The automatic exhaust valve is installed at the upper part of the main water pipe, and the manual ball valve is installed between the automatic exhaust valve and the main water pipe, which is made of insulating material. During laboratory tests, it was found that the switch state of the manual ball valve may lead to an abnormal discharge of the manual ball valve. When the manual ball valve is closed, it is filled with air, and the insulating material bears high voltage, and the air inside will be broken down. This paper studies the abnormal discharge phenomenon of the manual ball valve, analyses the discharging principle, evaluates the influence on converter valve equipment, and proposes an optimal design scheme.

Given the poor effect of the current new integrated energy management service, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the new integrated energy service system of industrial parks under the dual carbon goal, optimizes the functions of the new integrated energy service system in combination with the dual carbon goal, standardizes the monitoring data evaluation system of the new integrated energy, and constructs the new integrated energy consumption evaluation algorithm of industrial parks. Finally, it is confirmed by experiments. The optimization method of the new integrated energy service system of industrial parks under the dual carbon target proposed has high practicability.

A battery module was taken as the research object, and the BSR test of the module was carried out based on the silent vibration table, and the BSR evaluation of the module was realized through the combination of subjective and objective mode. In order to achieve the accurate positioning of the abnormal noise of the module, the frequency point of the abnormal sound is locked based on the relative approach technology, and the playback and confirmation of the abnormal noise of the module is carried out based on the filter playback technology. Finally, acoustic imaging is used to locate the abnormal noise of the module. The research results show that the evaluation of BSR needs to be combined objectively and subjectively, and the rapid identification and location of abnormal noise of battery modules is realized by combining relative approach technology, filter playback technology and acoustic imaging technology.

To address the problems of limited analysis scenarios in mathematical optimization methods and conservative assessment in random scenario simulation methods, this paper first introduces the concept of overvoltage risk and proposes an overvoltage risk-based PV capacity assessment method for distribution networks. Based on this method, the severity of overvoltage is further considered, and the overvoltage risk index is improved by introducing correction coefficients. The assessment results obtained from this method can better reflect the real overvoltage risk level of the distribution network, which is more adaptable and meaningful for actual PV capacity planning. Finally, a practical 55-bus distribution system in a region of China is used as an example to verify the adaptability and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Hydrogen is one of most attractive clean energy and has been broadly used as fuel for vehicles. However, the accidental leakage of the hydrogen may cause fire and casualties. So, it is extremely important to have a good knowledge of the leaking hydrogen dispersion. This study focuses on the effect of vent amount, location and wind pattern on the distribution of leaked hydrogen using CFD models. The dispersion of high-pressure hydrogen horizontally released from a hydrogen fuel cell transit bus in an enclosure with multiple vents is simulated using CFD models. The results figure out an improvement in ventilation with two vents or forced wind imposed at the vents and the results also illustrate keeping distance between two vents makes the improvement much apparently. The hydrogen mass fraction at monitors closed to the vents that is imposed with the wind keeps low level. As a result, all these kinds of positions are not suggested to be the locations for installing the sensors.

In order to improve the fault location accuracy of power cables, the two-side method is used for fault location. The main factors affecting the cable fault accuracy of the double-ended fault location method are the wave speed of traveling waves transmitted in the cable and the time difference between the traveling waves arriving at the monitoring equipment. In fact, traveling wave signals with different frequencies propagate at different wave speeds, and the use of fixed wave speeds for positioning calculations will inevitably cause positioning errors. First, the center frequency spectrum method is used to calculate the wave speed, and different wave speeds are used for different types of cables, so as to reduce the positioning error caused by the wave speed. Then, the devices on both sides use high-precision GPS to synchronize the time to reduce the natural error. For the time difference between the detected traveling waves reaching the devices on both sides, the triangle algorithm can be used to find the starting point for time difference calculation, thereby constructing a new cable fault location algorithm. Finally, a large number of PSCAD simulations and field discharge tests of cable grounding were carried out. The simulation results and test results verified the feasibility and superiority of this algorithm.

Aiming at the mechanization and automation of cleaning the hardening on the wall of the cement silo, a silo cleaning robot is designed. The kinematics and dynamics mathematical models of the cleaning robot are established respectively. With the 12000mm diameter silo as the cleaning object, the dynamics model is constructed with virtual prototype. There is an analysis of the relationship between the angular velocity and angular acceleration of the mechanical arm, and the relationship between the thrust of the cylinder over time were analyzed. The results show that the calculation results of the mathematical model and the simulation model are close, the change trend is consistent, and the movement is stable and meets the design requirements, which verifies the correctness of the mathematical model. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the next step of control system design and strength analysis. This silo cleaning robot solution can be extended to the cleaning construction of other silos such as coal bunkers, granaries and ore silo.

