNP干预可改善 CT 增强检查患者不良心理,提高其检查 配合度及满意度. The global population has entered a stage of ageing, and the incidence of frailty is increasing year by year. Frailty is not only associated with dysfunction of multiple systems, but also with mitochondrial dysfunction, chronic inflammation, oxidative stress and malnutrition. Among them, malnutrition is considered to be a key factor in its pathophysiological changes. To research the effect of Chinese (AOHUA AQ-100 type) endoscope on the diagnosis of heterotopic gastric mucosa in the upper esophagus (HGMUE) under anesthesia.Methods The patients who underwent endoscopy in the endoscopy center of a hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The AOHUA AQ-100 type gastroscope (AQ-100-type medical endoscopic image processor and AQL-100-type xenon cold light source) was used in the experimental group.while the Olympus gastroscope (GIF-Q260J-type) was used in the control group.A total of 2 000 cases were examined in each group respectively.The patients were divided into the painless test group and the general test group for examination on a voluntary basis.In each group,moderate air injection observation was started at about 15 cm from the incisor,and then full air injection was started at about 25 cm from the incisor while slowly withdrawing the gastroscope (from about 25cm from the incisor to about 15cm from the incisor for more than 30 seconds),and careful observation was carried out.When the orange-red lesion with a clear boundary was observed,its position,size,shape and quantity were recorded,after considering it as HGMUE.Then,one to two pieces of mucosa were biopsied in the center of the suspected lesion and sent for pathological examination.The diagnosis was made according to the pathological results.Results In the experimental group,the total detection positive rate of HGMUE was 1.80% (36/2 000).Among them,the detection positive rate was about 1.35% (14/1 030) in the ordinary gastroscope group and 2.29% (22/970) in the painless gastroscope group.In the control group,the total detection positive rate of HGMUE was 2.00% (40/2 000).Among them,the detection positive rate was about 1.67% (13/780) in the ordinary gastroscope group and 2.21% (27/1 220) in the painless gastroscope group. In this study,there was no significant statistical difference in the total detection positive rate of HGMUE between the experimental group and the control group (P >0.05).There were no significant statistical differences about the positive rate in the painless gastroscope groups and the ordinary group between the experimental group and the control group too.Conclusion The application of the AOHUA AQ-100 medical gastroscope has the advantages of moderate price,clear image and good performance,which is helpful to promote the popularization of endoscopy in our country,especially in painless gastroscopy.It can improve the diagnosis rate of HGMUE. 目的分析住院医师规范化培训(住址)医师对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID 19)的认迦、个人防护措施及心理支 化,为指导医院培训管理返岗位培医师提供科学依据。方法选取河南省人民医院住培医师作为研究对象,采用微信群进行问卷 调查,截至2020年3月6日17:30 收集问卷 1 242 份,有效问卷 1 161 份,有效率为93.5%。结果1 161 名住址医师中存在心理 应漱者占20.8%(242/1 161),对 COVID 19 传播途径、流行病史知晓率达 84.6%~90.4%,影像学检查特点知晓率达10.3%~ 85.1%,诊断及出院标准知晓率达73.0%~83.4%,国务人员个人防护知晓率达54.5%~91.1%.COVID 19 高认知住址医师个 人防护措施得分明显高于低认知者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住培医师对 COVID 19 相关知识具有较好的认知,对 医务人员的个人防护措施认识不足,存在心理应激现象,应加强住培医师临床工作中个人防护措施的培训,拓展培训资源,增加 专业知识的学习机会,针对性地进行心理疏导. 组织学是一门研究显微镜下健康人体结构及其功能的医学入门课，是医学生学习临床课程的基础，但因 该课程具有知识点抽象、繁杂的特点，学生往往反映难懂、难记。为了激发学生自主学习的兴趣，提高其学习效率，促进组 织学教学的信息化发展，尝试将微课引入组织学的传统教学，利用微课的优势，生动、直观地展示显微镜下的结构，有效 弥补了传统教学的不足，丰富了教师的教学模式，并满足现代学生个性化的学习需求。该文以组织学的滤过屏障内容为 例，探索组织学微课的设计制作和应用，为将微课和传统教学在组织学中有效融合提供借鉴。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
