Abstract

A group of highly efficient chiral titanium catalysts for sharpless epoxidation reaction of allylic alcohols are discovered through ligand diversity. The influences of substitutent in chiral tartrate ligands on the enantioselectivities of the epoxidation reactions are discovered.