Especially when the power grid has transient fault, there will be problems such as reverse power flow, large-area power failure of wind farm and so on. This will directly lead to the power system instability and seriously affect the power grid security and stability. Especially in the stage of voltage recovery after the fault is eliminated, the low-voltage fault of the power grid might lead to a sharp rise in the voltage of power grid and overvoltage on the high-voltage line connected to the power grid with wind farm, resulting in the disconnection of the wind power grid connected system. However, China’s current standards do not specify the high-voltage crossing of wind power grid connected system, especially the high-voltage crossing detection device, detection method and detection procedure. Therefore, it is urgent to study the detection technology of wind power high voltage crossing and put forward the detection method. There are many reasons for high-voltage power grid fault, and the interaction between power grid and inverter is more complex in high-voltage fault. If the type test method is used to simulate various high-voltage fault conditions in power system and carry out the test and study on the HVRT( high voltage ride through) performance of wind turbine, the human and material cost is huge and there are many potential safety hazards. At the same time, the grid connection performance of wind turbines are largely related to the control strategy of the controller. Therefore, the semi physical simulation method can be used to research the HVRT detection technology of wind turbine. This can effectively avoid the safety problem of large current and high voltage in the primary circuit, and realize the physical connection between the real controller and the flexible high voltage fault platform model through hardware in the loop simulation. It can simulate the wind turbine capability of high-voltage ride through under various high-voltage fault conditions. It not only has low test cost, but also can deeply study the interaction between power grid and power grid.

At present, mobile devices generally use GPS, Beidou and other satellite time service methods to obtain time, but the clock synchronization based on IEEE 1588 protocol still has deviation. To solve this problem, a clock synchronization method is proposed to improve IEEE 1588 protocol. Based on the analysis of IEEE 1588 protocol, the clock deviation and frequency deviation which affect the synchronization accuracy are modeled. The second-order Kalman filtering algorithm is used to recursively deduce the clock deviation and frequency deviation, and the Allan variance is used to verify the noise characteristics and constantly correct the clock deviation. Finally, the improved effect is verified by relevant experiments. The results show that the improved system can improve the synchronization accuracy.

As the main power transmission system connecting power supply equipment and power customers, whether the distribution network is safe and reliable in production and operation directly determines whether the work capacity of power supply equipment and power consumption equipment can be improved. The application of big data centralized control system can help us timely and accurately grasp the reasons for the decline of security and reliability of distribution network, and provide safe and stable power energy for power customers while improving the operation efficiency of power supply system. On the basis of previous research results, the author systematically analyzes the role of big data centralized control system in distribution network production and operation management, and puts forward some suggestions on applying big data centralized control system to distribution network production and operation management according to his many years of work experience. The comparative experiment proves that the fault location accuracy of the system designed in this paper is higher than 90%, which effectively increases the fault detection accuracy.

The cross-cut is an important gateway to connect the main roadway and the coal seam. The transportation, the pedestrian and the ventilation of mine could be seriously influenced by floor heave of cross-cut. Aiming at the severe floor heave of +1100 m track cross-cut in Liu Yuan Zi Coal Mine, the cross-cut surrounded with hard roof and soft floor was found. To solve this problem, the bolt-net-shotcrete and 36U-shape steel combined supporting (the original supporting scheme) and the bolt-net-shotcrete and 36U-shape steel round shed combined supporting (the new supporting scheme) respectively were applied to the cross-cut by numerical analysis. The simulation results indicate that the floor heaves is reduced by 57%, and the surrounding rock stress was changed from tension to compression at the bottom and the plastic range decreased and trended to homogenization. Field application results indicat that the cross-cut floor heave can be controlled effectively by bolt-net-shotcrete and 36U-shape steel round shed combined supporting. The conclusions provide a reliable technical scheme for hard roof and soft floor roadway.

In order to study the process and characteristic of the fragments in the warhead with one end cap under full constraint condition, we established a cylindrical casing with two end caps which one of them was fully constrained using the simulation analysis. The result showed that the fragmentation of cylindrical casing with one end full constrained has its own characteristic. The Mach stem was generated when the detonation wave propagated to the fully constrained end cap under the condition of one end detonation, working on unreactive explosives and causing the nearby fragment subjected to nearly 2.5 times the normal pressure to obtain a higher speed. The cylindrical casing first ruptured at the contact surface with the fully constrained end, and then at the end cover of the initiating end, and then the rupture extends to the whole cylindrical casing. The detonation products started to leak out from the rupture. driving fragments to fly, and forming two dense flying areas. The analysis of this paper can provide a reference for the optimal design of this kind of warhead.

