This study describes the use of magnetic data obtained through the Swarm satellite and launched by the Europan space agency to estimate iron sand deposits in the southern part of Bawean Island, Gresik Regency. Data processing in this study was carried out using Microsoft Excel and Oasis Montaj software. The interpretation process in this study was carried out in two stages, namely the qualitative interpretation stage using contour residual anomaly maps and quantitative interpretation using 2D and 3D modeling. The interpretation results show that the aeromagnetic data used can be used as initial data in estimating sand deposits in the southern part of Bawean Island, Gresik Regency.

Animal husbandry is one of the agricultural sub-sectors that has an important role in contributing quite significantly to the country’s economy and breeding hens are one of those. In setting up breeding hens that sufficiently adequate it does not require substantial capital. However, many breeding hens in designing the work station are less ergonomic, giving rise to the level risk of musculoskeletal disorder. The aim of this study is to assess the work posture of the operators and from the result of this study, it can be proposed improvement of the work station to improve work posture and to reduce the level of Musculoskeletal Disorder. The method that used in this research is Quick Entire Check, Nordic Body Map, and Anthropometrics. The result showed that the exposure level operator 1 got value 41.47%, the action that needs to be done is need more research to make it safe. While operator 2 got value 55.68%, the action that needs to be done is doing another research and change the activities. Also, it can be seen if the pain felt by the two operators is in the neck, buttock, shoulder, arm, calf, and knee. From the research results, the recommendation given is to redesign work stations that pay attention to work posture by implementing anthropometry and adding several innovations.

Having loyal employees, i.e. those who desire to do their best in their work to achieve the company’s target, is important for the company. This study is conducted to identify factors that explain loyalty of employees in PT X, Jakarta. Furthermore, we also aim to generate profiles of the most loyal employees. Questionnaires were used to collect data from the central office and 12 branches of the company, using purposive sampling scheme, giving 467 respondents in total. Data processing was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) and Classification and Regression Tree (CART) methods. The results showed that job satisfaction and gender directly influence employees’ loyalty. Moreover, physiological needs, safety needs, love needs, and self-actualization needs indirectly influence loyalty of employees through job satisfaction. Highly loyal employees are those with either high job satisfaction and low physiological needs or low job satisfaction and low level of love needs.

The work aims to study the temperature effect on the geopolymer’s crystal structure prepared from amorphous silica rice husk. The samples were prepared via the sol-gel method and then subjected to thermal at a temperature of 250-650 °C. EDS identified the element and compound composition on the surface of the sample. The crystal structure of samples identified by Rietveld refinement of XRD. The sample was dominated by the gibbsite phase at relatively low temperatures (250 °C). The boehmite phase dominates at a temperature of 350-450 °C. The amorphous structure of the geopolymer was formed at a temperature of 550-650 °C. The geopolymer mainly formed from the reaction of boehmite and silica. This study shows a significant effect of temperature on the formation of the geopolymer structure.

The purpose of this research is to describe the profile of students metacognitive ability in solving quadrilateral problem based on quitter, camper and climber categories. In this reasearch also discuss about the process of students metacognitive answer in solving quadrilateral problem. This research is as qualitative descriptive research. Subject in this research is students 8th grade SMPN 3 Jember. The subjects consisted of three students, one of them is categorized as quitter category, both of them are categorized as camper category, and fourth of them are categorized as climber category. The data is obtained from the Adversity Respone Profile, quadrilateral problem solving test, think aloud technique, and depth interview. Based on the result of research data analysis, student as quitter category in solving quadrilateral problem haven’t the awareness to solve the problem. They are easily to give up when they face the problem. While students as camper category in solving quadrilateral problem have the awareness to solve problems to find solutions. However, when they have got a solution, students at this category do not want to look for the other solutions. While students as climber category in solving quadrilateral problem have the awareness to solve problems to find solutions and they want to look for the other solutions. Based on this result, it shows that the students with the higher of AQ level then they have the higher problem-solving skills and the higher metacognition ability in solving quadrilateral problem.

In this study, we tried to test students’ deductive reasoning based on cognitive style in the application of super edge total local antimagic labels by applying Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning models. This study uses a mixed method, namely qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely 28 control class students and 30 experimental class students. The instruments used in this study were pretest, posttest, observation sheet, and interview sheet. Before the research activities, we tested the homogeneity of both classes using the results of the pretest. Homogeneity test results show the sig value is 0.481> 0.05, so the average difference between the two classes is not significant. This shows that both classes are homogeneous or have the same ability. Next, we also discuss the normality of using posttest data. This shows that the independent sample test on the posttest data from the control class and the experimental class obtained a sig score of 0.657

Solving the geometry problem is not an easy matter for some students. In addition to relying on understanding concepts, problem type exercises, scaffolding is also considered important to assist students in solving geometry problems. This study looked at the scaffolding process for students in solving geometry problems in terms of the van Hiele level. There are three groups of research subjects with each group of subjects representing students who have the ability of geometry at the visual, analytical, and informal deduction levels at the van Hiele level. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative methods are used to analyze the subject scaffolding at each level of van Hiele in solving geometry problems. The results of the study found that subjects with a visual level tend to solve problems by presenting them in the form of images without observing in-depth the concepts used. So it takes scaffolding in terms of image presentation, mathematical concepts, and problem-solving flow. Subjects with the level of analysis identify the nature of the wake in the problem to determine the mathematical concepts used. Scaffolding is needed in the form of image presentation and problem-solving flow. While subjects with an informal level of deduction can determine the mathematical concepts used by first looking at the properties of the image. However, subjects at this level still need scaffolding in the problem-solving flow.

Let G be a simple connected, and undirected graph. The local edge antimagic total labeling induces a proper edge coloring of G if each edge e is assigned the color wt (e). The edge local antimagic chromatic number of G denoted by γelat (G), is the minimum number of distinct color induced by edge weights over all local antimagic total labeling of G. In this paper, we determined the edge local antimagic chromatic number of Diamond Ladder graph, Pn ⊙ Pm Three Circular ladder graphht, and shack(F 2, v, n).

Learning in the current 2013 curriculum is based on contextual issues based on questions that can encourage students to think broadly. HOTS is a real-life based assessment of everyday life, but in practice, the students are having trouble completing the HOTS issue. Learning difficulty is also influenced by personality type Based on the fact that the real difference one can see from a person is behavior. Kersey classifies the personality into 4 types, namely Idealist, Rational, Artisan, and Guardian. The researcher focuses on the type of guardian personality that is the type of personality that does not like the picture. This study aims to describe the difficulty of learning mathematics in students with a type of guardian personality in the completion of Geometry materials especially in solving HOTS. This research type is descriptive qualitative research. Instruments used in this study were the researchers themselves, personality class test sheets, learning difficulty test sheets in the form of HOTS Geometry test, and interview guides. The results showed that students with guardian personality it was found that a total of 3.37 % difficulties of number fact skill, 4.49 % difficulties of arithmetics skill, 37.08 % difficulties of information skill, 31.46% difficulties of language skill, 23.60 % difficulties of visual-spatial skill.
