Along with the rapid growth of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of the national living standard, the number of private cars traveling on the road is gradually increasing, and the traffic congestion problem has become the focus of people’s attention. In order to solve this big problem, the most important thing is to improve the development of public transportation, conduct scientific and reasonable public transportation scheduling, and realize the green transportation. The prediction of public transportation information is the key point of public transportation scheduling. In this study, the part of public transportation information, traffic flow, is selected for research, and the collected historical information is preprocessed and characterized. Using the weather factor as the input characteristic, the historical traffic flow is divided into 15-minute interval and 1-hour interval data sets, and two models, gradient boosting decision tree and wavelet neural network, are used to predict the traffic flow of road sections. The experimental results show that the gradient boosting decision tree model based on the 15-minute interval has high prediction accuracy and good generalization performance.

According to the principle of “nearby discharge” of waste-water treatment, with the progress of industry, the amount of pollutants discharged into urban rivers keeps increasing. Under the requirements of limited river pollution and environmental carrying capacity, the pollution situation of urban rivers needs to be explored and the ways of pollution control need to be explored. At present, most of China’s rivers are polluted, and none of the seven major river systems has been spared. The pollution sources of urban rivers include industrial pollution sources, domestic pollution sources, agricultural pollution sources, oil tankers and other pollution sources. The pollutants in urban rivers include organic pollutants, inorganic pollutants, plant nutrients and heavy metals in water. Pollution prevention and control measures of urban rivers: pollution source control, adhere to the income reduction; physical method, chemical method, biology - ecological method. In a water basin of Guangdong province as an example, some indexes because of pollution in urban river “surface water environment quality standard GB 3838-2002” V class level, basic use as mentioned in the measures for prevention and control of pollution of rivers.

With the development of society and industrial progress, the types and quantity of organic wastewater produced by refractory-biodegradation have increased. As an effective way to treat refractory-organic wastewater, CWAO technology has attracted more and more attention in recent years. The principle of CWAO technology belongs to free radical reaction, which mainly includes two processes: the exchange of oxygen in wastewater and the reaction between liquid oxygen and contaminants supported on the catalyst. Free radical reactions include three specific processes: chain initiation, chain delivery and chain termination. Homogeneous CWAO reaction can efficiently treat high concentration of organic wastewater, but the catalyst cannot be recovered to form secondary pollution. Heterogeneity is the research hotspot of CWAO technology and a suitable means for the treatment of highly concentrated organic wastewater, which has been used more and more in printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing and other industries.

Sweetmeat is one of the non-staple foods and a kind of classic non-staple food. It is of great practical significance to study the treatment of candied waste-water from factories along the river basin. Take the digestible sludge from the pipe of the dewatering workshop of the sewage treatment plant and anaerobic treat the high-concentration candie waste-water in the plastic bucket. The results showed that the suspended matter concentration of waste-water decreased to 8.04 g/L and the removal rate reached 22.1% after 60 h treatment. The absorbance of waste-water decreased from 0.835 to 0.598, the color removal rate reached 32.4%, and the chroma of waste-water decreased from 500 times to 80 times, reaching the “secondary standard” of “comprehensive sewage discharge standard (GB8978-1996)”.