Transmission tower plays important role in the power system and it is security sensitive in various working conditions, such as wind and ice. In this paper, a method to obtain the dynamic response of a cat head type transmission tower under strong fluctuating wind was proposed. The coupled tower-lines finite element model was established in ABAQUS, and the equivalent acceleration of fluctuating wind was simulated by MATLAB. Then the displacements and stresses time histories were obtained. The method introduced in this paper can be used to assess the safety of tower under different fluctuating wind with different directions and provide a reference of the tower in the design stage.

Transfer learning relaxes the assumption’s limitation requirements of the independent and identical distribution of training data and test data in machine learning. It aims to help the target domain complete the learning task by learning one or more source domains similar to the target domain, solve the problem of scarcity of annotation data and enhance the model’s robustness and generalization performance. The article is a survey on the progress of transfer learning. According to “how to transfer”, transfer learning is divided into four categories: instance-based transfer learning, feature-based transfer learning, model-based transfer learning, and relation-based transfer learning. The paper introduces the basic assumptions, main research questions, common methods, related research of various transfer learning algorithms, and the application of the transfer learning. Finally, we try to point out future research trends.

At present, most indoor visible light communication systems use switch keying, pulse position modulation and digital pulse interval modulation. These three modulation methods cannot effectively overcome the inter-symbol interference caused by the multipath effect in the visible light communication system. Compared with the above three modulation methods, high-order pulse amplitude modulation (Pulse Amplitude Modulation, PAM) transmits more bits in the same symbol, which can further improve the modulation efficiency and the communication rate of the system. At a given data rate, the inter-symbol interference caused by multipath effects can be reduced. Using TMS32C6748 floating-point DSP as the control chip of the optical communication system, an indoor visible light communication system based on high-order PAM is designed and implemented. The communication performance of the system is verified by building an experimental platform. The experimental results show that the communication system has the advantages of low bit error rate, high modulation efficiency, and high reliability, and meets the requirements of high-performance indoor visible light communication systems.

And the advantages of deep learning are obvious, which also makes automatic garbage sorting possible. With the development of deep learning, a large number of deep learning network framework structures have gradually emerged, and a group of open source frameworks represented by TensorFlow and Keras have been widely applied. This paper proposes an application research on automatic garbage sorting based on TensorFlow and OpenCV, an open source image library, in order to realize automatic garbage recycling.

Recent state-of-the-art super-resolution methods have achieved impressive performance on ideal datasets. However, these methods always fail in balance between spatial details and high-level perceptual information. Most of them adopt downsampling step to construct Low-Resolution (LR) and High-Resolution (HR) training which may lose local spatial details. To address this issue, we focus on designing a hierarchical attention maps mechanism for recovering both local spatial details and global perceptual information. By using our novel Hierarchical attention module, we can acquire better High-Resolution (HR) predicted images. Finally, we propose a hierarchical multiple scale feature concatenation module aiming at better perception. Extensive experiments on real-world images demonstrate that our method achieved better visual quality both for perception and quantitative estimation.

Localization of nodes is the key technology for application of wireless sensor network. The positioning accuracy of centroid localization algorithm completely depends on the size and the distribution density of anchor nodes. Anchor nodes are small and the density of anchor nodes are distributed randomly in actual application, so the positioning accuracy of centroid localization algorithm is relatively low. In order to improve the accuracy of nodes, a method which is centroid localization algorithm of wireless sensor network is proposed based on received signal strength indicator. In the algorithm, firstly, point-to-point signal intensity is computed by RSSI and converts its inverse distance as the centroid algorithm. Then the weights of centroid localization algorithm are used for calculating coordinates of the unknown node. Through the simulation algorithm for testing and analysis, the simulation results show that, compared with the traditional algorithm, the positioning error of the centroid localization algorithm is obviously reduced and the node location accuracy is improved. It is an effective localization algorithm for application of wireless sensor networks.

Using the methods of theoretical analysis, simulation test or implementation, this paper studies the regional scientific and technological research based on the scientific and technological big data of hot spring industry in Dawan District of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

In order to solve the problem that the detection effect of navel orange recognition in complex background is poor, we propose a navel orange recognition method based on residual network. In this study, the navel orange classification dataset was constructed and labeled, and the performance of five classic convolutional neural network models on this dataset was evaluated, including AlexNet, Improved LeNet, SqueezeNet, ResNet-18, GoogLeNet. The results present significant accuracy obtained by the ResNet-18 model, with accuracy of 98.27%, which is more suitable for navel orange image recognition in complex background.

