Objective To investigate the effect of Bailemien capsule combined with Delisin on sleep structure related indexes, sleep quality and neurotransmitter levels in patients with sleep disorders (SD). Methods A total of 98 SD patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 49 cases in each group by random number method. The control group was treated with Delisin, and the observation group was treated with Bailimian capsule on the basis of Delisin treatment. The sleep structure related indexes [including sleep onset latency (SOL), total sleep time(TST) and sleep efficiency (SE)], sleep quality [Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score,and neurotransmitter levels [including norepinephrine (NE), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)] were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the SOL, PSQI scores and NE levels of the two groups were significantly decreased, TST and SE were significantly increased, 5-HT and GABA levels were significantly increased, and the SOL, TST, SE and PSQI scores, as well as NE,5-HT and GABA levels of the observation group were superior to the control group after treatment. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bailemien capsule combined with Delisin can regulate the level of neurotransmitter in SD patients, improve the related indexes of sleep structure and improve sleep quality. Breast cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in women. Chemotherapy is one of the most important parts in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer. 目的 探讨支持性教育改善冠状动脉搭桥术 (CABG) 前患者睡眠障碍及焦虑情绪的效果。方 法 采用便利抽样法,选取 2018 年 1 月至 2019 年12 月该院收治的行 CABG 患者 160 例作为研究对象,采用 抽签的方式随机分为观察组和对照组,每组 80 例。对照组采用常规护理及术前宣教, 观察组在常规护理及术 前宣教基础上实施至少连续2d的支持性教育干预, 每天实施 1~2h。入院当天及术前一晚采用状态焦虑量表 (S-AI)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI) 量表评估 2 组患者睡眠质量及焦虑状况。结果 干预后, 观察组患者 S-AI 评分为 (47.28±3.05) 分, PSQI 量表评分为 (7.37±1.42) 分, 均明显低于对照组[分别为 (51.82±3.71)、 (9.75±1.71) 分], 差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 支持性教育相比常规术前宣教能更有效地改善 CABG 患者因疾病原因引起的睡眠障碍, 缓解其焦虑症状, 可为临床改善 CABG 患者的术前焦虑、睡眠障碍提 供参考。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 从宏观层面探究睡眠障碍发病的社会经济环境影响因素，为健康睡眠工程提供借鉴。方法 通过网络数据采集技术获取互联网医疗平台来自各地区睡眠障碍人群数量，结合各地区经济环境指标进行主成分回归分析。结果 睡眠障碍的发病影响因素按权重降序排序分别为第二产业值、第三产业值、工业增加值、城市照明路灯数量、金融业增加值、氮氧化物排放量、人均 GDP、居民消费水平。结论 睡眠障碍与地区经济水平及环境存在相关关系。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of exogenous melatonin for the treatment of sleep disorders in the patients with Alzheimer′s disease(AD).Methods The randomized controlled trials of exogenous melatonin in the treatment of sleep disorder in AD patients were collected by retrieving the databases of Pubmed, Cochrane database, Weipu Chinese Journal Database and Wanfang database.The retrieval time was from their database establishment to May 2018.The two researchers conducted the screening, evaluated the quality and extracted the data according to the Cochrane systematic evaluation method.The RevMan5.3 software was used for conducting the meta analysis, publication bias analysis and sensitivity analysis.Results Six researches were included, involving 340 patients.Adopting the exogenous melatonin treatment had no significant effect on increasing the total sleep time at night in the patients with AD [MD=15.75, 95%CI(-6.17-37.67), P=0.16], and also had no significant effect on reducing the proportion of daylight sleep to night sleep[MD=-0.12, 95%CI(-0.26-0.02), P=0.09], while had no obvious effect on improving the cognitive function in the AD patients[MD=0.30, 95%CI(-0.32-0.91), P=0.34].However, the probability of adverse events occurrence was similar to that of placebo[OR=1.67, 95%CI(0.98-2.83), P=0.06].Conclusion Melatonin has no significant effect on improving the sleep quality and cognitive function in AD patients. Objective To investigate the quality of sleep in paraplegic patients and explore the risk factors that affect sleep disorders. Methods A total of 73 paraplegic patients from Taian disabled soldier′s hospital were selected for cross-sectional survey. According to the Pittsburgh sleep quality index, the subjects were divided into no sleep disorder group(35 cases)and sleep disorder group(38 cases). Multivariate logistic regression was used. Analysis identifies risk factors that affect sleep quality. ResultsThe age, body mass index(BMI), paraplegia time, motor system disease, pain and anxiety in the sleep disorder group were significantly higher than those in the no sleep disorder group, but the social support was lower than that in the no sleep disorder group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that social support, pain, anxiety, motor system diseases, and age were independent risk factors for sleep disorders(P<0.01). Conclusion Pain, anxiety, motor system diseases, and age have a negative effect on sleep quality, and social support has a positive effect. 目的探讨综合护理干预对缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及护理满意度影响。方法选取 2015 年1 月至2017 年3 月收治的100 例缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象，并按随机数字表法分为对照组和 观察组，每组各50 例，分别采用常规护理干预和综合护理干预，比较两组干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、睡眠 状况自评量表（SRSS）评分和晨峰收缩压、晨峰舒张压水平，以及护理满意度。结果两组干预后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡 眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠紊乱、SRSS 评分和晨峰收缩压、晨峰舒张压水平均明显低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）； 干预后，观察组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠紊乱、SRSS 评分和晨峰收缩压、晨峰舒张压水平均明显低 于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合护 理干预用于缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者可有效提高睡眠质量，降低晨峰血压水平，并有助于建立和谐护患关系。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 分析老年冠心病患者的睡眠质量及影响因素及改善老年冠心病患者睡眠质量的护理措施。 方法 选取2016年3~5月该科老年冠心病住院患者120例，对其睡眠质量及影响因素进行调查。 结果 120例住院患者入院后，睡眠质量Ⅰ级44例（36.7%），Ⅱ级42例（35.0%），Ⅲ级34例（28.3%）。住院前感觉睡眠不好28例（23.3%），住院后感觉睡眠不好76例（63.3%），住院前后比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。 结论 医护人员应根据患者睡眠障碍的不同原因及症状采取有目的、有计划的护理措施，可减少镇静催眠药的使用，提高患者的睡眠质量。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