Through intelligent agent technology, the substation maloperation alarm and Substation Microcomputer anti maloperation alarm system are designed. In order to verify the effectiveness of the design system, a comparative experiment is designed. The results show that the designed system has high processing efficiency and high alarm accuracy.

Under this circumstance, as the first line of defense in maintaining cyber security defense, the control on the vulnerabilities is extremely significant. In consideration of the problem of low discovering efficiency in current vulnerability fuzzy testing discovery methods, this paper intends to explore the binary program vulnerability feature extraction and vulnerability discovery guiding strategy generation methods. Then, the extraction of the program control flow and data flow information and slicing operation are obtained according to program logic. Depending on a potential assessment model of binary program vulnerabilities based on the main hierarchy analysis method, the paper achieves a reasonable assessment of the potential of vulnerabilities in different slices of the program. Finally, in accordance with the evaluation results, a generation method for the vulnerability discovery path is proposed to improve the efficiency of binary program vulnerability discovery.

As the most important end-effector of the robot, the robot hand determines the performance of the robot to a certain extent. Therefore, the robot hand often needs high degree of flexibility and larg grasping force to complete complex and diverse tasks. However, most of the existing robot hands are usually difficult to meet the above two requirements. Aiming at this problem, a dexterous robot hand driven by tendon ropes was designed in this paper. Its thumb is a continuum flexible finger with a nickel-titanium alloy wire as the center rod, and the remaining four fingers are tendon-driven rigid fingers. This design allows the thumb to adapt to objects of various shapes, so that the entire robot hand is extremely flexible, and the rigid structure of the four fingers can provide an enough grasping force for the robot hand. In this paper, the robot hand was mechanically designed and simulated by simulation software to ensure the reliability of the design. The workspaces of fingers werecalculated by Matlab through the established DH coordinate system and kinematics model of the robot fingers. In this paper, a physical model of the robot hand was made through 3D printing technology, and thin-film pressure sensors are installed at the end of the fingers to measure the grasping force in real time. Finally, various shapes of objects were selected for the grasping operation, which verified the flexibility and enough grasping force of the robot hand.

A rolling bearing defect detection and recognition technique based on optimal impulse response continuous wavelet transform (IRCWT) de-noising technique is proposed. In the proposed technique, the IRCWT is used as a tool for local time and frequency characteristics analysis, and the spectral kurtosis (SK) is used as the impulse index to extract transient pulse components from the processed rolling defect vibration data. Firstly, the IRCWT is used to process the sampling vibration data. And then SK is calculated to choose the best signal band-pass band from the time frequency analysis of vibration data, in order to restrain the interference noise and highlight the transient shock feature. Finally, the envelope spectrum is computed and the rolling bearing defect feature is extracted. The rolling element bearing defect recognition results show that the proposed approach can effectively detect the transient characteristics and distinguish the rolling element bearing localized defect.

As an effective way of routine prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound (US) imaging has been widely used in clinical practice. Biosignatures obtained from fetal segmentation contribute to fetal development and health monitoring. However, the artifacts, speckle noises, quality of imaging equipment and other factors make the segmentation of fetal US images extremely challenging. In this paper, aiming to improve the depth of the model, as well as to avoid the vanishing gradient problem and exploding gradient problem, we propose Residual U-net and ASPP U-net based on U-net, which further improves the accuracy of segmentation without increasing the depth of the model. The results of our experiments show that the network proposed in the paper can effectively improve the segmentation accuracy in fetal US images.

The high-density behavior of nuclear symmetry energy is the most uncertain part of the Equation of State (EOS) of dense neutron-rich nucleonic matter. It has significant ramifications in understanding properties of nuclear reactions induced by rare isotopes, neutron stars and gravitational waves from various sources. To infer the underlying EOS of dense neutron-rich nuclear matter from observables of neutron stars is the longstanding neutron star inverse-structure problem. To make progress in solving this problem, we advanced two inversion approaches: (1) the direct inversion in the three-dimensional high-density EOS parameter space and (2) Bayesian inference of six EOS parameters statistically. Neutron star observational data obtained so far, especially their radii from analyzing gravitational waves (e.g., via the tidal deformability) from GW170817 and X-rays from quiescent low-mass X-ray binaries can already help constrain significantly the nuclear EOS up to about twice the saturation density of nuclear matter. In particular, the nuclear symmetry energy at twice the saturation density of nuclear matter E sym(2ρ 0) is found to be 39.2 + 12.1 − 8.2 MeV at 68% confidence level.

Electron-positron plasma has attracted much attention recently due to their unique properties. In this paper, we study the acceleration of electron-positron plasma in a cone by using PIC method. The electrons and positrons will be scattered by transverse ponderomotive force during the interaction between laser and electron-positron plasma. A new scheme is proposed to obtain high-energy dense collimated electron-positron plasma by a hollow gold cone. Transverse scattered electrons and positrons are pinched in the gold cone. Both electrons and positrons can be accelerated by ponderomotive force continuously and a dense collimated electron-positron plasma is produced. The energy of electrons and positrons obtained in the cone is much higher than the upper limit of electron energy obtained by ponderomotive force acceleration. The high quality electron and positron beam has great potential value in further research.

In conventional timing analysis, setup time is defined as the interval where clock-to-Q delay increases by 10%. This allows the pipeline to be divided into separate stages and STA to be performed independently for each stage. However, since RSFQ is pipelined at gate-level, setup time is a significant portion of the clock period and makes this timing constraint extremely conservative. Instead, we define setup time based on the probability of causing a logic error and develop a new STA method that allows larger increases in clock-to-Q delay, i.e., timing bleed, whenever the data input arrives late. We present results of simulations for benchmark circuits with process variations to demonstrate that our new method certifies much higher speeds for RSFQ logic.

In order to clean up the debris in the underwater pipeline or culvert, the structural design and simulation analysis of the underwater dredging robot were carried out. First, the overall structure of the robot was modelled in three dimensions. This robot features a multi-degree-of-freedom moving robotic arm that cleans up any debris in any corner of the culvert under the coordinated operation of the vehicle body. After that, the static analysis of the key parts was carried out, and the dredging robot was hydro dynamically simulated by FULENT software. The drag characteristics of the dredging robot in the culvert environment were calculated by simulation analysis. The results show that the underwater dredging robot meets the requirements for underwater operations in culverts.

In order to clean up debris with a certain depth of water and a stepped section, an underwater mobile robot with four legs walking was designed. Used the engineering method to calculate the force of the robot roller cutter, and the step of one motion cycle is calculated by the geometric relationship of the robot travel mechanism. The hydrodynamics simulation was carried out using simulation analysis. The results show that the maximum horizontal displacement of a robot during a motion cycle is 0.45m; the buoyancy water tank is more buoyant than gravity when it is waterless; the local maximum stress and displacement of the drum cutter and the main frame meet the working requirements; the corresponding hydraulic cylinder provides more driving force than the hydraulic cylinder resistance. This four-foot dredging robot can provide reference for the underwater motion of the multi-foot underwater robot and its water resistance analysis.

Given that cracks in the forging and heat treatment process of switch actuator rod can affect its service life, damage mechanics is combined with the finite element analysis method to calculate the fatigue crack propagation life by using the Paris equation. The wavelet finite element model is used to establish the GM (1,1) grey differential equation. The identification parameter of the model is determined by experimental data calculation to assess the fatigue crack life of the switch actuator rod and compare it with the measured data in the experiment. The results show that the application of the wavelet finite element model to assess the fault of switch actuator rod is simple, feasible, and highly accurate, with excellent application value.

Marine energy is inexhaustible form of energy. The utilization of wave energy depends on a certain number of energy conversion devices, but most of the aforementioned devices require a high level of the coastal environment and sea conditions, so it is difficult to popularize them on a large scale. In view of this research situation, this paper introduces a wave-driven buoy rolling power device, which has compact structure and convenient installation. The device is distinguished by superior structural strength and low energy transmission loss. Built on the analysis of the working principle of the device, the power calculation is performed and the strength of the key components is checked by the finite element method. Through simulation analysis, the feasibility of the device design is verified.

Laser treatment has a significant influence on suppressing the secondary electron emission (SEE) in electron storage rings. A new synchrotron radiation light source, the Hefei Advanced Light Source(HALS), is under consideration and it has a strict requirement to suppress the SEE. In this paper, we used a laser with the wavelength of 355nm to process with copper sample. After the laser treatment, the secondary electron yield (SEY) reduces from 2.05 to 0.86. We also used the scanning electron microscope (SEM) to analysis the surface of the sample after the laser treatment. This paper reports the experiment set up and preliminary results.

According to the stability requirement of the missile launcher in operating the portable missile launching control device, a structure is designed. Firstly, the structural mechanics theory method is used to analyse the deflection of the outrigger. The force bending of the sector plate is analysed and the bending displacement of the rigid frame after the column is simplified is analysed. Then the main structure of the portable missile launching device is given and the stability of the outrigger, base and column system is analysed and simulated by ANSYS and ADAMS simulation software respectively. Finally, the stability of the equipment was tested to verify the calculation and analysis of the stability of the device. The feasibility and rationality of the design of the portable missile launching device was confirmed.
